We love pirate ship, great customer service when we need it, easy to navigate and simple integration into shopify.
There's something genuinely pleasant about Pirate Ship... beyond their low prices and ease-of-use, they have a way of seeming like the only ship on a sea of other services, and in that, like an intermediary between me and shipping, rather than a hazard or an adversary. It's branding, but it works, and like I said, it's cheap and simple.
Excellent product. They have amazing customer service for any issues you have along the way. The pricing for UPS is way below the retail price, and their software is easy to use. It connects seamlessly with Shopify. You cannot go wrong with Pirate Ship (plus their communications are hilarious!).
We've relied on Pirate Ship since we launched, and they've felt less like a vendor and more like a true partner. Their customer service is fantastic, and the money we've saved on shipping has made a real difference for our business. Couldn't recommend them more

A couple of years ago, a fellow business-owner recommended I try Pirate Ship, so I did, and I've never looked back! Super-easy to use. Integrates with my Shopify store seamlessly. Saves me significant money over taking my orders directly to UPS or the post office. And they write the best emails ev-arrrrrr! ;) Five of five stars, highly recommend!

IT JUST WORKS! Whenever I use other (paid) platforms for shipping, I occasionally run into a system error that lasts the whole day. Inevitably this is always on a Monday afternoon and I am swapped with orders to ship. I have been using Priateship for years and never once had the app give me an error. Plus the support has always been quick to respond and always answered my questions. The only downside is that they don't support Amazon as a sales channel.....but hopefully that is something for the future.

I L-O-V-E love Pirate Ship! I was dreading the shipping part of my business. Pirate ship makes it easy and AFFORDABLE! Connects right to my Shopify Store, and printing labels couldn't be simpler. The savings is ridiculous. Not a joke. But what does irritate me, is that I now know how much I am being gouged on shipping WHEN I BUY STUFF!! Thanks Pirate Ship!
We've been using Pirate Ship for years now. LOVE IT. Shipping is far cheaper than having an account with UPS or FEDEX. The app integrates seamlessly with our Shopify account and imports everything we need to print labels. Highly recommended!

Pirate Ship has made it so freaking easy to sync my orders, see my shipping options and then get all my labels printed. I juggle Etsy, Shopify and Faire so being able to sync everything to one single shipping platform so smoothly is amazing.

Easy to use and best prices on shipping. Pirate Ship integrates beautifully with our Shopify store. Orders are imported with their weights making getting shipping costs super easy. We can do large batches of orders at a time. Very efficient for getting the orders out! Also, fantastic customer service. If you have a question that isn't in their FAQ's, someone always gets on the chat fairly quickly. We just love using Pirate Ship!
I've run a DTC / wholesale business for 30 years. We ship about 20 packages a day and Pirate Ship has been just excellent. You can link your Shopify and eBay stores via integration and the orders flow in seamlessly. You can also paste in full addresses. All our package sizes and weights are entered and everything is 1 click. I use Pirate Ship because Shopify is too lame to handle Dangerous Goods...Pirate Ship is all set up for it.

Pirate Ship has been a fantastic partner for us and our shop! Solid app, solid team, solid pricing, and solid support. Their customer support is extremely responsive and friendly, and has gotten back to us FAST at all sorts of odd hours, and their FAQ handles tons of stuff. Last but not least - we regularly get solid understandable pricing out of them - no subscriptions, no surprise fees. I absolutely LOVE pirate ship! It always works, I recommend it to anyone that needs to ship anything. You don't need a subscription or extra fees, just the commercial label pricing is all you pay. I literally have helped so many people by recommending this app and I have been using it for years!

I used Pirate Ship long before moving to Shopify and the integration is easy and just works. Sales show up automatically, and I just need to click one button to start printing the labels. Having the carrier options laid out makes everything fast and simple. Highly recommended.

I love this app and it has saved me so much time and money being able to process my packages at home and print the label. I never have any trouble when I drop it off to either UPS or USPS. I love seeing the options and delivery times as I chose which carrier to use. It is so simple to set up and use. A must have for any small business.

I love using PirateShip! The shipping costs are competitive, the customer service is great. I've had to dispute some upcharges with USPS and it can be done right thru PirateShip (and I won!). And it's free ~ doesn't get better than that!

I've been using Pirate Ship since 2021 when my business went from a dba to an LLC. I link my Shopify and Etsy stores so that I'm able to print shipping labels from both of these apps at once. I hope they will eventually connect to Faire & Amazon, but I think as they grow so will our options. I've never had a problem getting labels quickly and at the best price available. I'm able to select a group of orders that all ship in the same size box/envelope, each with the same weight - so I can print a batch all at once. You can save sizes and weights of packages that you use often, and it will even remember and suggest what package you last used with a similar order. Very easy to use. In fact, I rely on Pirate Ship so much that I would be lost without it. During my busiest time of year, I'll print out 150+ shipping labels in a single day. And I recommend Pirate Ship for personal shipping too, because it's so easy to use.

Been using Pirate Ship for about 5 years now. THE BEST. It's intuitive, it allows you to set up and save packages you frequently use, and it learns from similar orders to suggest packaging for an order. I've used their customer service a handful of times, and let me tell you, they are QUICK to respond and get you what you need! For shipping and pairing with Shopify, we couldn't recommend them enough!
Pirate Ship is the best app you could download for your Shopify store. The integration is seemless and the customer support team is always quick to respond. Other than the interface being extremely easy to use, the best part is that there are no subscriptions or extra fees that need to be paid. It doesn't get better than that because subscriptions for every app you need to add to your Shopify store, add up really quickly... I can't be happier with my experience with Pirate Ship!
By far the best shipping service out there with Shopify. Great integrations, wonderful support team, and PirateShip's personality is the cherry on top. We left Shippo once they started charging for more than 30+ labels/month, and quite honestly wish our team had just used PirateShip to begin with.

Have used Pirate Ship for many years now. Love it. Easy to use, and give us the best price available. I love the ability to use both USPS and UPS (We used to be 100% USPS, but over time and the severe failure of USPS - we now ship 98% UPS and are so much happier with much more reliable deliveries!! The 2% that still go USPS is due to huge remote area delivery fees on occasion - and/or of course PO box addresses , or Hawaii and Alaska where obviously it cant go UPS ground. We would be devastated if Pirate Ship ever went away ! Also love the ability to do a quick insurance claim for the very few times - a package has gone rogue or got damaged.
Using PirateShip has been such a great decision! It's easy to use and saves me a lot of hassle. Not only can I get the labels for shipping a bit cheaper, I can even schedule a pickup for my packages.

I'm not sure why anyone would use anything else. This is the easiest and cheapest shipping platform I have used in 7+ years of shipping for my small business. Everything about it is simple and intuitive. The customer service is TOP NOTCH and so kind.
i used it for all my international orders with way better rates available and the customer service has always been great at helping when there was shipping issues or questions!
I absolutely love PirateShip and have been using it since 2018, first with Etsy and then adding Shopify. It's straightforward, easy to set up, and it "learns" from repeated 'similar' orders. I'd be lost without it. Both Etsy and Shopify offer free label creation separately, but have serious limitations and security concerns, in my opinion. There are other shipping services, but they are not financially small-business-friendly.
I do not give praise cheaply but Pirate Ship deserves all of it. They make everything simple, professional, and funny. Rarely have I used an interface so easy and intuitive. I find the service second to none for online services. Keep up the great work ya pirates.

Pirate Ship is absolutely amazing. I use it for all my shipping needs and the shopify connection is exactly as simple as I need it to be. I go to the pirate ship website and click a button to get the order from shopify. When I'm done shipping, I run the CLI program I wrote to generate a pdf packing slip for printinf. The end - super smooth.

I used to use Endicia and decided to try Pirate Ship. That was several years ago and I haven't looked back. Noting to install on my computer, very easy and intuitive to use. They have great customer support. Every time I contacted support, they responded and helped me quickly. Very easy to use USPS and UPS together under one account.
Been using them for years. By far the cheapest domestic and international shipping I've ever used. For small packages and big packages. Customer service is basically 24 seven and they've always been able to help me with everything. I've never missed a package even if it's a weird address in a weird place.

Pirate Ship exceeds my expectations! I cringe when I see my friends paying retail for packages. I strongly encourage them to sign up for Pirate Ship, you have nothing to lose! It integrates seamlessly with Etsy and Shopify (plus more). I enjoy that they aren't a stuffy corporation, they like to have fun, enjoy their jobs and it shows!
I don't normally leave reviews (either good or bad), but recently PirateShip came through with a hail mary save for Etsy. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! PirateShip is amazing in every way, easy to use, customer service is top notch, I can ship my orders from Shopify & Etsy all in one place, and the price is unbeatable. I've tried other shipping platforms, but I'll never go back and will be a PirateShip customer for life!

We've been using Pirate Ship for years for our other platforms and personal use, so when we discovered that they also had a Shopify app, it was a no brainer. Easy to set up, easy to use, always the lowest prices, and absolutely the best customer service around....can't recommend highly enough!
I cancelled all the shipping apps I was paying a monthly fee for and now only use Pirate Ship. The interface is set up SO much better than Shipstation and similar apps. If you have a lot of orders, it is WAY easier to batch ship on Pirate Ship than it is anywhere else. The customer support is amazing and always knowledgeable and on-point. I have never seen any glitches on Pirate Ship like I do with other apps. And the best part is -- this app is completely free of monthly fees and has the cheapest international postage options. I recommend it to literally everyone in all of my small business groups I am in. The only thing it doesn't offer that I would love to see at some point is a split-ship option. But I just use Shopify for those one-off orders that I need to send out in multiple shipments. Best app ever! ARRRRRRRR!
Pirate Ship has the lowest shipping cost around. Free to use. Very simple to create labels with direct import from Shopify. Their customer service is top notch as well and responds fast. Overall, I would highly recommend using Pirate Ship.

Love using Pirate Ship for my Shopify store, my PayPal sales, etc.. Integration has been seamless, and I've never had any trouble getting in touch with someone from customer service when I've had questions or had to make an insurance claim. Easy to use, good dashboard, efficient and most importantly, actual people for customer service. I am sick of AI chat bots for customer service and that alone is enough for me to stick with PirateShip. We don't have issues often, but if I do have a question or problem, I REALLY appreciate the prompt reply and helpful customer service by humans

I love Pirate Ship. It’s incredibly easy to use and saves me a ton compared to buying shipping elsewhere—especially for UPS international. Connecting it to my Shopify store was quick and painless. And honestly, the pirate theme just makes it more fun to use. (It even helped get my son interested in helping me get packages ready to ship!)
Absolutely Love Pirate Ship! Amazing Dashboard, integration with Shopify, stellar customer service... more like "customer astonishment" !!! The live chat feature is incredible... saved me many minutes to hours with their spot on answers to issues that come up. Prices are always cheaper than regular UPS and USPS rates... plus the tracking is seamless! I always refer other businesses to Pirate Ship.
