Absolute gun support - 10/10. Needed different commissions for stickers and apparel, with a cap at 3 sales per referred customer. Roj from ReferralCandy nailed it with a clean tiered campaign: 12% on the first sale, then 15% on sales 2 & 3. Explained everything clearly and dropped a quick Loom walkthrough so I could follow along. Super responsive, no fluff, genuinely helpful. Great support, very helpful with any issues we have experienced. The tool is pretty good at identifying potentially fraudulent activity and flagging it for disapproval. It seems to disapprove self-referrals quite well, but there are still a few that sneak through. I just wish there were also a way to place a hold on the referred friend reward if the sale is identified as a potentially fraudulent self-referral.

Really practical app for sponsorships, top-notch support if needed

Well I just started using referral candy today and I have not yet sent the affilate links so I dont have much experience yet. However the customer service has been very prompt and great so that is a pretty important thing for me when choosing what apps to use. I rate Jons help as a 10/10 was very helpful and patient. We resolved everything.
