We're using this app for an Odoo to Shopify integration on a genuinely complex and large catalog with multi-variant architectural materials with custom metafield mapping and a quote-based flow rather than standard checkout. Beyond our custom needs, the app itself is straightforward and easy to use, and works great as a baseline out of the box — the core sync and field mapping just work without a steep learning curve. Really great experience with the Odoo Integration app and Techmarbles. The integration has been extremely reliable, but what really stood out to me was the level of support. we had a problem with the synchronization of the warehouse. I contacted support, within a few minutes I received a response with a link to join the video call. Product works great, with some slight challenges to get over but that has more to do with Odoo quirks in between versions more than this app itself. Support is great and responds quickly to issues.
The Odoo integration product is amazing. We started using it in early stages and the team is very responsive to improve the functionality. Support from TechMerbles is quite good over watsapp. I keep in mind the time difference and we work together as a team to solve issues. The person assigned to my project (Viraj) is very knowledgeable and he is one of many of the talented people in TechMerbles. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me in every turn throughout the launch and production.
Great connector! It made syncing products, inventory, and orders between Odoo and Shopify much easier. The setup was straightforward, and the support team was responsive whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it's a reliable solution that has saved us a lot of manual work.
Very helpful support team, hands on and dedicated to fix any issue. Our set-up took a little bit of time and we still have to fix a few syncing topics, but I am confident that also this will be solved soon.

We've been using this app to connect our Shopify store with Odoo for over a year now, and it has consistently worked fast and seamlessly. Orders, inventory, and data sync without issues, and we haven't run into the delays or sync problems we worried about when we first started. What really sets this app apart, though, is the support. Whenever we've had a question or run into something unexpected, the team has been quick to respond, usually right away, and more often than not they jump on a Google Meet call instead of going back and forth over email. Excellent app for syncing Shopify sales with Odoo. Everything works smoothly, including VAT and OSS, and the orders update automatically when there is a refund or any change, without needing manual adjustments or drag-and-drop work. The app is very responsive and reliable, but what really makes the difference is the team behind it. They are incredibly available, fast, efficient, and clearly know what they are doing. After months of experimenting with different solutions for us, Odoo connector from Tech marbles has solved our troubles. The two way sync has solved two of our most important issues - product sync and order sync to odoo. The settings are a little bit complicated at first but once you get a hang of it, it is pretty seamless. A special mention for the service and issue handling - top notch and on point.
Stock not sync. (Solved) Initially, communication was difficult, but once we established it, the support team provided excellent assistance. Very professional. They solved my problem.

I honestly don't know where to start because the experience with Niraj and the TechMarbles team was just outstanding from start to finish. I reached out with a fairly complex setup – we needed payment method mapping between Shopify and Odoo (PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments each mapped to their own journal) as well as real-time webhooks configured for multiple areas. Not exactly a simple task. What blew me away was how fast everything happened. Every single message I sent was answered immediately – no waiting, no being passed around, just straight to the point and helpful every single time. They even set up a Teams meeting with me to go through everything together and make sure it was all configured correctly. And they didn't just do the bare minimum and call it done. They stayed with me until absolutely everything was working perfectly. That kind of dedication is honestly rare these days. If you're on the fence about using TechMarbles or need any kind of custom setup – just do it. The service is exceptional and the team clearly takes pride in what they do. 100% recommended!

We explored creating an odoo website, but did not like the limitations of a more wysiwg site, and ended up developing our site with next js and the odoo ecommerce (at the time) wasn't capable of sitting headlessly within that site. We already have been using Shopify for ... 10 years? so that also meant we didnt have to migrate our data into Odoo but we had struggled for the last 6 years or so with inventory levels syncing to Odoo as we also sell outside of shopify (mainly). But also we had so many duplication of contacts/orders and admin. We explored a solution through Odoo app which was very expensive and looked terrible (clunky, prone to breaking) and nearly invested in that despite its issues until we came across this. What a haven! It is very consistent and pretty reliable (especially considering the complex nature of our set up). When we do have a bug (we've had some variants not displaying the correct quantity, or pulling through differently from the shopify order into odoo), but when we've contacted Tech Marbles they are very diligent, quickly reviewing and troubleshooting to develop a solution. (For scale of this, at the moment we dont have any issues for several months, and have only had 3-4 over the past year.)

I've been using this integration between Odoo and Shopify for almost a year now and, honestly, it's a game-changer! The features are simple but effective and above all, the team was responsive. Today this integration is extremely comprehensive, stable, and much more intuitive than many other solutions available on Odoo.sh. The integration works for both Odoo → Shopify synchronization as for Shopify → Odoo. Finally an Odoo-Shopify integration that works – and comes with great support. Before discovering this app, we were using a third-party integration within Odoo itself. It was a nightmare: complex to set up, overloaded with unnecessary configuration, constantly breaking, and completely unusable with multiple warehouses. Worst of all, support was nonexistent – we wasted countless hours trying to troubleshoot things on our own.
