We have been using Smile for a long time. The team is always responsive and Ullas was super helpful this week!

We've tried a few shipping insurance providers and this was by far the easiest install. The team is super responsive and we love the dashboard. If you're considering switching this is the easiest tech switch you'll make all year.

We've been using Boost for quite a few years. While it is robust it's clear that this thing is held together by some bubble gum and masking tape. ANY CHANGE you want to make is THEME specific and you have to get a developer involved or their team. Want to block a page from appearing in the search results? BOOST has to change that manually. Want to automate things and use something like Launchpad to push a campaign theme live? YOU CAN'T. You'll have to enforce a code freeze, dupe the theme, get BOOST involved, and then manually switch it when it comes time for the campaign. They will have you in a timing and process chokehold. Look elsewhere because I know we are.

This app works consistently and the support team is great! We've been able to trust them for several years now.

Terrible customer support. Interface is deceptively designed and isn't user friendly. We are looking to move to Loop.

This has been the most reliable offering for a product registration app. Vito is super responsive if there is ever an issue. We're looking forward to version 2! Updating my review in 2025 from 2022, I still stand by this.

Shopify itself puts out bad templates that do not work and their support is not able to help. They also do not keep the app developers up to date about what triggers to use so their templates are out of date. If you guys would own up to putting out bad templates and correct them I would consider changing my rating.

LiveRecover has proven to be a priceless resource for our business. The ROI each month is extremely high, and our AOV through LiveRecover tends to be significantly higher than our standard site AOV. As a vaporizer brand, we are subject to SHAFT rules and regulations and have had a lot of trouble with different SMS carriers in the past. Every other platform has simply told us "sorry, there's nothing we can do" when SMS carriers have shut our brand down. The LiveRecover team is the first platform that has been a true partner to us through these issues. When their carrier shut our brand down, the LiveRecover team went to bat for us, found a completely new carrier, and was able to set our account back up within a few months. They did all the research and legwork to find and start working with this new carrier, which we could not be more grateful for! Our team here at Ooze only has glowing, positive things to say about using LiveRecover and the support they've provided us. It is SO simple to use, their team literally does everything for you. If I could rate this service higher than 5 stars, I would!

This app has been a great solution. Duke provided a quick fix when we realized the code was running across all pages.

App works like a charm! Response from their support team was very prompt, usually within 24 hours. The free app install/ theme update is a huge plus!
