constant porblems with despalying my reviews on my page Hi there, We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with displaying your reviews. Very slow to respond to inquiries (if it all) about issues. We've had on multiple occasions now, reviewers data (email) be leaked. Multiple customers report phishing where scammers think that they are the owner of our store. The first time it happened, they said it was an issue on their end that they resolved. It has since happened again, and upon outreach, they do not answer. Recently we had the customer review follow up email sent to us. Looks very different from the template that is provided and the testing on the app. It was embarrassing to see the issues with the review app email, displaying code to customers. When looking at the reviews on a phone from a customer lens, and it says "read more" with an option to click. The button does not work. Overall, we would strongly recommend a different review app. Regardless of the price tier, there really shouldn't be this many issues, nor data concerns from an app.

bis dato alles gut gelaufen. Eine Erinnerungsfunktion ein paar Tage nachdem die erste Einladung verschickt wurde wäre positiv. ansonsten passt aber alles.
Great customer service. Needed help setting up specific reviews on specific pages, and they were very responsive and resolved our issues immediately.
Really enjoy the review app. Looks very professional and neat on the website. You get the star, the review and option to leave a review with images. I changed themes and it was having an impact on how the app looks on mobile and the team resolved it efficiently and in a timely manner.
jaydeep was amazing, was super fast and fixed any issue we had. This app is 10/10

This app is so easy to use and integration is easy! I had some technical issues and the support was excellent and they were quick to fix the issue. Would recommend.
I love everything about this app except the difficulty to run it. I constantly have to look up how to access different things and it’s not very self explanatory.
Sometime the app does not work 100% of the time but that is probably down to the fact I am not running a 2.0 comaptible theme. Would like to have more control over customising the review form on the product page to my liking and be able to insert product stars into side banners but I dont think the app can do this. Other than that very helpful guys when you neeed assistance
This app is brilliant, the customer service staff are great, when I couldn't open dashboard it was quickly taken care of for me, I hope it stays free and good.

Customer service is awful, the worst I have ever had, it is impossible to get any answers when you have an issue. I would highly suggest choosing a different App. The Chat app says they are available, But I have been trying to talk to someone now for over 2 weeks. I am now looking to change to a better App. UPDATE!!!!! The App is now working, we had a few more glitches and server issues, but the team have been in touch and resolved the issues. Hopefully it will run as expected from now on. Much improved customer service has resulted in my more favourable review. UPDATE BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I noticed I was getting less reviews and when I checked this company now want to charge me $14.99 per month to collect them, when I signed up they said it was a free app. - DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP - YOU WILL REGRET IT

Requests History has not updated to reflect recent sales. I have been waiting for 5 days without answer to my support email. Setting my rating to 1 star seems to be the only way to get the attention I need from the dev. --- I have struggled to get this app working as it should with my store for over half a year. The tech support is not the quickest but to the credit of the dev, they did persist and resolved matters in the end. While I do recommend the app, I would add that it can be a challenge to get it working with custom themes and does require a lot of personal time to get needed attention. Hopefully my experience has led to an improvement in average turnaround time for others.

This app has access to customer data and, in my case, has sold it to a third party. I have screenshots of how excat wrote to the customers who left a review, even in the exact same order... the mail was sent from kimberly@scalemeup.in. My business suffered a huge loss as a result. Be careful.

They app seems to work fine but i cant for the love of me figure out how or why im not getting an email to let me know when a new review is being submitted. Also ive tried everything to get the star rating option on each product but cant figure it out. Other then that it does what its supposed 2 do.

To enable the notification feature, please follow these steps: Go to the admin panel and select the "Request History" tab. Navigate to "Schedule & Reminders" and click on "Email Templates." In the "Admin Notification Email(s) Configuration" section, check the "Enable" checkbox. Add your email ID, subject line, and customize the email content as needed. It is easy to use, but the support services are very poor and extra fees are required for developments, which is not acceptable. Also, the application visual areas are not sufficient.

Went smoothly till i tried to transfer my shopify reviews, spreadsheet would not work even in their format. Customer service didnt have a clue. Considering the whole function of the app is to allow import of shopify reviews it failed tremendously and was just a waste of time, dont understand how it takes someone this amount of time to solve something like this when this is the sole purpose of the app EDIT: MAG reached out and tried to resolve the issue, unfortunately i had already found a different app to use. Its a pity as Ashu was a credit to mag, unfortunately the first person I dealt with was out of their depth

Not only is this app exactly what I needed, their support line is AWESOME. Ashu really does care about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure things look and run smoothly. I wanted an app that I could install and never have to worry about it again. This is definitely it.

It is a great app! The customer support in their live chat is almost immediate. They make valuable edits on the store's behalf and have a solution to all your problems.

I transitioned from the judge.me app because it didn't offer the options Product Reviews does. The support team was helpful and everything works perfectly.

most helpful people, excellent customer service even for a free app. they really want to make the app useful on the website. Update: I needed to extend the length of the review body count, and the developer has been incredibly helpful. While we need to keep the characters in the backend concise, the frontend has more flexibility to accommodate. Thanks again for your assistance.

The best app for reviews! I love everything about it. It's easy to use and looks super professional. The support is also top-notch! I had a small issue after updating and contacted them via email. Chirag Rawal answered in a minute or so and fixed everything for me in no time. Highly recommended!

It is a decent app. I just installed it. Looking forward to seeing how it helps with conversions. However it would have been nice if the all review app for the front page were a slider. The current format is a bit messy, I had to disable it. By messy, i don't mean the design but it appears unevenly on the frontpage. My solution was to diable it and only use it in the product page, which looks quite cool.

Had some issues with importing (my error not theirs) and they cleared it up, walked me through it and have been excellent with support.
