Looks great and adds community trust to my store as we begin to diversify away from ebay. Thank you!
Working with Claude, worked great "out of the box"
This app works great, looks good and easy to use. If product matching could be done in bulk it would be amazing
Working perfectly fine, good customer support Hello, We're sorry to hear the app hasn't met your expectations. However, we'd like to clarify how it actually works, as there's a key misunderstanding here. The eBay Reviews app doesn't store your seller reviews — it fetches them directly from eBay and displays a selection (up to 50) on your storefront. Since we don't keep a database of your seller reviews, there's nothing that could be "locked in": your complete seller review history always remains safely on your eBay account and is fully accessible to you at any time, whether or not our app is installed. We've also reached out to you via email so we can address your concerns personally and do our best to make things right. We'd be more than happy to help, and we look forward to hearing from you.
I had a small issue with page width and Sam solved it in minutes. I have NEVER had tech support this good.
Works seamlessly and is easy to install. Instantly brings all of the feedback from eBay and is instant credibility.
Great app! Everything is easy to understand. My recommendations!
We have been using Reputon eBay Reviews for a few years now. It just reliably does it's job with very few issues. When an issue does arise, James and his team are very responsive in addressing it. We have been completely satisfied.
Just started using it and it works pretty well and very simple to use. I like how it didn't add the ebay generated reviews.
James was quick to fix the issue. Shows compentency and knowledge. Well handled, thank you!

Incredibly helpful and fast response times with their customer service and an incredible app. Wish I found it earlier!
Being able to migrate ebay reviews is a great way to jump start building trust with new customers, and remaining familiar with older customers. Happy with it so far.
