Bulk import using the chrome extension does not work. You also have to manually fulfil orders which was advertised very well. I have asked for a refund.

I am not really satisfied with this app, cause no one answers on my ticket problems and the orders I receive do not go to the clients, but I receive the payments. Can someone tell me if I must do something so my clients can get their orders ? Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that SHIONIMPORTER is a product import and synchronization app and does not automatically place supplier orders or handle fulfillment. After receiving an order in your Shopify store, you need to place the order manually on the supplier's website (such as SHEIN) using your customer's shipping address and complete the payment there. If your imported products are not appearing in Shopify or you have another technical issue, please contact our support team with your store URL and we will investigate it as a priority and help you get everything working again.

ShionImporter est apparue comme un miracle au moment ou j'avais besoin de trouver un moyen d'importer des produits sur ma boutique car min ancien founisseur ne fonctionnait plus mais aujourd'hui grace a ShionImporter j'arrive a importer des produits sans soucis. En plus ils ont un support qui reste a l'écoute.

I’m still trying to figure out how to use it I suggest better instruction I’ve installed the extension it’s on my desktop but how do I use it? I really love the concept it’s instruction I have issue with.

We’ve generally had a good experience with SHIONIMPORTER and it has helped us import a large number of products into our Shopify store over time. The system is usually straightforward to use and has been an important part of our workflow. However, recently we’ve started experiencing serious issues that are affecting our business operations. Products are sometimes importing with incorrect pricing, and there are frequent API credential mismatches that prevent products from publishing correctly to Shopify. This creates a major risk when running an active online store because pricing and stock accuracy are critical. The biggest concern is reliability and support availability. This morning, the entire system appeared to be down. We could not access the importer platform at all, and even the SHIONIMPORTER website/support links were unavailable. That means there was no way to submit a technical support request or report the issue. When a business depends on the platform daily for importing and fulfilling products, complete downtime without accessible support becomes extremely stressful. We understand that technical issues can happen, but there needs to be better system stability, communication during outages, and an alternative support method when the main website is offline. At the moment, it leaves users stuck with no updates and no way to continue working.

I love this app! Easy to use, save time!! Amazing Support!

It took me about 10 whole minutes to figure the app out. Soon I was importing products into my store with ease. At this point, I have no complaints.

I like the concept of the app having a lot of vendors to choose from, my only complaint is that the app doesn't keep up with a accurate count of inventory. It doesn't let me know when something is out of stock or running low on stock and how many stock I have available for purchase. Other than that I love this app. I do recommend this app especially for fashion. Thank you for your feedback and for using the app for over 3 years! You can enable our Stock Monitoring feature, which automatically monitors supplier stock and price changes and updates your Shopify products accordingly. This helps track out-of-stock items, low inventory, and pricing updates in real time. We’re also continuing to improve inventory synchronization accuracy even further.

WARNING – Misleading App, Broken Features, No Real Trial, No Refund – Total Scam We installed this app after reading the features it claimed to offer — but the reality is completely different and extremely disappointing. Yes, the app says there is a trial, but it’s useless. We wanted to test the main feature — importing products from Amazon.com — but you can’t test that without immediately upgrading to a paid plan. So let’s be clear: There is a trial, but it’s worthless. You’re forced to pay before testing anything meaningful. We subscribed for $19.99/month just to test ONE Amazon product. We configured the settings carefully, imported one product, and here’s what we got: - Product title was completely wrong - Description missing or filled with irrelevant junk - Useless metadata (ASIN, package size, seller rank, etc.) automatically added - No default stock control - No proper tag assignment - No real “import as draft” setting - Completely broken import experience We canceled the subscription within 30 minutes and contacted support immediately. Support was just as broken as the app itself. Same generic message copy-pasted over and over. Only after repeatedly messaging them did they admit the issues and say "they might be fixed in the future." So we asked: Why are we paying for a broken app? Their answer: “No refunds.” We didn’t even get to use the app. We tried ONE product. It failed. We canceled. And they still charged us $19.99 for a non-working, half-finished tool. This is not just poor service — it’s deceptive and unethical. Most of the positive reviews are likely fake. Who would pay for this mess and leave 5 stars? We took screenshots and screen recordings of the entire process and are filing a formal complaint with Shopify. This is scam-level behavior. Avoid at all costs. Don’t be fooled. Don’t lose your money like we did. Let’s set the record straight, since your review is filled with misinformation and completely ignores the reality of how ShionImporter works. 1. “Misleading features”? Not at all. We support importing from 30+ websites, not just Amazon.com. Importing from Amazon is not our “main feature”—it’s one of MANY. Our app also offers price and stock monitoring, currency conversion, advanced pricing rules, automatic translation, AI-powered title and description generation, and a lot more. You clearly didn’t bother to explore any of these. 2. “No real trial”? False. We provide clear video guides and a full FAQ section—all accessible without a subscription—to show you exactly how the app works, step by step. If you’d spent a minute looking, you’d see detailed explanations and actual use cases. Complaining about “not understanding how the app works” just proves you didn’t care to check even the basics. 3. “Tried one product, canceled in 30 minutes.” So you’re admitting you didn’t even try the app properly. Instead, you rushed to uninstall and left a 1-star review without giving us a chance to help or actually test what the app can do. 4. “Missing features”? Completely wrong. We absolutely support stock control, draft imports, proper tags, and a ton of other options you didn’t even mention—simply because you never tried to use them. If something wasn’t working for you, it’s almost certainly because of your custom, broken Shopify theme—not because the features aren’t there. 5. “Support is broken.” Not true. We respond to every single support request—sometimes within minutes. If you send the same angry message over and over, you’re going to get our basic troubleshooting steps, because 99% of issues are fixed that way. We even offered to investigate your specific problem and make adjustments for your shop, but you never engaged beyond demanding a refund. 6. “No refunds for one-time use.” You paid for a plan, used the app, and then wanted your money back after 30 minutes because you didn’t bother to learn how to use it. Shopify’s billing policies are clear, and your request doesn’t qualify for a refund. This isn’t “scam-level behavior”—it’s you not reading or trying. Final note: Most users LOVE ShionImporter, and real businesses actually take the time to test and use its features. It's been so problematic that I feel more comfortable operating directly within the app. This preference stems from the negative experiences I've had with the Chrome extension.
Another area that needs attention is customer support. Unfortunately, ShionImporter doesn't offer real-time live chat, which is a significant drawback. After waiting 24 hours for a response to my detailed explanation of the issues I was facing, the support team's reply was underwhelming and not particularly helpful. It seemed as if they hadn't fully read or understood my concerns, which was frustrating.
On the brighter side, I've only had to contact their support a few times. If it were more frequent, I might not have continued using the app. Through my journey with ShionImporter, I've learned a lot about drop shipping, including which companies and practices to avoid.

This app advertises dropshipping services from Emmacloth. I was unable to place a simple dropshipping order without a minimum purchase of $200. I contacted Emmacloth and they said that they will dropship but with no customer support, no wholesale discount, no technical support, and shipping would cost $10-30 per order! They discouraged dropshipping even though they advertise as partcipating in a dropshipping program. Very disappointed:-( In regard to this app's response to my review, it makes no sense. I am an established dropshipper. Your description of services DOES NOT match up with your app's vendors portrayal of themselves. You need to get on the same page as your vendors and offer affordable products for resale. $20-$30 shipping cost PER EACH ITEM is absurd. Also, Emmacloth is advertised as a dropshipping service yet they discourage dropshipping. It makes no sense.
