I just purchased a subscription for Theme Updater to save me the job, However I updated the theme and the app is functionless since it doesn't work at all. The theme I updated is exactly as if I've installed the theme (EMPIRE by Pixel Union) and there are no changes at all, it's all at its defaults. This is so annoying. These are the files which don't have any changes (it's a ridicule amount of files, it doesn't make sense in most of them). Empire (Dec-23-2019) (May-3-2020) has been successfully installed. This is the best Mega Menu app in the Shopify app store. Intuitive, but at some point the menu order can be trickier to accommodate, but once you learn how to do it, it becomes incredibly simple. Support is amazing, seriously, the best I've ever encounter with any app or even theme developer, I'm with empire, from Pixel Union, who claim have world level support, not even close to qikify. They just completed a not that simple personalization task I asked for and I wasen't even a premium user of their app. Now I will and I don't really need it, but it's incredibly cheap. Inicialmente escribí una reseña donde anunciaba no poder usar la app, me respondieron y me llamaron, me enseñaron a usarla y ahora he pedido mi primera recolección y deposité saldo con paypal, pero la mala noticia es que la recolección NUNCA llegó y llevo todo el día intentando contactar soporte técnico y no me responden, lo único que provocan es que las empresas quedemos mal con los clientes. Actualización: Me han contactado, dejar una reseña negativa es la manera más fácil de pedir soporte técnico, en fin, la app generalmente funciona, a veces no responde y tengo que cambiar de navegador/computador. Los costos son muy buenos y manejan una amplia gama de provedores. La recomiendo para México, aunque veo varios detalles a mejorar.

Nice app, but it would be awesome if the prices get a little lower, but it is amazing anyway. But the real reason I give 3 stars is that it isn't updated for other languages than english, and you have to translate everything you could.
