Finally, our Shopify store is performing adequately. We have been suffering for years with incredibly slow page load times and searches. We thought it may be because of our extensive catalog, but by switching from Power Tools to Boost's Product Filter & Search app, our page load time performance has increased by several orders of magnitude. Searches that would typically take 5 to 10 seconds or longer now happen in less than a second, like what you would expect from any normal website. The app is also very good. The filtering and left rail navigation options is finally what we want. There are a lot of configuration options that gives us a lot of control. Support has been great! We've had several questions about configuration and even spotted a bug and they were very fast to respond and resolve our issues. It's been a pleasure working with Boost. Their pricing is substantial, especially compared to other Shopify apps. But this is truly an example of you get what you pay for or comparatively, you don't get what you don't pay for. Without this app, we were looking to move off of Shopify purely for performance reasons.

This was a great solution for posting customer testimonials. While it certainly helps with sales as customers see so many positive reviews, I find our customer service staff really value this highly visible string of testimonials to their friendliness and helpfulness.
Very easy setup. Naman was helpful in assisting with a testing question. We haven't deployed yet so I can't speak to that aspect of the program. -- Spoke with Priyanka to understand setting tier rewards for Membership app members based on tags applied to their profiles. Enormously helpful. -- Priyanka was a great help in showing me how to set up a staff account so customer service can handle Loyalty program questions. Thanks again!
