I'm looking through Spocket for the millionth time after installing and reinstalling it. The real variety of products is in the aliexpress section which are just links to aliexpress products/sellers, not only can you import aliexpress for free with DSers, but blindly adding aliexpress linked products from spocket to your store is one sure way to ruin your reputation before you even start. Why? Most aliexpress products now are promoted by "CHOICE," the aliexpress version of Amazon, meaning aliexpress and choice will be all over the package your customer recieves. Meanwhile the US options are literally just random things added by random sellers they allow on the platform, looks like a thrift shop, bad images, immature and vague description etc, and we're expected to pay $40 just to get started building a thriftshop lol. Not to mention that their listings are so high expecting you to be okay with a few dollars, as if youre not going to be investing in paid ads which leaves you nothing. WARNINGGGGG: I never opted for a subscription plan, not even a free trial. Just downloaded it for a day to look at their offerings then uninstalled the app. My paypal said I have an "auto-pay" of $39.99 scheduled for Spocket, I signed in to my spocket account again, it was showing that I def have the free plan with no subscription on. I was only able to cancel the auto pay directly from my Paypal since the spocket account shows as free trial. I have no idea how it fished my paypal info, prob because paypal is connected to shopify. Beware, if you're credit card is the one connected to shopify the auto pay may not be as obvious. --- Update: They've been spamming me with emails a few times a week ever since my review, cc'ing almost everyone in their department. Bipolar as a company, leave me alone! Blocked them and reported as spam but still in my inbox, new email from one of their staff each time!!!

I feel stupid for being quick to trust this app and give it my money by upgrading immediately, there were a lot of issues and features not working but I trusted that they will try to fix them or at least respond. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that they might be busy and waited over a week, crickets. Don't want my money, cool. I'm out. We have not received any inquiries from your store. If you need any assistance, please contact support and we can audit your store for issues.
Extremely disappointed. Saw a potential in this app so I changed my entire niche focus to women's fashion hoping to get things set up for the pre fall-winter season. Spent days doing market research, building up collections on Trendsi, rebuilding my website from scratch, investing on app plug ins etc. Only to be stopped not even half way through attempting to import the collections I created to Shopify. They told me I need to confirm I'm not a bot by purchasing a sample, then they'll remove the limit. How am I a bot when I've been asking questions almost daily and talking to them lol. I'm a drop-shipper, starting out and testing things so I don't have a seller's license yet therefore I cannot place a sample. Long story short, wasted my time, energy, and money on a wasted potential. What a joke, not a funny one. UPDATE: Just wow. One of their leads reached out because I wrote a review, not to help but to potentially get me to take it down and never responded despite responding professionally with my concerns as asked. One of their reps told me earlier that new dropshippers can start and get customer orders without needing to have inventory and that its only needed if I want to get samples. Meanwhile the lead simply says that dropshipping without a business lisence is against their and shopify rules. Imagine targetting dropshippers and don't even know Shopify's policies regarding dropshipping. Glad they rejected me like this. Rejection is protection. All they care about is turning you into a customer of their products ASAP by suggesting you order "samples" because they don't believe every new seller will actually make it. Edit: I almost wasted my time to try them again then remembered how their actions never match their words. With their OWN WORDS on several articles on THEIR WEBSITE as well as one of their representatives told me that I'm not required to obrain a seller's permit or business lisence unless I start generating over a specific number a year or specifically with Trendsi if I want to purchase a sample, being responsible I read their articles and confirmed with their representative first. Then redesigned my website, branding, marketing emails, banners, ads etc to based on their products only to block me not even half way from adding the collections I spent NIGHTS organizing. They emailed me following my review saying to reply if I need any help etc, followed up 2 times to that email and no response. Idk what possessed me to reinstall the app, but thank god I rememebered. Imaging running this kind of business and don't know a thing about shopify's requirements or dropshipping in general, let alone their own policies. AND OH MY LORD, just read this response to this review. Instead of trying to be helpful, they are more worried about dismissing my review. I uninstalled their app because they stopped me from adding products saying I need to order a sample to prove I'm a human due to my activity, not took down my store. Still building it. Tf is wrong with this company, lmao. So disrespectful, after all the communication I had with them, wow. Imagine saying I'm fake just because I wrote my experience, immature is all I can say. Also I just love shopify, me responding to this stupidity is proof enough that I'm real, but my review also shows I've tried their app for 4 days, and they're saying my store was deleted after 3 days of free trial? As if they know me? I'm laughing my butt off. Plus they emailed me on August 5 which I responded to not once but twice from my work email. If actions don't match their words was a company. Circus.

Trendsi takes all feedback and reviews seriously. More details regarding this feedback: Trendsi is legally obligated to request business licenses or seller permits before we allow businesses to use our dropshipping or wholesale services. Compliance with these requirements is crucial as it helps protect both our business and other dropshippers & wholesalers. Furthermore, we do not mandate our sellers to purchase samples. However, should the sellers wish to acquire a sample, they would need to submit their seller permit for compliance purposes. We did not at any time ask the seller to update or remove their Shopify review and can provide proof of the conversation at any time. As of 8/3 this store has been closed after the 3 day free trial and we suspect this is not a valid review from a legitimate business. Trendsi is committed to maintaining transparency and trust within our community and therefore, have chosen to respond to this review publicly.
My store launch is being delayed because I want to ensure that the leads from paid advertisements will convert, so I need a solid email flow set up first. Unfortunately, I've encountered several issues with Klaviyo. First, I couldn’t upload my own fonts. I followed Klaviyo's suggestion to use the inspect tool to find the font code and upload its link, but it didn’t work. Although my domain and Shopify are connected successfully, I keep receiving errors when trying to publish a flow, stating it’s not synced to my store. I tested some cart abandonment flows using different accounts and waiting long periods, but no emails were sent, not even for test orders. When emails are sent successfully, they often end up in spam. Additionally, I’m forced to have my address in the footer of emails, which is problematic for a home-based business. Klaviyo also places a branding watermark on every email or pop-up, requiring an upgrade to a $20 plan to remove it. While I plan to upgrade once everything works smoothly to ensure my brand looks professional, the numerous errors and lack of support make it difficult to trust Klaviyo. I’ve spent two full business days trying to get it to work without genuine support. When someone finally responded today, they only addressed one error and didn’t provide a solution. It seems that without a higher-end plan, Klaviyo doesn’t offer much support. Larger companies receive weekly demos, but small startups are left struggling. Edit: They say that "double opt in" is optional but even if you uncheck it, they still wont add any email to your list that doesnt confirm a double opt in. Not only that, but they don't work with any intergration that is not on klaviyo, any sign ups from pop ups from other apps wont be added to klaviyos email list unless they specifically were added by a klaviyo native pop up. How frustrating, I've had my last straw. I'm out. Update: I've struggled installing, uninstalling, doing test emails etc for 3 days. Did they help or respond to my help requests? No. I saw a "klaviyotest" email subscribe to my list but never followed up on my request, which means they do see my requests but don't bother to help. If you're a start up, don't even waste your time here. They only care about big companeis and will kiss the ground they walk on being the one to spam those companies every two days begging them to use their platform. (a witness from both sides). Edit: If you're a start up, turn away. Don't just listen to my personal experience, but take a look at their "pricing options page," its a giveaway of how they give a different treatment to more established companies who starting at 10000 subscribers would get a "demo," video onboarding etc, meanwhile small busineses like us can barely even get an email response.
I just downloaded it, found it by accident but was curious. I'm in love with it instantly, if I the creator of my store am in love with the music and the vibe it gives, imagine how the customers would feel!
This app has been extremely helpful and makes reviews very easy to manage, the customer service is very fast, friendly and helpful. Tried other apps like judge me and yotbo but uninstalled shortly after. I recommend it! Update: Whenever I face any issues, the customer service are always there to help me fix it within hours of my email and they keep adding new features that makes it even more seamless. I highly recommend it!
Considering that Printful is the top POD and the longest in the industry as far as I know, based in the US, I thought I'd give them a try. However, using their app has been unnecessarily stressful, and trying to ask for help has been even more stressful. No wonder I see most people prefer to go to Reddit for their questions instead of asking the creators of the app. When I encounter issues with other apps, even if they are free or low-cost, the support teams always go above and beyond to solve the issue. They provide assistance through screenshots, video sharing, and even access to the website backend to fix the problem. It’s easy to see how passionate they are about their app. However, my experience with Printful has been different, leading me to distrust their service for selling high-value products to customers. Despite explaining which product type I’m working on and providing screenshots, their responses often seem off the mark. For instance, I had a question about t-shirt mockups being blurry and whether this would reflect on the physical product. I provided a screenshot, but the response I received made me think I was talking to a chatbot: "It seems you have sent the wrong file," despite me clarifying that it was indeed my design. Imagine thinking your design is an error just because it's not “common.” I also spent hours trying to get their canvas sizes right and ensure they bleed properly by editing images with the mockups I downloaded from their website to mirror edges. I did this for each size in their mockups for the canvas, but still had issues with each size image sticking to its respective size variant and not overlaying on the other sizes. After providing screenshots as usual, I got a response hours later asking, "Tell me what's the name of the t-shirt you're working on so I can see what’s the issue." This is frustrating, to say the least. Our time should be taken seriously. I also had to install another paid app just to combine different products that are relevant so I don’t have to create multiple listings for the same product, like framed canvas and canvas. This has been incredibly frustrating, and after spending days trying to configure things without adequate guidance, not a single product has been pushed to my store because their system doesn’t work properly and their agents seem indifferent. LMAO even their responses to reviews on the shopify store is "indifferent," just take a read. This reflects their customer service as well. Update: Changed to 1 star, still no one is helping. They provide vague instructions telling you to download their size mockup guide for each canvas size to resize your design to each specific size. Yet they don't have the option to apply a separate image for each size, making their mockups useless, which makes mirroring edges impossible unless each product is just applied to one size. Separate file images/sizes should be allowed to be added to each size, we are not customers buying 1 size for ourselves but we are a dropshipping print on demand, their service and tools have yet to reflect that. Not sure where all the high ratings are coming from.

We appreciate the time you took to submit the detailed review! We're sorry to hear that your experience with locating the necessary information for building your store and products didn't go as smoothly as expected. We truly appreciate the feedback you shared, and would be more than happy to take a closer look into the situation. Feel free to send as an e-mail at feedback@printful.com and we'll gladly take a closer look into it.
For how overpriced their plans are, their customer service is disappointingly poor. It's like talking to a rock, and it feels like your reality is being gaslighted. If you report any issue with their service, despite following all the steps, they insist that their service is always right and the issue is likely on your end. They then proceed to tell you to follow the same steps you've already mentioned you've completed. After that, they transfer you to another representative who simply repeats the previous response. I swear, their chatbot is more helpful and intelligent than any of their "human agents." It makes me question who's the human and who's the bot. Update: this is my 2nd and last review before unsubscribing and deleting the app. After submiting the first review, one of their customer support emailed me that they're saddened about my experience and asked me to respond with my questions so they can assist me to make up for it. I was patient and did as told, never heard back. Way to add insult salt to the injury. If "their actions never match their words" was a company. Update 2: beaware! I just clicked downgrade and after 2 attempts at making me click the wrong button to stay subscribed, they kept me subscribed anyways! They make it hard to downgrade.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. We have reached out to you via email to assist you with this.
Their pop up form is the only one I tried out of so many that actually triggers Shopify's native email automation. Was able to easily brand the colors to match my store, and they were very kind to remove their watermark for free! Life saver. Update: I've been struggling finding a good email marketing app, dedicated marketing apps require adding a million codes into your admin and the code of your website theme, and barely work. This app had automated abandonment checkout/browse, I doubted it'd work but tried it anyways and I love it! Not only does it work but takes the customer straight to checkout!!
They helped me get things set up and addressed my concerns, their customer service is really good and they respond immediately. Thank you Jessca!
