We have been using this app for at least 3 years and it does what we need to capture warranty information. There is actually much potential in this app; the way the UI can be customized which we recently discovered. The documentation could have been better to mention some of these, but reaching out to the tech support would give you the clarity. Very responsive help to advise, and fix any issues you encounter. So this is a great plus for us.
I've reviewed some product registration apps and this one is the best among all. The out-of-the-box features are almost exactly what we need. The support staff is very helpful to enhance it as needed. We need a new function recently. Vito has been really helpful. After discussing our needs, his team implemented a new functionality for us and it works perfectly!
We've been using this platform to register our production serial numbers and authentication codes, and it's been a great experience. Uploading codes is quick and easy, and once they're in the system, our customers can verify that they're buying an authentic product in just a few seconds. One of the biggest benefits for us is knowing our products are better protected against counterfeits. It gives both our team and our customers extra peace of mind, and we've received positive feedback on how simple the verification process is. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and handles large batches of codes without any problems. It fits smoothly into our production process and has saved us a lot of time compared to managing everything manually. The customer support has also been fantastic. Anytime we've had a question or needed help, they've been quick to respond and easy to work with. Overall, we're very happy with the platform and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to manage product authentication and protect their brand.
Really great app for managing and customizing our warranty form. Anyone without code knowledge will be able to handle the setup/design. Furthermore, the support team is very helpful. They answer all of our questions instantly and are able to resolve issues in a short time. Highly recommend this app.
Doesnt install. Have tried on numerous browsers and many attempts. The app installed once and timed out over and over and over again, so I uninstalled it. Since then, it continues to not install across Firefox, IE, Safari, and Edge. Across 4 different storefronts. I wish I could contact you but again the APP DOESNT SHOW UP. DROP ME AN EMAIL I CAN CONTACT AND ID BE HAPPY TO TRY AND WORK THIS OUT. They fixed the problem they claimed in their response, for about 3 days and now again this app won't load on Safari or Edge. Businesses don't have time for apps that don't open. FINAL UPDATE: I have tried this app two or three more times after the claimed "fix". I was happy this morning because it was actually working for the first time in three weeks and I thought it could be a solution for our store. But I came back this afternoon and now the app times out again. I have tried to enter it 4 different ways. Impossible. I have been a Shopify user for 10 years and this is the worst UI I have ever run into. Yes, app store reviews "aren't designed for technical troubleshooting," but this is beyond that. Other Shopify stores should know that you are frauds. Develop a better app and you wouldn't have reviews like this.

We are genuinely sorry to see that you are still frustrated. As a team, we take immense pride in our app and our customer service, which is why we take your accusations seriously. Over the past three weeks, we have sent you multiple emails offering 1-on-1 support, screen shares, and guided walkthroughs to figure out exactly what is happening on your end. Unfortunately, we have not received a single reply to any of our outreach. Our server logs confirm that the app is actively loading and functioning on your store without timing out, which points to a localized issue (such as a browser extension conflict or an incomplete setup step). However, without your willingness to communicate with us outside of App Store reviews, it is impossible for us to diagnose or fix a localized issue on your specific machine. We remain fully committed to supporting our merchants, but we need two-way communication to do so. We wish you the absolute best with your business going forward.
Thanks for the quick response and action on our request. We have been using the English version to adjust the wordings for our Vietnamese pages. We found there is a field that cannot update the wording, but the support team quickly fixed it within 2 hours. And now, we can translate that field as well. The quick follow-up enabled us to provide better service to our customers!

In Q4 2024, we completely redesigned the UX, forms, marketing automation, and our internal processes using MPR and it's Klaviyo integrations. We're using it thoroughly right now : registration forms, conditionnal logic, warranty claim forms, old entries importations, statuses, marketing automation triggers, customised CSS / JS, serial number control list, product labeling, ... To our customer's and internal team perspective, experience is smooth. We were having specific needs, therefore demanding toward the support team. Vito from Varify support team quickly and accurately managed ever single one of them. Do not hesitate to ask the support team. This solution has way more capabilities than it seems.

Its a great starter for being able to have dedicated forms on our website for warranty registrations, and claims. It isn't the easiest to use. But the customer support answers all the questions I had to help me get it set up. I do wish the emails were more customizable that it sends to our customers. But its good so far.

It is a great app, which's exactly what I want. The customer service team is good, fast reply and patient. The features provided are exactly what we need. The staff was also very patient in providing us with assistance.
Found an issue with dark Shopify page themes where text from drop-down menus appears white against white (unreadable unless scrolled over with the mouse cursor, which then turns the field light blue making the white text barely legible). A very simple bug to fix, however after numerous attempts to get support and inform them of this bug with detailed screenshots, I received no response. Literally weeks of trying to get support and nothing. I'll be deleting and finding another app for my customer form needs and I suggest you do the same.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Product Varify (My Product Registration) for being such a great app and team for their vendor support. This app fits our needs wonderfully by allowing customers to register their warranties seamlessly on our website. Their support is really quick (usually gets a response within a day), and they could understand the problems we are facing and help us rectify them in a timely manner. Talking about the app itself, it's very user-friendly, and our customer is able to auto-fill their serial number on the warranty by scanning a QR code on our product. For us, managing all that customer data has become a breeze. We strongly recommend this app if you're looking for a reliable and efficient solution for your product warranty registrations.
Hello, This app is perfect for me. It allows customers to set up there product warranties from products they purchased both online and offline. The impressive thing for me is it allows customers to enter the serial number and upload receipts from offline purchases. One of the main advantages is you can approve the warranties online, by checking the receipt against the details entered. You can do this all online, no more communication and asking for attachments of receipts by email. No need to create excel spreadsheets, this app stores everything. I tried 3 other apps, before i found this app.
It's been great for what we needed! The form builder works great and the features and settings makes it easy to manage forms. I would like to see improvements to styling which needs to be done with CSS at the moment.
In my store I want fet h product dynamic in product filed how can I do that can you help me out for that

Great customer service, very fast response time and solutions are easy to follow and work first time!
The service is very responsive and helpful. We had a few issues setting it up and connecting it to all our tools but we are getting there.
Great app, can be used for much more than product registrations. We use it for service agreements on diving gear, and also as a logbook for registration of catch (fish, crabs etc).
App does exactly what we need to communicate with our customers. Customer service was extremely helpful with solving a problem

Perfect app. Exactly what i was looking for. Built out a warranty page with a little help from Vito. Their customer service is amazing. Scheduled a call with Vito, in less than 30 minutes he answered all my questions, and trust me I had a lot of them. If you are looking at this app it is worth the 5 day free trial and definitely worth the $15 a month. thank you
There are two emails you can set up. "Notification email", where a system user can get notified about a registration, and the "Send email" where emails to those registering will get emails from. All emails going to registered users come from the "Send email" correctly, but incorrectly have a reply to address of the Notification Email. So if you want to monitor email registrations on your own email account, all users who register and reply to the emails will be replying to you and have your email address. Seems like a pretty silly oversight. If this is how it is supposed to work . . .why?

Sorry it was a bit confusing for you. I’m always here to help and happy if we continue with our conversation in support email, rather than using review as communication, we can try to solve the issue first, then review afterward. Regarding your comment. Yes there are two emails one is the notification email which is the store owner’s email, another one is the From email which is the from email for the email to customer (by default it will use the app’s default email as From email, because for a email provider to set custom from email it will need to verify you own the email, not pretend to be steve@apple.com etc) As in your case, the store owner’s email is your personal address like e.g steve@apple.com, and the app took the store owner’s email as the notification email, then you changed the From email to something like info@apple.com, in this case the reply to email is notification email steve@apple.com. As you mentioned, this is not what you want, because you don’t want to expose your personal email steve@apple.com Then you changed the notification email from steve@apple.com to register@apple.com, so the reply to email is register@apple.com, then you want your personal email to receive notification email about registration In your case, you can simply set up routing rules in your public facing register@apple.com and route the notification to your personal email. BTW, in general its not good idea to use personal email as the store owner email, as the company grow bigger and have more people, it better to have a public facing email.
This app works as described. It may be installed and used without extensive knowledge or customization. The ability to customize this app is impressive, and a developer versed is css will have no trouble fitting it to their needs. For the rest of us, the support staff is surprisingly quick and helpful, if a bit lacking in their execution of the English tongue.

I have been using this app for quite sometime, as my business has grown I have made some tweaks, and the support staff have been great at helping! The app works great, has good features, that especially help me with my business. This app is helping us get customers registrations on our products easily. The developer is super responsive. Vito has been so helpful in answering my questions and fixing things promptly. Thanks for installing the app The app price is a flat fee, which means you don't pay for more if you have millions and millions registration, this is very different from other app prices depend on your Shop plan or transactions Also, we don't think is honourable to leave 3 stars rating, then ask us in private to offer a lower price especially for you in exchange to change to better review rating

I used this app to upload serial number of our product to our website. Our customer can register their product and validate the authentication of purchased product.Yeah, it's what i looking so far :). And, I have little problem when i want to delete bulk of serial numbers which uploaded wrong. The app do not support to do bulk deletion. So i asked from support team, they helped to do that (within 24 hrs ).Its great! Anyway, I think it could be great if they can develop this function too, to clean up our database or sometimes it's wrong uploaded.

I have asked for some complex features, and they have been quick to answer my questions. If you speak in code or in simple terms, they understand you. I have had this app installed for approximately 25 days. Since first installation the developers have worked with me to add my tweaks to the program. It was a good app to begin with, but with the devs help, they have made it an outstanding program if you need to have customer register a product. I highly recommend this product!
