We've just started using CedCommerce and had an initial order with product SKU's not linking, I launched a chat with their support team who responded immediately and guided me through the process of linking products and explained to me what the issue was. Just fantastic support, and the product itself is so easy to use. I'd highly recommend this over any competing product, 5 stars!

We implemented Judge.me a few months ago and have been very happy with the app. Installation is simple and it integrates beautifully with our site. I've spoken to tech support once for assistance with a gsc issue and their support was first class, the tech I spoke to (Juan) was very knowledgeable and resolved our issues immediately with an in-depth explanation - to top that off, this is one of the most affordable review solutions I've seen. Hard to beat, I highly recommend Judge.me *Updated 16th Feb 2022* Have spoken to Thanh on 2x different occasions in regards to different issues - once again nothing short of 5 star support from Judge.Me, I had a reply to my query within 30 seconds of opening the webchat and both issues were resolved in minutes. Fantastic customer service
SEO Optimizer has saved me so much time not having to handle manual tasks such as redirects, metadata & image optimization, this is a must have. I had to contact support with a few minor queries and they were very helpful, great service.

We have been using Signifyd for approximately 3~ years, it does exactly what it describes - provides full fraud analysis, guarantees safe transactions and rejects fraudulent ones. Initially our chargeback rate was a little high while the network was growing and learning - and in every instance we were promptly provided full reimbursement for all guaranteed orders through Signifyd. The system has gotten so good now that we receive next to no chargebacks anymore, not to mention the countless hours we've not had to spend manually reviewing every order, and of course money that we would have lost from fraudulent orders.
Just tested out this app - incredibly quick to install and what it promises to deliver is spot on. For us however, our store is already very lean so the improvements that we did see were quite minor, however for the uninitiated with shopify/coding this looks to be an app.
This is one seriously robust app, had a few minor things I needed help with getting setup and Martin and the team were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Really impressed with everything so far, I'd highly recommend Stamped.

We've been using Recapture for a few months now, right off the bat it's been a hassle free addition to our store. Setup, configuration, customization - everything is very clear and straight forward so you can be up and running in less than 5 minutes.
