I rarely leave reviews, but this app honestly exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a form builder capable of handling more advanced and personalized customer flows, and this app turned out to be EXACTLY what I needed. I was able to create fully bilingual forms with conditional fields that appear based on my customers’ answers, which is incredibly useful for my business. The flexibility is impressive. I can create forms for specific pages/triggers and choose whether they appear as inline forms, pop-ups, or floating forms depending on the situation. This has allowed me to better organize and target customer requests, which will also help me build smarter AI automated replies and improve my customer service workflow. What impressed me even more was the customer support. Their live chat support is genuinely excellent — fast responses, useful answers, and real help from people who actually understand the product. It feels like a premium tool without the premium price tag. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I was looking for! And boy, did I try a load of Chat apps. Service is amazing too! Had an issue with setting up translations but Hana came to the rescue. 5 minutes and everything was running smoothly. The cost is also very reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend.

Was with Shipstation for 2 years and just could not swallow how expensive it came up to with the exchange rate. So went on the hunt for a cheaper alternative and so far, I could not be more happy with the switch. It was a bit hard to get used to. Probably because I was used to working with another application but I stuck with it and once I got the hang of it, it's actually WAYYYYYYY better. I love how all the statuses show up in my admins page. So much easier to track my orders. I still have things to learn but the customer service is also A1.
