Great app with a helpful support team.

UPDATE: The developers continue to show 5 star support...absolutely recommended! Update: We've been using this app for FOUR years now, and it's STILL the best! The developers respond to requests in a VERY timely manner. We have many apps that we pay for...this has to be one of the top 5! It's a very simple task, but it does it perfectly! Update: We've been using this app for 3 years now, and it's still the best. We've reached out to the developer a few times over the years, and they ALWAYS respond in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Shopify is really all about the apps. The platform is great, but the apps are the ones that make everything better...and are tailorable to suit your specific needs. On Time Delivery is one of those apps. It does exactly as it promises, no glitches, and super quick to set up. And the customer service is excellent. We needed a colour change and couldn't figure it out. We used their chat function to request specific code, and they did it in less than 5 minutes.

I have used this app for several years. It works pretty well with some basic but necessary features. I use it for a floral business. Allowing customers to choose a delivery date is important and works well. The app also adds a "note" section, which is important for customers to leave a card message. I also love the date disable feature. This allows me to make certain days unavailable. I have had a few small issues, but the customer support has always resolved the issues and in a timely manner. Sometimes almost immediately.

I am updating my review below: I have used this app for more than a year and it has been a tremendous help for us since we deliver large goods and we need customers to be home to receive them. Our clients can choose a preferred delivery date and time and I can make configurations as I please to allow more or fewer delivery slots depending on our availability of trucks and delivery teams. The support team has been really great too when I asked them for assistance with the calendar positioning. The Look and feel of the calendar itself are minimal and simple, just great for our store. This is the best app I found for delivery slot allocation. Thanks, @appsonrent team.

Very easy to navigate...accomplished exactly what I needed. I did not need the "time" feature, but it's nice to know it's there if we ever decide to get that specific on deliveries.

Best schedule delivery app so far, basically solved all my problems and even help me to do some coding which I have no coding knowledge at all, thumbs up and keep the good works!

This app solves my problem of delivery by forcing the customers to select the required date of delivery before they could make payment. I don't have to call them to check the dates anymore. The customer service is simply excellent. They resolve the issue within a few hours. They even help us to resolve some other issues pertaining to the positioning of the Date field. Very impressed with their level of service.

This app has been amazing so far on my website, so easy to use & when i did have some trouble with where the calendar was located the support was incredible, they were so quick to reply and help with what i was struggling with. Great service and great app i highly recommend!

Appsonrent has excellent customer support responding to our concerns fast when there are issues! A good app for those that need to have delivery slots. Definitely, it has room to grow and improve but it is sufficient for basic delivery slot selection.

I have used for a few days this app, and I think is very easy to use, and support is real good too! I installed this app to ensure that my customers will be able to pick their delivery date and timing. I had an issue with the app initially, as it managed to let my customers bypass to checkout without choosing the delivery date, which was detrimental to the whole business operation. The app support is amazing! I needed the calendar to not appear in my shopping cart on certain products and contacted support on the matter. They responded within 24 hours and customized my shop's code to disable the calendar on products with certain tags.

Not every app is perfect out of the gate, as every end user has different requirements, so having the support team available to assist is critical (of which appsonrent has been fantastic). Absolutly perfect. Easy to setup, no bugs, choosen delivery date is shown on the "thank you page" of the checkout by only one click to enable this feature. cutoff time, blackout dates & other gimmicks can be set.

We use the app for local pick ups and being able to change all the wording to fit our store was perfect! Allowed us to limit people in our store at one time and manage high volume orders!

Works like a charm for our site, easy to install. We had some issues where customers were able to bypass selecting a delivery date when integrating with Google Pay or Recharge, but support was able to help us really quickly via the Live Chat function. Recommended.
