I used this in 2023 with good results, decided to use it again for an SMS campaign. The app is glitchy, random lines of code are often in the app and changes don't save consistently when I am creating messages or popups. Additionally, I tried to use their template automation for a winback campaign I am now on my 3rd conversation with support because the triggers aren't set up right. Unimpressed with the app, especially for the price.

I like this app a lot - my email subscriptions are up and I think its due to the design recommend for sure!
After sitting down and working with your team - I SUPER appreciate their help on a Sunday! The app still doesn't bundle the way I was told it does when I got it. I opted to go with another app that has more flexibility, more docs, and is at a lower price point. I understand you all usually work with enterprise clients, at that scale an onboarding call is likely appropriate. For SMB, an app should be able to onboard without having to schedule a call. That would be more of my time spent to find out this app doesn't do what I am looking for, in that time I can get another app set up and running. For onboarding, we typically like to setup an onboarding kickoff and get access to your theme so we can do the setup for you as we are focused on white-glove onboardings. Great app - easy to set up, doesn't intermittently fail like other ones! Additionally, the support is fantastic. They recently reported a UI issue to me and fixed it immediately.
I have tried this app twice - and the heatmap doesn't work. It fails every time it attempts to load. Not worth the money. The Vitals app has replays that actually work.

Don't install this app. I downloaded this app to test it out and my site immediately slowed down. I have been trying to get their support team to erase all their code for a week! I've sent screenshots, explanations, and URLs - they still haven't even attempted to get the code off my site... They just keep asking me for more examples. Very poor experience.
