I wanted to leave a quick review regarding customer support and the help I received setting up image variants. The support team was extremely responsive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating situation was handled quickly and professionally, and they made sure everything was working correctly before closing the issue. It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually takes the time to help small businesses instead of sending generic responses. Great customer support! They helped me with getting some theme issues worked out. This was the only app I could find that displayed the color swatches on product pages the way I wanted with a strike through for out of stock colors plus linking automatically to Shopify variant images. Great app.
The combined listing feature does everything we need it for with our website! Also the support team is really great, every time we point out a potential issue or bug they respond accordingly and provide resolutions within a very quick response window. Thanks for all the help!

App worked exactly as shown and if you need help, Chloe will take care of any issue you have. 100% would recommend!
Customer service was excellent ... solved all my "issues" effectively and efficiently ... just be aware that you sometimes have to wait a while for an rep to respond when you start a chat ... and when that happens, you have to monitor the chat because it might time out before the rep appears, just refresh, but if you are patient, you WILL get a rep and my experiences with the reps is nothing but 5 stars.

So far so good. I had one problem where I couldn't figure out how to make a variant show up on the selectable list of items within the app (because I had altered variant name within product page), and they got back to my chat inquiry within minutes and helped me fix it quick. It was just me forgetting a pretty basic step, but it was nice to have the responsiveness. I'm pretty inexperienced and running the free version only for now, but will consider the paid version if my needs expand.

The app is good, but what I really liked was the Help Center. Because of some mistakes I made, I wasn’t able to use the app. Rachel, from the support team, was prompt and helpful.

Honestly I only wanted this app due to the variant image feature, allowing you to hide images for unselected products. When I discovered that the app didn't support my third party shopify theme the team at NS got the developers in and within a week had the app working on my theme. That is just great customer service. Thanks team

This makes the store look so much better and lets customers see the color options so easy! I had a little trouble getting it to work properly with my theme at first but Rachel stepped in and got it fixed and working great! Great addition and great service.

A true blessing! Our extensive product variations made ordering challenging for our customers. I thought I needed to hire a coder, but this integration with our current website theme was incredibly easy to use and made our site clean and simple for customers to place orders!

I cannot recommend this app enough. I have tried every colour/image swatch app under the sun. Every one had missing features, gaps that needed code edits to mitigate, or bloated extras that did nothing but complicate things. This app is simple to understand and use. But has all of the tools in the right way to make managing swatches easy. I swear I would of pulled all of my hair out if not for this app. It fit our use case perfectly without any funny business.

Tried a few apps and this one is definitely the best value for money and it has great team support! Lily was so wonderful and fast with the support we needed and fixed our issue quickly! can only recommend the app

Amazing app + support, super quick responses even with our massive time difference. Lily was very helpful with answering all my questions / issues and even quick to get the dev team onboard with feature requests. Would definitely recommend!

The app had an issue at the beginning, but with their great customer service (we got help by Lily) the issue was resolved quickly and now it works great.
