Their support team has been very responsive, patient, and willing to help with customizations and any issues we ran into along the way. We needed a few specific changes to make the membership experience work properly with our store, and the team worked with us until everything was functioning the way we wanted. Really appreciate the level of support and communication. Definitely recommend Bold Memberships to any Shopify store looking to add a membership program.

I'll be honest - I have experienced a few technical issues with the Bold apps (about 5 issues over the period of 3 years - not bad). But at the end of the day they do exactly what I need for my business and I have not found a better option. WHAT SAVES THE DAY IS THIS: The customer service and the live chat are tremendous. They are extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and have helped clear up my issues every single time. They are also very pleasant to speak with even though sometimes I'm sure I have been less than pleasant myself. Highly recommend, especially due to the great customer service.

They have excellent customer service. Every time I've entered a chat looking for assistance with getting code set up, they have been very informative and assure it gets taken care of.

So far so good! Installation was extremely fast and I can't wait to dig in and utilize the functions.

I have just started using Bold Membership and Bold Custom Pricing. I have been amazed at the support I have received. They have a live chat resource staffed by very knowledgeable and patient people. Each time they have quickly shared the answer or took the time to find someone who could. All my questions were answered. Mayank, Aryan and Esha as well as the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable. I did have the Bold staff add the liquid to my code for both apps.

I am using this app to setup a membership site. I've found the help chat very useful whilst developing this. Aryan helped me today with queries and I was impressed that they will also alter code when necessary.

I decided to utilize this for my Shopify store to add a membership area and had a few questions after set up (which was really easy). I contacted support by chat and Priyanka and Bhumi were amazing at helping. What started as one question turned into a half dozen from me and they offered assistance with each one without hesitation and in a way that was really easy for me to understand. My only wish for the app would be that we were able to create different thank you / success of registration pages for each plan....but I'm sure that may be something that expands upon in the future. (wink wink development team). So happy I decided on this one after much research. UPDATE: I had to contact chat again the following day and was connected to Naman who was amazing as well! I was given excellent and clear instructions on how to do something that was a bit 'out of the ordinary'. I can't say enough good stuff about their customer service team!!

While the app ultimately did not work out for the system we were trying to build - a digital magazine that delivers issues to paid members seamlessly - the customer service (Bhumi specifically) was absolutely amazing. We worked with them for about two weeks. They did code updates, walked us through explaining what was happening, and more. The company has solid apps that work for various business types, and amazing customer service. We tried to make it work for us, but had to move on, but still really appreciated their effort.

This app has helped take my store up to the next level! Bold have an option to set to up for you and this was done within 48 hours, I did have a couple of niggles at the beginning but Eric sorted those out for me. He explained what I needed to do clearly an sent some screenshots to help make sure I got the code in the right place to ensure everything was working. All the customers that have signed up have had a smooth and easy experience.

The customer service is outstanding. Honestly don't know what the other people were talking about in their one star review. The app work great and if there's any issues some is the to help both though message and phone. One top of the if you have a dev or any coding experience this is a versatile platform.

This app is the bomb, and has converted my simple website into the recurring revenue engine by allowing me to give users access to premium content for a small annual fee. The options that they have for allowing you to structure the membership programs with the use of smart lists and also to be able to show or hide content is great as well. I've only scratched the surface on how I can use this product but I LOVE it! PS. Their concierge service for the installing of the app worked like a charm, and while I was trying to work out how the Membership application worked they were super responsive and helped me out along the way. PPS. This is the third application that I have bought from them and each one is better than the other
