OrderMate ‑ Delivery & Pickup

This app doesn't work properly. A customer chooses a date for pick up and the app projects a date into the future for an estimated delivery time. It doesn't make sense.

The developers respond to requests in a VERY timely manner. We have many apps that we pay for...this has to be one of the top 5! It's a very simple task, but it does it perfectly! Update: We've been using this app for 3 years now, and it's still the best. We've reached out to the developer a few times over the years, and they ALWAYS respond in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Shopify is really all about the apps. The platform is great, but the apps are the ones that make everything better...and are tailorable to suit your specific needs. On Time Delivery is one of those apps. It does exactly as it promises, no glitches, and super quick to set up. And the customer service is excellent. We needed a colour change and couldn't figure it out. We used their chat function to request specific code, and they did it in less than 5 minutes.

I have used this app for several years. It works pretty well with some basic but necessary features. I use it for a floral business. Allowing customers to choose a delivery date is important and works well. The app also adds a "note" section, which is important for customers to leave a card message. I also love the date disable feature. This allows me to make certain days unavailable. I have had a few small issues, but the customer support has always resolved the issues and in a timely manner. Sometimes almost immediately.

The service is efficient, the staff is very good and friendly, the tools are simple and convenient, and the small problems of loading are also solved patiently. It would be better if different selection dates can be given for different products.

Great customer support. I thought no one would answer this late at night. The app works just fine.

While the app is usable, it lacks certain features. For example we offer multiple shipping options and only need the app to work for one method of shipping. We also need the date and time slot picking to be mandatory because otherwise customers can bypass selecting the time slot. To be able to do both, we just needed the time slot picker to have an additional option that can be picked by those who do not need to pick a time. That way everyone can only checkout once they pick a time, whether it is for those requiring the time slot or not. We tried to suggest this and a few more to the developers but for every suggestion, the answer is no, can't do. It's like they have no interest to improve the app at all. Oh well, once we find a better app we shall not be continuing with this. The two stars is for the frustration that came from trying to give you guys feedback.

I am updating my review below: I have used this app for more than a year and it has been a tremendous help for us since we deliver large goods and we need customers to be home to receive them. Our clients can choose a preferred delivery date and time and I can make configurations as I please to allow more or fewer delivery slots depending on our availability of trucks and delivery teams. The support team has been really great too when I asked them for assistance with the calendar positioning. The Look and feel of the calendar itself are minimal and simple, just great for our store. This is the best app I found for delivery slot allocation. Thanks, @appsonrent team.

I like the app. but the problem is every now and then it conflicts with my theme. and my menu stops working. This time you can't even Add To Cart from product page. But when I disable the app. everything works fine. I am thinking of switching to different app.

Very easy to navigate...accomplished exactly what I needed. I did not need the "time" feature, but it's nice to know it's there if we ever decide to get that specific on deliveries.

Used to work well, but out of a sudden, it just disappears and cant work, the delivery date and time slot wont load out once the page finishes loading, 2 days cant load up the issues.

Best schedule delivery app so far, basically solved all my problems and even help me to do some coding which I have no coding knowledge at all, thumbs up and keep the good works!

This app solves my problem of delivery by forcing the customers to select the required date of delivery before they could make payment. I don't have to call them to check the dates anymore. The customer service is simply excellent. They resolve the issue within a few hours. They even help us to resolve some other issues pertaining to the positioning of the Date field. Very impressed with their level of service.

This app has been amazing so far on my website, so easy to use & when i did have some trouble with where the calendar was located the support was incredible, they were so quick to reply and help with what i was struggling with. Great service and great app i highly recommend!

Appsonrent has excellent customer support responding to our concerns fast when there are issues! A good app for those that need to have delivery slots. Definitely, it has room to grow and improve but it is sufficient for basic delivery slot selection.

I installed this app to ensure that my customers will be able to pick their delivery date and timing. I had an issue with the app initially, as it managed to let my customers bypass to checkout without choosing the delivery date, which was detrimental to the whole business operation. The app support is amazing! I needed the calendar to not appear in my shopping cart on certain products and contacted support on the matter. They responded within 24 hours and customized my shop's code to disable the calendar on products with certain tags.

Absolutly perfect. Easy to setup, no bugs, choosen delivery date is shown on the "thank you page" of the checkout by only one click to enable this feature. cutoff time, blackout dates & other gimmicks can be set.

It does its job of letting your customers choose the date and time of delivery. Helpful support as well. Only issue I have is the lag of the calendar in the cart page and the unchangeable font for the email confirmation. Other than that all good. Thanks The issue I am facing with the calendar is it doesn't load at the same time as the entire page. There is a lag. So if customers click the check out button fast when the calendar is not yet loaded, the customers are not asked to fill up the calendar anymore. This leads me to not having their delivery date and time.

I'm very sorry to do this but I hope this is a way to solve it! I really appreciate the functions of your app but overall there is no way to use them! The section it shown app but after 2-3 seconds it disapear. I hope you can fix this or offer us a solution for a win win business partnership and have a nice collaboration! Sorry again!
