Great app to have for all returns and exchange processes, great for mid sized and small size brands. Amazing service by the support team. No complains with the team and the tool yet. Must have plugin for brands to automate their returns/exchange processes

I have been using quick returns for over 2months now, and honestly, the entire process was very smooth. From onboarding to my first exchange it was very well handled and very much organised. Thanks to Ayushi for providing wonderful service and replying to small small queries promptly. She has been very helpful till date. All in all quickreturn is a very simple to use platform with all the features required for a store to automate and simplify exchange process.

This app has genuinely simplified our entire returns and exchange process. What used to be a manual back-and-forth over email and WhatsApp is now fully self-serve for our customers they raise a request, pick exchange or refund, and the whole thing moves without our team chasing every step. The setup was straightforward and didn't need heavy dev support, which mattered a lot given our bandwidth. Customer support has also been quick whenever we've had questions. For a D2C brand running high order volumes, this app has saved us real time and reduced the friction customers used to feel when something needed to go back. Highly recommend it if you're looking to make your post-purchase experience
