Great app! It gives me peace of mind knowing my photos can’t be easily saved with a right-click.

Had not tested to see if the photolock still worked and found out it does not. How long have I been paying for a product that does not prevent vistors to my website from lifting my content? How do I apply for refunds? This was installed in 2019 and last major website revision a few years ago, I tested everything on my website. All was working well. Today I found out it does not work. We understand how frustrating this must be. The app would not disable itself — this typically results from theme updates or manual changes, and it's likely someone turned off the app embed during your last revision and forgot to reactivate it. I am so glad I came across this app, because I was so concerned that people would steal my images. This app makes it difficult for them to do so. Photolock offers more than I anticipated in terms of preventing image theft. I’ve been using this app for less than a month now and can say that the support for this app has been great. I’ve had to contact them about two issues and received a reply within 24 hours with a resolution each time. Here is my recommendation if you have a problem with the app. Contact their support first before rushing to leave a negative review. They are responsive.

I feel stupid for being quick to trust this app and give it my money by upgrading immediately, there were a lot of issues and features not working but I trusted that they will try to fix them or at least respond. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that they might be busy and waited over a week, crickets. Don't want my money, cool. I'm out. We have not received any inquiries from your store. All of a sudden I cannot access my own website, not on the computer nor my phone, it is telling me to whitelist Cybarmor.io What is going on, you are costing me valuable revenue and new people are trying to access my site because of new additions, why am I suddenly having this happen? I need this corrected NOW You have enabled tracking protection and it disabled your visit based on your browser tracking settings. Please contact us and we can assist you disable that feature.

our web site is not accessible from iPhone users over a week. Having hard time to get support, over the week. even shopify trying to reach them but nobody respond yet. I dont recommend this app, they are not responsible thats why I had to install this app to leave feedback(you cant leave feedback after 45 days from the installation). Hopefully they respond this time. According to our records, we have not received any inquiries from your store. All queries are responded to within 24 hours by our team. I'm pleased...I've used my own message which appears when someone hovers over an image. It's done very tastefully. I feel that my images are now safe.

Works not only as expected but better! Not only it blocks all right-click plagiarism, it also prevents third party apps from stealing images from what I have noticed. Ecomerce needs more developer like these.

I too had the error "Please whitelist photolock.io domain from Tracking Protection to view our site". The entire photlock.io site was down yesterday - coincidence??????? You have Browser tracking detection enabled in your Photolock settings. It is not an error but a feature of the app that blocks users that use browsers which prevents apps to load. It is not turned on by default, so you must have enabled it after. Since this feature blocked you from entering your site, that means your browser blocks tracking. Shopify's current system does not work with browsers that blocks tracking, so that's why you could not login to the app. You may want to try with a different browser. Safari is known to block apps during authentication. You can learn more about features in our help center. We also reply all questions within 24 hours, so feel free to reach out anytime.

1. Be aware the free trail is only available for the US$1 plan, if you switch to other plans, you will be charged. 2. I switched to the US$12 plan to check how the watermark looks like and it looks horrible in my opinion, there is a long OPAQUE bar which has same width as your picture and so it covers like 10% of your picture. 3. I contacted the team to see if they can have the bar removed or have the option to choose transparent color for the bar so there is only text on my picture. They told me they will have it done in few days, so I waited and stayed with the US$12 plan even though I am not using it. I waited for 2 weeks and sent them few emails in the meantime to see if they can provide any updates and they never replied to any of my emails. 4. So, altogether I feel like this is a scam, it was advertised with a 7 days trial, but it's for US$1 plan only, once I upgraded to US$12 plan, they just made me wait and wait and so if I forget to remove the app, they will charge me US$12 for every other months. 5. FYI, This app will slow down the loading of your website.

Great app. Very useful in protecting your content from being copied. Does what it says. Installation and activation was easy.

The Photolock team went above & beyond helping me with their app!!! Ugurcan offered me helpful advice concerning my website in regards to the scraping I’ve been experiencing. He recommended adding a firewall & also offered suggestions on some privacy & malware plugins. I appreciate that he took the time to help me & offer his advice, especially since it went beyond their app. I’ve had the app installed about a month now. The team responded right away to help me add the watermark. I initially had an issue with my theme not displaying the watermark consistently & Photolock quickly made some adjustments to my theme. Thanks Photolock!

Photolock has been so useful to me! I didn't want to get any views from certain countries. Photolock has been my protector! And it allows me to grow my business at my own pace. Thank you, Photolock! I also use it with NS8. Photolock blocks unwanted visitors and NS8 tells me the IP address of whom it is trying to get in. Photolock is a must have.

I sell a lot of my artwork on my site. Posters, canvas prints, wood prints, etc. Being able to protect my images from downloads is an important part of my business. I started with the free Lite plan, went to the Basic plan, and just today upgraded to the Premium plan, as this app has been working very well for me. It gives me a lot of options to use or not use. Highly recommended if protecting your images is part of your business.

2nd Review - I loved the app. but in June, 2018, I was informed the app. price was going to increase from $5 to $12 which is a huge increase and unwarranted. I would not have minded a small increase but this is ridiculous when there are other apps that will do the same for a small price of $1.99. I wrote the following review in Oct. 2017. 1st Review in Oct. 2017 - Great app - I am so glad that I found it to avoid copying of my photos which people have done over many, many years.

The easiest app ever to install and it does exactly what it says and more to protect your photos. Perfect.

A simple easy way to protect my images and website copy. I love that it has right click disablement for my entire store. My investment in good images and good copy is protected.

My understanding is that you can't fright click or have screen shot of items, however people are still being able to screen shot my products and send them to me asking questions.

This app is awesome for allowing me to keep my photos and text my own. When editing my site (I often use copy and paste from my other products), I unlock everything. But when finished, by the click of a button, all of my images and text are secure. Thank you! Great app!!!

Finally, I can lock my product photos.. I was fed up spending time photoshopping my images to have other people steal them. This app works great - the guys are helpful as there was an issue within my theme that was stopping all images being locked but within 2 hours of contacting them they got that fixed for me.
