This is the best app for marketing on shopify. If you want the best app for your shop you cannot go wrong here with Recapture. There are so many options with Shopify for Email marketing App's, and through some internal bad decisions we implemented some very poor and also expensive email marketing Apps which simply had a negative affect on our business. Customer service was great. It's a busy time of year and the last thing you want to do is deal with learning a new app. They helped me set it up and I immediately started recovering some sales. I only need to recovery one sale a month to pay for this app so it's a no brainer for me. I'd recommend doing that calculation for your business.

I like apps like this - it's easy to justify the price because there's a bottom line and a return on investment that's easy to quantify and this one is absolutely worth the money. I've recovered £1200+ in the free trial period and I'm more than happy to upgrade to the paid package and look forward to tweaking it to capture more abandoned sales. We looked at many abandoned shopping cart apps, We tested them out on our test store before deciding which one to go with. Recapture is by far the best one out there. It is very simple to use and it puts all the info you need in the right spot. The analytics are awesome, it will really help you fine tune your store. Shopify doesn't show you how many dollars a month you are losing to your abandoned carts either, Recapture put the info front and center. We are not seeing an 80% recapture rate after installing this and adjusting some of the info to meet our needs. And we are not doing by just offering discounts. Now one of the bigger things is the Support, it is totally awesome. Without a doubt this is the BEST abandoned cart solution available in the Shopify app store. We've tried using the default ones in our email clients and other apps here in the store, but the results we get with Recapture blows them out of the water every time. Currently we use this across multiple Shopify stores and normally see a 10%+ rev growth each month just by utilizing Recapture. I'm thoroughly impressed with Recapture! We saw a 13% boost in revenue during the first month using the app. The setup was pretty simple and the email creation was easier than anticipated. I wanted to know if I set things up properly so I emailed the support team. They got back to me in less than an hour!! My favorite part is the dashboard showing different carts and the status of each one. It shows live carts so it can be a bit addicting. :-) Lastly, it shows the converted carts on that page.
