Today is going to be a good day—I found Primy! I had spent days fighting with another forms app, and then Mike showed me what Primy could do for my business. He even looked at my website before answering me, which impressed me right away. I told the AI builder what I needed, and my form was done so quickly I could hardly believe it. Mike also showed me another option I can use at no extra charge to make forms for my markets and fundraisers. That’s huge for my business! The price is amazing, and he told me he’s there if I need anything. I’m rebuilding my website after a difficult experience with a consultant, so Mike’s kindness, attention, and quick help meant more than he probably realizes. I’m ecstatic. Thank you, Mike—you did a great job!

From someone with no experience with developing forms, I found this app to be very user friendly. I was able to create and publish my first form with ease and it came out exactly how I envisioned it! I did have some technical questions and reached out for assistance. Mike responded to my questions quickly and provided excellent service.
I had been using JotForms prior to subscribing to Primy: AI forms and File uploads. The Primy software is more featured packed and easier to use. The technical support is excellent and they work through any technical issues you try to overcome. Best of all, if you pay monthly, the Primy monthly subscription is less than 25% of the cost of Jotform. One happy subscriber!
This App works great , and the Support Team is even better! I had an issue and they got it fixed within the hour . 10/10 worth every penny . Thanks again !!

Die App ist wirklich top. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Support. Wir hatten am Anfang ein paar technische Schwierigkeiten und haben daraufhin den Support kontaktiert. Uns wurde super schnell geantwortet, das Problem wurde gefunden und direkt ein Update eingespielt. Jetzt läuft alles einwandfrei. Ich denke, nicht nur die Funktionen einer App machen viel aus, sondern auch, wie bei Problemen reagiert wird. Hier würde ich ganz klar sogar 10 Sterne vergeben. Denn genau dann, wenn mal ein Problem auftritt, bringt einem die beste App nichts, wenn der Support nicht erreichbar ist oder nicht hilft. An dieser Stelle ein großes Lob an das Team. Ich kann die App nur weiterempfehlen.
I tested several form builder apps before choosing this one, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Not only is the monthly pricing very reasonable, but the level of customization available is outstanding. Our website required multiple form types, each routing submissions to different email recipients, and this app handled those needs seamlessly. The flexibility in form design and functionality made implementation incredibly easy. What truly sets this app apart, however, is the support team. Their response times are incredibly fast, and they went above and beyond to help with custom CSS, custom class names, and troubleshooting to ensure our forms were functioning perfectly on the site. Excellent product, excellent support, and excellent value. Highly recommended — 12/10.
I rarely leave reviews, but this app honestly exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a form builder capable of handling more advanced and personalized customer flows, and this app turned out to be EXACTLY what I needed. I was able to create fully bilingual forms with conditional fields that appear based on my customers’ answers, which is incredibly useful for my business. The flexibility is impressive. I can create forms for specific pages/triggers and choose whether they appear as inline forms, pop-ups, or floating forms depending on the situation. This has allowed me to better organize and target customer requests, which will also help me build smarter AI automated replies and improve my customer service workflow. What impressed me even more was the customer support. Their live chat support is genuinely excellent — fast responses, useful answers, and real help from people who actually understand the product. Special thanks to Mike! Considering everything this app can do, the pricing is honestly very reasonable if you need more features like I did. It feels like a premium tool without the premium price tag. Highly recommended.

Being new to Shopify, coming from a while at Sqaurespace, this is a whole new monster to learn. I will say that this app has been great to set up and when I had a problem, Mike was there to help. the customer service has been outstanding!
Very scammy and misleading marketing. They show "Free" instead of "Free plan available"on the app store and then charge for simple things like allowing form entries be submitted to shopify customer. Deleted!

Hi! We’re sorry the App Store listing didn’t clearly distinguish the free plan from paid features when you installed Primy Form Builder. At that time, our plan structure was being tested. Pricing and the requirement to upgrade for creating Shopify customer records from form submissions were shown inside the app before purchase, but we understand that this information should also have been clear before installation. We corrected the App Store pricing details months ago, and the free and paid features are now shown upfront. Thank you for highlighting the confusion.
I have just installed the app and everything works fine, the forms is quite nice you can edit like you want, add AI or do everything from scratch. The service is amazing, i needed help and Mike fixed the issue for me in fast as a shark. Really glad for the team behind it and everything is amazing. Great app and the team behind it too is stunning great. Thanks a lot, really recommend this app for all who wants great forms and so on. Thumbs up guys.
This app is great, and the customer support area is even better! Mike was extremely helpful in helping us setup the app and working through some issues of our own making. Highly recommend.
Fast service, looks great, easy to use. For more advanced changes you need to know some CSS coding, but you could also ask customer service and they will help you. Good product so far. April 2026

This app is awesome! The features are great and easy to use, plus the support team is always there to help. Furthermore, I discussed their roadmap, and what they will be releasing soon will set them far apart from the other form apps available on Shopify. (I've tried them all.) A+ from a happy customer. Was looking for a forms app in Shopify that has a wide range of customization options and an easy to use editor that fits my needs. The developers are also really helpful and responds fast to an questions. Would really recommend!
I was online all day with Shopify trying to fix several issues on a new third party theme, one being a problem with a built-in contact form that I was told could not be deleted. Captcha was not working on it and I was being inundated with hundreds of bot emails. I had installed Primy earlier that day and after being told over and over by Shopify that the old contact form could not be deleted, only hidden, I could not accept that as an answer. I reached out to Primy to see if we could make sure their form was the only one on my shop. Sure enough... they were able to help me out and solved my problem in minutes!
SUPER EASY AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. This app literally connects and has the features I needed. Smooth like butter.

Not only do I love this app, I also hold the team behind it in the highest regard. The app answers all of my needs. When I first installed it, I needed a feature that was not available. I asked the Primy team about it, and in less than a week they built exactly what I needed and I was able to implement an important customer intake form that I needed quickly in super fast time. The form is beautifully designed, integrates easily into my brand look and feel, and from the email I just received, it looks like they added new features that will integrate these forms into my workflow even better now! Eine wirklich tolle App - viele Möglichkeiten, exzellenter Support.
mit der KI ist das einfach nur oberschnell. Ich liebes es! Selten so ein durchdachtes und anwendungstarkes Tool gesehen. Ich hatte vorher 2 andere Anbieter ausprobiert, die waren nicht gut. Ganz klar eine Empfehlung. wer es nicht macht ist selbst dran schuld.
The pricing is reasonable, customization options are flexible, and customer support responds quickly. Overall, it’s been a great experience for our store so far.
Amazing support! I had an issue where my form’s file upload field was limiting uploads to 2MB even though my plan supported larger sizes. The support team responded extremely fast and fixed the problem right away. Their customer service was outstanding and very professional. Highly recommended!
I purchased the app yesterday and had my first form built in about 30 minutes. The process was very straightforward and intuitive. I was impressed from the start with how robust the app is when it comes to designing a form. I did run into an issue with getting the app bound to a particular button in a shared rich-text section and it really stymied me for a while. Finally, I reached out to Primy support and a short time later, Mike responded to my inquiry. We did a little bit of back-and-forth and found it wasn't a problem with Primy, it was a limitation in Shopify. After a short bit of fiddling with CSS, he helped me arrive at an easy solution to that problem. The reason why I chose Primy was because of the glowing reviews I read here, so I'm adding mine. It really is a good productivity and information gathering tool and the support is excellent. Just do it. :)
I've been looking for a form builder that fits all our needs for a while now. Then we found Primy AI and I’m impressed by its overall performance. One of the standout features of this app is how lightweight it is. It doesn’t slow down my website at all, unlike other form builders that can sometimes cause performance issues. Also the interface is by far the easiest I’ve come across for building forms. The drag-and-drop functionality is incredibly intuitive. The app is frequently updated with new features and improvements, which is always a great sign! Also the customer support team is outstanding! They are quick to respond, friendly, and always ready to assist with any issues. I’ve had a few questions along the way, and they’ve resolved them in no time.
Great Customer support, helped me out fast and did everything right and showed me what he was doing as well! I will continue to use this app.
Finally found a form app that does exactly what I needed! The form pops up on button click, even with my custom out-of-stock button! and the integration was super easy, didn't even need to write code. Customer support is crazy fast and really helpful. Perfect for a small business like ours!
Forget needing a Shopify coder when you have this app, their support team and the app is amazing all the way around! Save the $$$$ and wasted time waiting for your website to be fixed. They will help you quickly and efficiently! Also, you will probably learn a few things about your website and app you didn't know before. Literally amazing app support!

I’ve tried a few form builders for my Shopify store, but Primy has been the smoothest by far. Setting up custom forms took me less than 10 minutes no coding at all. I love how flexible it is. I created a product inquiry form and a bulk order form that both match my store’s design perfectly. The conditional logic feature is a game changer, and the integration with Google Sheets keeps everything organized. Definitely Primy is a apps that makes your store feel more professional without any stress.

Fabulous app. I was looking for a form that was able to apply conditional logic on the success page and Primy is the only one I found that can do it. Plus, the support is outstanding. Mike walked me through the steps to make sure my form looked exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommended form builder!!
Just started using the app to create application form. I love the versatility of the form builder and how easy it is to integrate. I had problem and used the chat feature to get help, and was immediately talking to someone and was able to get a resolution. So far app is everything I was looking for in form builder.

App fantastica! Molto semplice da usare e, anche nella versione gratuita, si ha un’ampia scelta di contenuti da inserire. Assistenza notevole, ti aiuta passo passo in alcune difficoltà che si possono avere (nel mio caso, mi hanno aiutato a risolvere una cosa per mia inesperienza), quindi doppiamente apprezzato.
