POWR Image Slider & Carousel

TERRIBLE!!! A FULL SCAM!!!! and VERY difficult to uninstall

The slider is great. however it seems to stall before it loads, and then seems to jump. Hopefully a future update will fix this. Otherwise, it's great!

This app is brilliant, really easy to use and makes your website look good. The support is also brilliant if you have any issues.

semplice da utilizzare

awful

O assistente Luiz Campos foi muito prestável, resolveu um problema que eu tinha com rapidez e qualidade

Amazing flexibility in how images are displayed. Very useful in customizing you storefront!

App Muy útil para añadir banners y sliders de imágenes en las páginas de producto. Atención al cliente muy buena y rápida por parte de Jamilya, se adaptaron en todo momento a mis necesidades.

The support I had for my issue was brilliant. Arlyne Catungal was kind, clear and worked hard on the solution for me. Arlyne even found our chat after I disconncted a few times accidentally. Im very happy.

Waste of money. Did not manage to create a simple logo slideshow—no help from the team, either. Do not recommend.

very helpful, exactly what we wanted

The best app for image sliders I've found so far! I've used others that are glitchy, having loading issues with images and don't have as many customization optons as POWR image slider & Slideshow. Their customer service is also amazing- they have a chat feature and have been available to help me with all my sliders immediantly. 10/10 all around experience with this app!

Though I’ve not used the app for very long I am quite impressed with and grateful for the support team. Luiz swiftly resolved the issue I was having once we identified the exact cause of it.

I needed a simple slider to display four images on a web page and found this to be a good solution, with great support.

Hello all, I had a challenge with some script that was left behind when I changed my POWR Slider app. Irina supported me with this. She was very professional, timeous and and most of all she followed through from the beginning of the query till it was resolved. I do recommend the POWR app. I have 2 on my site at the moment and they are vital to the running of my site. The apps are also affordable.

The assistance provided by POWR was great! I was able to better understand how the app works!

It doesnt work properly, I havent received any answer from support. I would like a refund

Awesome and helpful support team! Richcarde was super helpful!

Greate and fast service

I loved receiving support in real-time as I was learning the program. Thank you!

THIS APP IS FANTASTIC SUPER PROFESSIONAL SUPER HIGHLY PERFORMANCE AND FAST AND IS EVALUATED OF SHOPIFY APP ...THANK I SUGGEST EVERYONE USING POWR APP IN THE SHOPIFY SERVICES EXPERTS THANK

Difficult to use and very slow when published.

The POWR: Image Slider app is a perfect addition to our landing page. It helped us customize our slideshow with the transitions that we were looking for. Initially the slideshow had too much empty space underneath it, however after contacting support we got excellent service from Richcarde M. He added custom code for us that solved this issue and answered emails promptly. Great product and great service, highly recommend.

I just started with the POWR: Image Slider | Carousel app today, and I am surprised at its ease of use and professional look and options. I had been struggling to create a slideshow with the perfect proportions and this app does it seamlessly. Customer service is fast and helpful as well. Highly recommend this for high quality slide show options!

Richcarde M. was super helpful!

My previous comment stands I think they need to give a little more on the Free Subscription or offer a limited time only trial period for one of there paid versions, because now I have tried the Pro package, I can see the full potential of the App and I would be happy to pay moving forward. Great App, easy to use and looks from my opinion very professional. Thank You "I am happy with how simple the app is but feel limited on the free package, I understand this is to get you to subscribe to an upgrade, but I feel as a new starter to eCommerce then I would of liked a bit more and then when I saw the results I would be happy to spend the money."

I am removing my negative review in exchange for a refund for the uninstalled app. This is their policy.

nice app ill keep trying it for sure. its very cinvinnient y me gusts mucho hehe continuare probandola

Great app, now I will try and convince my manager to spend the $ on the upgrade! Shouldn't be a problem after the great customer service.

I found the assistance provided by POWR in managing the Product Image Slider Carousel on our site - used for presentation slides that were featured in a YouTube video, in our case - was very professional, fast, and spot-on (effective) in helping us to accomplish the goals that we had for our site. We're planning to continue using it!

The app is extremely slow, it added a 5s load time to my site (measured via many apps like GTMetrix & web.dev). Other users said the same but I had hoped it was improved. The support is atrocious. I raised a few bugs I was experiencing and received some questionable replies. I used the app for a few days and asked for a refund. Currently I am being denied the refund due to their 'policy', but given the app performs extremely poorly (including compared to other image sliders), I don't accept that they've delivered on what they're advertising. I'm still seeking a refund & will escalate to Shopify. Please beware this company - a poor product, and shady business practice(s). There are other sliders that perform extremely well & cost less. Your site will load seconds faster, and come with features like mobile users being able to slide the banner with their hand (not just arrows). More customization, and more!

very goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

Don't install this app. I downloaded this app to test it out and my site immediately slowed down. I have been trying to get their support team to erase all their code for a week! I've sent screenshots, explanations, and URLs - they still haven't even attempted to get the code off my site... They just keep asking me for more examples. Very poor experience.

This app is super convenient and offers my website an organized gallery for smooth testimonial transitions and viewing!

The layout and options to create great graphics seems AWESOME. But honestly, when someone is trying the free plan out to see how it would work for a couple or weeks of so, it's NO GOOD that the logo and text of POWR Image Slider and Carousel is displayed. I don't think any professional webshop would want that, even for their trial period. So I had to delete it unfortunately.

easy to use and they install for you!!! amazing loveeee it! give lots of options for being free. perfect! thanks guys!

I highly recommend this app for image slider making. It makes my site more dynamic and interactive with customers.

I deleted a slideshow and it’s still showing on my page with default images no option of removing. I created a new one and it’s still showing it’s attached to the slide

I really like it. It's easy to use and to implement. I really recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much

The app is a great way to highlite products in your catalog. Also to rein force your key messages with graphic images

I just installed the app and used images I created in Canva and so far it's good! I like that they offer a free version to test out.

0 stars, purposely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam

Great app, does exactly what it claims to do and very user-friendly with full customisation options!

Una aplicación muy buena con diferentes estilos de slider en los cuales hace ver el tema mas elegante La recomiendo muchisimo

I enjoyed using the app. I wish there were a few more free plan options. More content. Overall very easy to use.

Very easy to use and it let you to have 3 sliders for Free which is amazing. If you dont want it complicated its easy to install, but I guess for advance installation you should contact the supporter as it needs code and other stuff.

Excellent app. Very useful and looks nice. Installation and configuration are user freindly. The result looks very professional. Many thanks

great app but why must I write 100 characters........................................... ...........

Super application très facile à utiliser, je vous la recommande. Nous sommes très satisfait du résultat Mira Paris https://mira.paris/

Great app! Exactly what we needed to present a slideshow on our wholesale page. Easy and simple format to work with.

So far so good! Very easy to use and provides a good amount of options that other apps make you pay for.

I download this app to add image sliders to some of my product/collection pages and basic product promotion on my website. So far so good. It's working perfectly. Very happy

Very easy to use and looks great on my site. I was able to create sliders for product pages and blog posts very easily, and it looks great!

Great app and easily to use.........

"Image Slider + Carousel" But no carousel option available. I hope i'm wrong and I'm just overlooking these options but so far nothing.

Easy to set up and integrates really well within our site design with a few small tweaks. Best carousel app we've found on Shopify.

I used this app to help put a slide show of what our brick and mortar store has to offer. It was quick and easy to use. 4 Stars just because in order to add video's I had to upload them onto Youtube first.

Very easy to design and install ! Made very simple for my first time. Will def recommend to my friends and clients.

Im still a beginner but i felt like im already a professional site developer with this app. I was making slider for Nosefrida and uploaded it easily to our site.

So far so good, it was easy to create and very easy to add it to the page. No coding knowledge required

Created a image slider gallery. Easy to use, install and add to pages on Shopify website. Perfect for showing a group of pictures

What a Stunning APP - It does what it is supposed to do, looks amazing on my website and is SUPER EASY to use! Thanks to whoever created it! Absolutely LOVE IT! 5 STARS TO YOU!!! NO reason not to use it :) One of my favourite APPS right now!

Easy to use and straight to the point!! Amazing for creating image glossaries and galleries! Loved it!

So far so good! Would be great to have more smoother transitions though. But so far so good thank you

Easy to use and very nice on the eyes. Love the product and look forward to many years of uses. hope this helps

I used this app to add product reviews with photos to my website. It worked great and allowed for lots of customization.

Integrates really well and looks simple and elegant. Super easy to install and manage. You can make the images clickable and linked to your products rather than just having a slideshow.

Great plugin, used to place banners on main page. Works fine, very simple in install and use. Thanks!

Just installed the app and was able to get it to work quickly. Now I have to get creative with it! Thanks!

We used this app to create custom galleries on our shopify site. Works pretty well. Very straighforward. May need some help, as my website appears to be "dropping" the code if I try to update the page further, but I'm not sure what is causing that.

Worked perfectly for me, and is a great little plug-in to add a sliding gallery of photos. Thanks for making this!

This App is a convenient tool. It's easy to set up and quick to use. The slideshows work fine on mobile and desktop. The only issue is that takes a few seconds to load the slideshows which affect a bit the user experience. I'm not sure if that can be resolved. I recommend this App.

Very easy to implement and and customize. We like it and will be using it on other projects. Glad we found it. Thanks guys.

The plugin works fine. It is easy to use and it's free. It offert the possibility of add photogallery in product page or in the page of the website.

I love it! Really! Actually all the POWr apps are very nice! Actually these apps are good for people (like me) who doesnt know how to has no programming skills.

OK. SO THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING THIS APP AND THUS FAR I LIKE IT. SEEMS VERY EASY AND I AM EXCITED TO EXPLORE IT FARTHER.

This is by far the best slideshow app we have used. It is a very simple process to get it up and going and has all the needed features that we are looking for.

i must have tried dozens of apps so far, this is the best one. the only weakness is i cannot play around with font size and paragraph without any coding knowledge. a part from that, very happy indeed

Just started using this app, so far so good, easy to install, pleasant to menage.

Great, fast, efficient, fun, easy to learn!

This app is easy to use however I encountered a number of problems. First off, my media looked just awesome in Corel, but when I loaded my imported media to the plugin, they did not look nearly as good. After running my new sliders for a day, I realized I neglected to check how it looked on mobile. Surprise surprise with the slider plugin installed my page was taking minutes to load, if at all. Very frustrating as this is my busiest month of the year and more than half my customers use their mobile devices so I ended up losing probably hundreds of dollars in sales. Support was responsive and explained that their plugin loads after all the other plugins on the site so one of my other apps was to blame. The fact of the matter is that with this plugin installed, my site would not load correctly on mobile devices. Support explained that average load times for the plugin on a page launch were 3 to 6 seconds. I am sorry but that is just really, really bad.

Very easy to use with a professional feel and look. Great app!

Free option only allows you to have 3 images, if you want more... pay!!

Great product and easy to set up and very easy to update and change my pictures. I recommend to others.

The most app on my website - when pictures say 1000 words - it's added so much value to my site.

It is not free unless you want a gallery of 5 photos!! Shopify free themes have 6.. so I'm not sure what's the use of this app. I just hate to be tricked, after installing and uploading they ask you to upgrade if you want to have more!

Nope. Horrible user interface and ridiculous billing system. They make you upgrade PER gallery, so if you want to want only two galleries with more than 6 pics each, you end up paying upwards of $24/ month which is ridiculous for an image slider. Looking to switch to something else, but bummed Shopify doesn't offer more slider apps considering how robust the site is supposed to be. Monopoly of an app is right. NAGL.

I found this relatively easy to use, it works well for pages where theres a lot of images

pretty pleased - simple to use and implement

Very easy to use, many options available. They also have many other apps available, which some I use at my website, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Very easy to use. Would recommend!

I have tried a number of shopify slider plugins and this app is by far the best value when it comes to functionality and ease of set-up and use. Highly recommend.

Easy to use, good support team!

Very easy to use and great plug-ins
