I have loved working in Peel for our customer retention and insights projects. Their reporting capabilities are so robust that the ability to customize your search seems unlimited. My favorite features are the custom dashboards and audience building. Kateryna has gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience with the tools, and I have already recommended Peel to a number of friends who are struggling with getting a holistic view of their sales data.
I’ve been using Peel for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! It’s made creating recaps so much easier. Huge shoutout to Rana Waleed Arfan from the Peel team for going above and beyond—he built an entire custom dashboard tailored to my needs, making it easier than ever to recap data and spot trends. Truly a game-changer!
We've been using Peel for several weeks now, and I love it! We share the insights to a shared Slack channel and it gives us insight into our sales, which sparks a lot of interesting conversations. Great tool! UPDATE: I wrote my original review in December of 2019 and Peel's suite of analytics has evolved over the years. I have a dedicated Slack channel to get daily updates from Peel, and I invite our team to see how we're doing from a metrics perspective, using Peel's great analytics. They have continued to improve their reporting and service, as well as their integrations and visualizations. I strongly recommend it for any growing Shopify store!

Peel has been a game-changer for our business. We've been able to learn invaluable insights into our business that would never have been possible before. Setup was straightforward and the Peel team was more than helpful when we needed to implement some custom filters etc. on our account. They're constantly releasing improvements and new features that are extremely useful and well thought-out (shout out to the new Explore feature, the ability to create reports that combine multiple metrics is amazing). As can be expected when ingesting and combining data from a wide variety of sources, there have been a few times where a metric has suddenly been incorrect or missing a chunk of data. Every time this has happened, Peel support has been responsive, helpful, and done whatever it takes to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Great app! This is by far the most advanced analytics tool for Shopify and Amazon (the Amazon piece is so rare and hard to find)! Their support is great whenever I need custom filters added or help with anything, they're always there to troubleshoot! Recommend!
A great service that simplifies a deep-dive into store metrics! Peel allows us to really understand our customer base and make the best out of our data. Their team is incredibly helpful and always available to help us elevate our analytics. I definitely recommend giving them a try, some of their features and integration options are hard to beat.
Peel has you sorted if you do not have a BI team. Game changer for me and my team. I used to download Shopify data, mine in Excel, and import into Tableau to then, create one visualization. Peel did all of this AND more within a few clicks. I can now skip through analysis and dive right into actionable strategies to increase sales and democratize data trends. Fantastic app.
Peel is the best analytics tool out there. Not only do they have the most detailed reports and metrics that you could think of, but they also have an incredible team that is always eager to help with any requests. They've helped us onboard our paid media agency as well as created new reports based on specific requests we've made. Peel treats us like a partner and we really appreciate that. We absolutely love Peel. We use it on a weekly basis to do reporting out to the organization, as well as deep-dive into questions that were previously hard to answer using Shopify/GA. The data is extremely robust. We have been using it to answer more complex questions. As our needs grow we have often turned ot the team for guidance. The team seems to always be available and eager to help. They very often get us exactly what we need within an hour. The tool is great, but their support team is somehow even better. 10/10 would recommend!

Peel has been one of the best partnerships we've had since the founding of our company. The platform is easy to use and their team has been so helpful whenever we have random requests or can't figure something out. Also, the fact that it integrates with both Shopify and Amazon Seller Central has been a game changer for us. So glad I don't have to pull performance data from Amazon separately anymore. The best part is that it sounds like their team is constantly adding new integrations to a lot of the major Shopify Apps and marketing platforms out there these days, so we'll be able to pull accurate LTV:CAC reports without a whole lot of digging. We love their platform and their team. 10/10 would recommend.

I researched and tested a lot of analytics apps before deciding on Peel. It was hands down the best, most useful app I trialled. And the support from Yasmin and the team is outstanding. I highly recommend this app for any business serious about using data to drive growth.

This app is extremely insightful with a huge amount of useful and actionable data. Love the Slack integration for quick daily snapshots of key performance indicators and comparisons. Customer support is excellent and really cares about your success with their product. Highly recommended!

Great analytics app, and really responsive and helpful team. Peel makes it super easy to get a snapshot of key metrics for your store, as well as gives you the ability to dive deeper into any metrics that may be relevant for you. I've been really impressed with their team - their communication, flexibility, and output is top notch. I'd highly recommend using Peel!
I used this app to get LTV and cohort data which comes standard. My only problem so far is that I can't exclude data when it's impacting the averages. Thanks for your review & feedback! We are always available to offer customizations to your data to exclude the outliers that are impacting the averages. Just message us and we will happily filter them out.
Great App! The daily email digest with the most relevant key metrics of our stores is an important pillar in my daily routine. From there I can dive deep into our store metrics when needed. I usually do that on a monthly basis... Team is available and responsive for questions.
Fantastic app for cohort analysis. The on-boarding process is really smooth, and their team is super responsive and helpful if you have and queries. Using the insights from Peel we have greatly improved our retention marketing and have much better insight into the value of our different marketing channels.
This app has been a lifesaver for me - as a new eComm founder who came from a finance and data background, I always want to keep track of our KPIs, and Peel has enabled me to keep track of everything anytime without the need to manually run analyses. I think this is an app that every ecomm business need - the slack integration is incredibly convenient, and the customer segment data has provided us tremendous insight to guide our marketing strategies. You can also input COGS and keep track of your gross margin, so you know exactly how much money you made. Definitely a must have!

The daily graphs on Slack that are automatically sent by Peel has been super helpful as it provides a at-a-glance view of our business performance and trends.
