I honestly don't know where to start because the experience with Niraj and the TechMarbles team was just outstanding from start to finish. I reached out with a fairly complex setup – we needed payment method mapping between Shopify and Odoo (PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments each mapped to their own journal) as well as real-time webhooks configured for multiple areas. Not exactly a simple task. What blew me away was how fast everything happened. Every single message I sent was answered immediately – no waiting, no being passed around, just straight to the point and helpful every single time. They even set up a Teams meeting with me to go through everything together and make sure it was all configured correctly. And they didn't just do the bare minimum and call it done. They stayed with me until absolutely everything was working perfectly. That kind of dedication is honestly rare these days.
