Terrible business decision — completely lost my trust I used CWILL for years and built my store’s entire email capture and marketing system around the Free plan. We invested a lot of time setting up our popups, subscriber flows and marketing strategy based on the plan and features that were available when we started using the app. Now, after years of using the app, CWILL suddenly changes the rules and tells us that the Free plan is no longer realistically usable once we start successfully gaining subscribers. This is extremely frustrating. The worst part is that we are not simply talking about switching to another pricing plan. We have to rebuild our entire email capture and marketing setup from scratch with another app because CWILL decided to change the rules after we had already built our system around their previous offering. Ironically, the app worked well enough to help us gain subscribers — and now that we are actually gaining customers, we are being told to pay or stop collecting new subscribers. This is a terrible way to treat long-term merchants. If CWILL wanted to introduce new pricing plans, they should have done it in a way that respected existing users and gave them a reasonable legacy option. Instead, loyal customers who have already invested years into the platform are effectively being forced to start over somewhere else. I would strongly recommend that other Shopify store owners think twice before building their entire email marketing system around CWILL. The pricing rules can change, and you may be the one left rebuilding everything later. Very disappointing. After years of using this app, I’m now seriously looking for an alternative.

Hi Lady Ros, This is Joey, Customer Success Manager from the CWILL team. I’m genuinely sorry that this change has left you feeling that the trust you built with CWILL over the years has been lost. After using and supporting CWILL for such a long time, I completely understand why this feels like more than simply a pricing change. As CWILL has grown, moving toward a paid model is an important step that allows us to continue investing in product development, infrastructure, and ongoing support. But that does not mean the long-term merchants who helped us grow matter any less to us. We introduced a 30-day transition period rather than making the change take effect immediately, so their current setup could continue normally while they had time to consider the new plans and decide what made sense for them. But at the same time, I understand that a transition period alone does not fully address the concern you raised. For a long-term user who has already built an established workflow around CWILL, what happens after that transition matters just as much. Your feedback has made us reflect more carefully on how changes like this affect users who have been with us for years. After reviewing your account and how you’ve actually been using CWILL, I’ve personally reached out to you with a long-term solution that I hope better reflects your situation and the years you’ve spent with us. We genuinely value the trust and support you’ve given CWILL over the years, and I’ll continue handling this personally. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to rebuild that trust. — Joey Customer Success Manager CWILL
DO NOT TRUST CJdropshipping — Our Real Experience We trusted this company and ordered 1 item — and then the nightmare began. This company really doesn’t know how to do business and is unreliable. If you plan to work with them, here’s exactly what will happen to you, in the order it happened to us — because we lived it. 1- We placed the order on September 12, 2025 — delivery date showed September 29, 2025 (at least 17 days for delivery). This is a disgrace. Orders are delivered late. 2- Our customer bought the Ribbed V-Neck Wide Strap Tank. They regretted it immediately because the product was so bad it wasn’t even a product — the fabric wasn’t fabric. We were utterly embarrassed in front of our customer and couldn’t even answer them. This is shameful. They say every product is inspected, but that’s a lie — if they had actually inspected, they wouldn’t have dared send such garbage. We have no idea how they had the nerve to ship that. (Understand what you’re buying before working with this company.) 3- Our customer wanted to return the item immediately — understandably. Normally returns are paid by the buyer, but how can we ask the buyer to pay return shipping to China for an item that is literally trash? Return shipping would cost more than the product. This is even worse. (If you work with this company, this is another problem you’ll face — we’re ashamed to even write this while they have no shame shipping garbage.) 4- We immediately opened a ticket and emailed them on September 30. Guess what — they replied on October 6. No joke. We’re about to lose our minds. This company doesn’t understand e‑commerce: merchants must respond to customers within about 2 hours (worst case 24 hours on weekends). CJ took 6 days to reply. This is a disgrace. If you work with them, be prepared to be embarrassed in front of your customer — support replies take 6 days and you will lose customers and reputation. For customer service we had to act immediately: we refunded the customer in full, apologized, and issued a gift voucher — but the ad spend, effort and time we spent to make that sale are gone. That customer will never buy from us again because CJ sent trash. 5- When they finally replied, what did they say? It’s not worth reading, but know this: they shamelessly told us to send the garbage back to their China warehouse so they could refund us. By then we had already thrown the item away and refunded the customer. Now they’re asking if we returned it to their China depot — seriously? Product $30, shipping $40 — the product is trash. (In short: CJdropshipping won’t stand behind their products, they won’t refund you properly, they humiliate you against your customer and write arrogant emails.) If you plan to work with them, think twice. We lived all of the above — experienced it firsthand. If you want to be scammed, lose money, lose customers, lose reputation, and receive patronizing and useless support emails, then go ahead and work with CJdropshipping. The choice is yours — don’t get involved; take our advice and avoid them.
We’ve been using this app for a long time, and it has too many problems. We kept trying to talk to the support team about these issues, but instead of providing solutions, they just create more problems. Honestly, the support team is amateur. Products are not updating, and in one month, we lost a lot of money because of this app. Prices and products do not update. Friends, buy this app knowingly or pay for it — if you are going to upload 3–5 products to your website, it works, but if you plan to upload more, this app should be your last choice because it does not update. We explain the problem to the company with pictures, videos, etc., but there is no solution. Moreover, the responses we receive are even more ridiculous. I believe many of the reviews are fake. We have created a 34-page file with images and videos about this issue, and we plan to report this app to Shopify because it does not do what it claims. Advice for the company making the app: if you make an app or sell a service, the rule is this — when a customer writes to you about a problem, you should provide a solution. Problems should not be answered with another problem or with a question. This is the golden rule of commerce.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We’ve sent you an email outlining the steps we are taking to make things right. We look forward to your response.
Judge.me Product Reviews App – 1 Year User Experience Pros: We have been using this app for over a year; its design and ease of use are great. The app structure and live support are very good; they respond quickly and help efficiently. Cons: We have been using the app for over a year and switched to the paid version 1 month ago. Unfortunately, it has been disappointing: despite having many orders, we have not received a single review. Paying for the paid version doesn’t make much sense for us. Because no reviews were coming in, we reached out for support. Tasnim helped us, thank you. She checked our system and website, confirming everything is set up correctly. However, we still haven’t received an answer to our main question: why aren’t we getting reviews? In our opinion, there is an issue with the app. Is it normal that not a single customer leaves a review among so many orders, even though we offer gifts for every review? Now that all conditions are perfect, why are no reviews coming in? Other features in the paid version seem useless to us; we haven’t seen any benefit so far. The difference between free and paid versions, based on our observation, is negligible. We will continue to try for another month, but we are not sure this app is the right solution for us. Note: We are unsure; we will continue testing for another month. If we still do not see results or receive reviews, we are considering canceling the paid version as it would be an unnecessary expense. Everything is set up perfectly on our side, but the app doesn’t seem to deliver the main purpose. We will update this review after another month of experience. Wishing everyone great sales!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review, we truly appreciate both your kind words and your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your review collection results haven’t met expectations since upgrading, and we completely understand how important it is to see a clear return from the app. We’ve already reached out privately to go through your setup in detail and noticed a few recent changes that might impact open rates. We’ve also shared a full overview of the Awesome Plan features and offered to help set them up to improve results. Our team is standing by to assist as soon as you’re ready, and we’ll continue working with you to ensure you get the most out of Judge.me. Thank you again for your trust and for helping us make the app better with your feedback.
Hello, We are sharing every single observation with you in detail. After a long period of research, we decided to give the company Google Ads & Shopping AI: ST a chance and worked with them for one month. We have clearly seen and proven that this company is 100% a scam. We documented everything with official evidence: images, videos, and screenshots. 1- This company claims they are running ads on your behalf, but they are not running any ads. (Every Google ad must appear in the Google Ads Transparency Center — this is a standard Google policy). When we pointed this out to them, they said they were running ads but claimed “they don't show up on Google.” That is, of course, a lie. To be 100% sure, we contacted the Google Ads department directly and explained the situation. According to their official response: every ad must appear in the Transparency Center, and currently, no one other than you is running ads related to your website. We officially confirmed that this company is a fraud. 2- They sent us reports every Sunday claiming “you received this many impressions and clicks.” Yes, there were some clicks and traffic — but we tracked the traffic and found it was always coming from the same or similar IP addresses. We verified this one by one using monitoring tools. 3- After each Sunday report, they tried to make it look like customers were visiting the site as a result of their “work.” So every Monday, the same IP addresses added the same products to the cart and went all the way to the checkout page — but then abandoned it. They tried to fake activity in the cart and checkout. And they did this on the same day, every week. Their other goal here was clearly to push us into increasing our budget by creating a false impression of “you're close to getting real orders.” Now that we’ve publicly exposed all of this, they’ll probably come up with new scam methods or change their system. But we spent one full month tracking, analyzing, and investigating them — and we’ve proven 100% officially that they are a scam. If you have any doubts, our review should make everything clear. Don’t fall for fake reviews and don’t waste your money on this company. We wish everyone strong and honest sales.

We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. To resolve them, we have provided you with solid evidence from 3rd party companies showing that our traffic is driven directly from Google Ads. StoreYa has been a trusted Shopify, Google, and Meta partner for over 14 years, working with thousands of merchants worldwide - as reflected by the reviews here of merchants enjoying our services for many years. Regarding the Google Ads Transparency Center: it lists the advertiser paying Google directly. Since we manage campaigns through our partner account, the advertiser name shown is StoreYa Feed LTD. Searching for “USA + StoreYa Feed LTD” in the Transparency Center will show over 4,000 active ads in the USA alone. The traffic and activity reports we shared came directly from your own Google Analytics property, which you can log into to verify. We have no ability to alter that data. We invited you to add us to your correspondence with Google and to schedule a call so we could review your account together, but have not yet received a response. Our team remains available to assist and is keen to resolve your concerns.
WARNING – Misleading App, Broken Features, No Real Trial, No Refund – Total Scam We installed this app after reading the features it claimed to offer — but the reality is completely different and extremely disappointing. Yes, the app says there is a trial, but it’s useless. We wanted to test the main feature — importing products from Amazon.com — but you can’t test that without immediately upgrading to a paid plan. So let’s be clear: There is a trial, but it’s worthless. You’re forced to pay before testing anything meaningful. We subscribed for $19.99/month just to test ONE Amazon product. We configured the settings carefully, imported one product, and here’s what we got: - Product title was completely wrong - Description missing or filled with irrelevant junk - Useless metadata (ASIN, package size, seller rank, etc.) automatically added - No default stock control - No proper tag assignment - No real “import as draft” setting - Completely broken import experience We canceled the subscription within 30 minutes and contacted support immediately. Support was just as broken as the app itself. Same generic message copy-pasted over and over. Only after repeatedly messaging them did they admit the issues and say "they might be fixed in the future." So we asked: Why are we paying for a broken app? Their answer: “No refunds.” We didn’t even get to use the app. We tried ONE product. It failed. We canceled. And they still charged us $19.99 for a non-working, half-finished tool. This is not just poor service — it’s deceptive and unethical. Most of the positive reviews are likely fake. Who would pay for this mess and leave 5 stars? We took screenshots and screen recordings of the entire process and are filing a formal complaint with Shopify. This is scam-level behavior. Avoid at all costs. Don’t be fooled. Don’t lose your money like we did. Let’s set the record straight, since your review is filled with misinformation and completely ignores the reality of how ShionImporter works. 1. “Misleading features”? Not at all. We support importing from 30+ websites, not just Amazon.com. Importing from Amazon is not our “main feature”—it’s one of MANY. Our app also offers price and stock monitoring, currency conversion, advanced pricing rules, automatic translation, AI-powered title and description generation, and a lot more. You clearly didn’t bother to explore any of these. 2. “No real trial”? False. We provide clear video guides and a full FAQ section—all accessible without a subscription—to show you exactly how the app works, step by step. If you’d spent a minute looking, you’d see detailed explanations and actual use cases. Complaining about “not understanding how the app works” just proves you didn’t care to check even the basics. 3. “Tried one product, canceled in 30 minutes.” So you’re admitting you didn’t even try the app properly. Instead, you rushed to uninstall and left a 1-star review without giving us a chance to help or actually test what the app can do. 4. “Missing features”? Completely wrong. We absolutely support stock control, draft imports, proper tags, and a ton of other options you didn’t even mention—simply because you never tried to use them. If something wasn’t working for you, it’s almost certainly because of your custom, broken Shopify theme—not because the features aren’t there. 5. “Support is broken.” Not true. We respond to every single support request—sometimes within minutes. If you send the same angry message over and over, you’re going to get our basic troubleshooting steps, because 99% of issues are fixed that way. We even offered to investigate your specific problem and make adjustments for your shop, but you never engaged beyond demanding a refund. 6. “No refunds for one-time use.” You paid for a plan, used the app, and then wanted your money back after 30 minutes because you didn’t bother to learn how to use it. Shopify’s billing policies are clear, and your request doesn’t qualify for a refund. This isn’t “scam-level behavior”—it’s you not reading or trying. Final note: Most users LOVE ShionImporter, and real businesses actually take the time to test and use its features. One-star reviews like this—full of inaccuracies, no actual testing, and clear intent to trash the app—look suspiciously like a competitor attack or someone who never intended to actually use the software. If you want real help, we’re happy to assist. But leaving fake, misleading reviews only hurts the Shopify community.
Re-evaluation: 18.07.2025 Don’t Be Fooled or Scammed — This App Does NOT Work I'm writing this review so no one else gets scammed or loses money like we did. This app does NOT work. Don't believe the fake reviews. We installed the app on November 7, 2024 and started with a paid plan. Initially, products were imported into our store and a few orders started coming in. But within just one week, we discovered that the app was full of bugs and wasn’t performing its basic functions at all. Here’s what went wrong: Prices were incorrect — we lost money. Inventory was not synced — customers placed orders for out-of-stock items. The app uploaded completely wrong products to our store — not the ones we selected. We contacted Pankaj immediately. He admitted the app had major bugs. For nearly four months, we had ongoing communication — every time they fixed one issue, another one appeared. We spent countless hours helping them test, report, and fix bugs. In total, we uploaded 539 products, exchanged hundreds of emails, and trusted them when they promised us a lifetime full version of the app in return for our support and the financial damage we suffered. And the result? Because of this app: Multiple orders were cancelled because stock levels were never updated. Prices were outdated, resulting in losses on every sale. We lost customer trust and brand reputation. We wasted over $20,000 in advertising on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram promoting broken product links and listings. The emotional and time investment, our efforts to help improve the app, and the damage to our brand’s name are not even included in that number. Now, they refuse to compensate us or even provide the lifetime access they promised. The app is still broken, still full of bugs, and they’ve cut off support without resolving anything. If you're thinking about using this app — DON’T. It will turn your store into a mess, cost you real money, and leave you without any support. They make promises they never keep, and there’s no one backing this app when things go wrong. NOTE: Everything I shared here is 100% real and can be backed by emails, screenshots, and Shopify logs. Since then, we’ve found better apps by more professional teams on the Shopify App Store — I highly recommend looking elsewhere. ---------------------------- Re-evaluation: 14.11.2024 Hello, we felt the need to update our previous comment because they reached out to us and resolved the issues and misunderstandings that caused inconvenience. They fixed all the shortcomings in the app and quickly responded to every question we asked about its compatibility with our website. Therefore, we are now using this app. As we mentioned before, the app is well-thought-out, beautifully designed, and simple, making it an application we can recommend to anyone looking to upload products. We congratulate them and thank them once again for their excellent support. We hope they continue to improve the app and implement pricing policies based on different countries. We believe that this would attract even more users to the app. -------------------------------- DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL I’ve been using this app for three days now and want to share my experience step by step. 1- This app is a total disappointment, mainly because the support is horrible, even terrible. I sent more than 7 emails in the past two days, each one detailing my issues extensively. The responses I received were almost mocking—brief, unhelpful answers that didn’t even address my actual questions. It’s impossible to get proper support or answers to your queries. 2- They claim on their profile and website that you can import unlimited products from Amazon.com to your site. However, this is false advertising. I purchased the Starter plan and found out there is a 500-product limit. 3- They give the impression that inventory and pricing updates are unlimited, but in reality, they only update 1,000 items. If you upload more than that, you’ll end up facing serious issues. 4- They state that manual updates are possible, but once you sign up, you realize that bulk manual updates are not available; you have to update products one by one. There’s a lot of incorrect and misleading information. Note: The structure and functionality of this app are actually great, but the management is terrible. It’s sad because there aren’t many apps like this on the Shopify app store, yet the developers have completely ruined it with poor management. Don’t download it; don’t waste your money on a monthly subscription.
We’ve been using the Kakaclo app for about two years now, and while they initially did an excellent job with product images and descriptions, things have significantly declined in the last six months. What Went Wrong? Inaccurate or Missing Product Descriptions: Recently, product descriptions often have errors or are incomplete. While this is inconvenient, it’s not the biggest issue. Unresponsive Customer Support: Over the past six months, getting support has become nearly impossible. Emails go unanswered, and live chat messages often remain ignored. On average, I have to send the same email at least three times and contact live chat before I receive any response—if I’m lucky. Some emails remain unanswered, leaving us unable to address customer inquiries, which causes major disruptions. Severe Shipping Delays: The biggest issue is the delays. Orders are delayed by up to 4 weeks before they are even handed over to the shipping company. Once shipped, delivery takes another week. As a result, customers cancel their orders or, worse, leave negative reviews and never shop with us again. Our Experience: In the last six months, nearly every order has been delayed, customer complaints have increased, and we’ve received no support from Kakaclo. These issues are not just bad for business—they’re damaging our reputation. Our Recommendation: At this point, we cannot recommend Kakaclo. If you want to avoid these or similar issues, it’s better to look elsewhere for a reliable supplier. Final Note: We hope Kakaclo takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to fix their service. Until then, we’ll be searching for a new supplier. Thank you for your honest feedback and continued support over the past two years. We sincerely apologize for the recent issues you've faced. Your concerns about product descriptions, support delays, and shipping are valid, and we’re actively working to improve each area. We understand the impact this has had on your business and are committed to making things right. Your feedback helps us grow, and we truly hope to earn back your trust with better service moving forward.
Revised: 24.01.24 Juan reached out to us and listened carefully to each of our concerns. He was very attentive and provided us with detailed information and solutions via email, addressing all our issues. We no longer have any problems, and we are extremely grateful to him. We love this program and will continue using it. The application is very simple and user-friendly, making it perfect for those who want to share content automatically on social media. We can now confidently recommend it! ------------------------------- I've been using the app for almost a year (since it's free), but I keep running into problems. - The app constantly disconnects from social media accounts, so I end up spending hours fixing every single scheduled post. - The scheduling system is extremely confusing – normally, a day has 24 hours, but here it shows 99 hours. I don’t get it, and it's very complicated. Recently, I encountered more issues while trying to adjust some settings, only to realize the app is now paid. Honestly, I don't want to pay for an app that consistently has problems. I'd rather purchase another app that works properly than pay for one that's unreliable. I don't recommend it. In short, you'll have to manually reset all your automated posts about once a week, which will take hours of your time.
Update RAJ was very helpful in redeveloping the application. He provided information about things we lacked knowledge on. The application is now running smoothly. We are currently testing the application, and it will take 3-4 months to see effective results. I will provide another update after 3-4 months. I really thank RAJ very much. ---- I installed this app with great enthusiasm to integrate with the Bing search engine and make our products easier to find. However, I installed the app on May 24th, submitted 2,500 links, and haven't received a single bit of traffic yet. It's unbelievable, right? Not even one. This app is truly useless, folks. It's just a waste of space on your website.

Update: Thank you, Ece, for your update! We really appreciate your feedback and are glad we were able to help you. We are always here to support you. --- Original response: Thank you for your feedback and for using InstaIndex. We apologize for the delay in our response, as Shopify reviews can take a few days to be published, and we were not aware of your feedback until it was live. We understand your enthusiasm for getting your products ranked on Bing and driving traffic. To help with this, our app is designed to notify search engines about changes on your store, reducing the time it takes for them to become aware of new URLs or updates such as content improvements for SEO or price adjustments. However, it's important to note that InstaIndex does not directly influence the indexing or ranking of your store pages. Our function is to notify search engines promptly, and it is at the sole discretion of the search engines to crawl, index, and rank your pages. We reviewed your submission logs and noticed that you submitted 2,500 URLs in a single manual submission about 20 days ago. If these URLs were submitted without any changes, such as bulk pricing adjustments or content updates, this would violate IndexNow guidelines and be considered misuse of the protocol. As an official Bing partner, we do not support this and provide multiple warnings in our app before you reach the manual submission page. The IndexNow protocol is a combined effort of multiple search engines to help site owners notify them about changes on their site, reducing the need for regular sitemap crawls and making the indexing process more efficient. Once a URL is submitted, it is up to the search engines to decide whether to crawl, index, and rank that page. IndexNow simply reduces the time between changes on your site and when search engines become aware of them. For any further questions or issues, please get in touch with us directly at support@klipp.tech. We're here to help.
We downloaded and installed this app to speed up our website, but due to a few misunderstandings from the app description and also our own oversights, we misinterpreted some information. The PageFly team contacted us immediately. We were really surprised by how quickly they reached out, and we started working with a couple of their teams who assured us they would do their best to help. Today, they published their work on our website, and we couldn't believe our eyes. They had done such an amazing job that we are extremely grateful to them. Behind this app is truly an incredible team who loves what they do, and their apps are fantastic. We thank them once again; you guys are wonderful. Thank you very much.
I liked the app, it's user-friendly and opening it through the browser is very convenient. However, it lacks the most important feature in automatic posting applications. In automatic social media posting apps, you can't choose which products from which collection to post, which is a significant issue because, depending on the season or campaign, only the products we have specified in a particular collection should be shared automatically. Posting random products can harm social media networks. I hope you pay attention to this in your future updates.
Hello, We eagerly installed this application with high hopes. We made all the adjustments, but apart from a 1-2 point improvement on our website, there hasn't been much progress. We've been trying to reach the support team for two days now, opening tickets through the support section and sending emails to their addresses, but we haven't received any response or assistance whatsoever. Frankly, when I read the reviews, it doesn't seem like this at all. Either the reviews are fake, or they no longer care about this application. In short, the application is not functioning, and moreover, you can never reach the support section. Hi, we rebuilt this app and launched the new version on May 2nd. Our support team has been restructured as well for prompt response. Now you can reach our support from the app itself. Please give this app another try and you'll be pleasently surprised.
Tarik reached out to us for a review of the application, and he has been very supportive in this regard. We appreciate his assistance. We have reviewed the application and found that he quickly resolved issues such as 404 errors. It's a simple and user-friendly application. The operation of the application is flawless.
Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express our deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the support services provided by Pinterest. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory, and we've encountered similar sentiments expressed by others on the internet, forums, Shopify app reviews, and Pinterest community forums. We have been operating our officially registered company in the United States for the past two years, managing our e-commerce business professionally. With our dedicated team, we successfully deliver thousands of products to our customers every month. Up until now, Ladyros.com has received only positive feedback and reviews, without any negative comments or criticisms. In our pursuit of further growth, we decided to utilize Pinterest as a marketing platform. After becoming a member and integrating it seamlessly with our Shopify infrastructure, we started receiving excellent feedback from our customers and gained popularity on Pinterest. However, to our dismay, our approved seller account was suddenly terminated, and all our products were removed from our Pinterest account. This situation has been distressing for us, and we have been attempting to resolve it by reaching out to your support department for the past month, contacting them three times a week, totaling more than 15 communications. Regrettably, each time we contacted your support, we received automated standard messages. This has left us feeling extremely discouraged and disheartened towards Pinterest. We thoroughly reviewed our website and policies in collaboration with our expert team, ensuring compliance with Pinterest policies. Despite our efforts, we received the same automated response stating that our account was not approved. As a legitimate U.S. company, we have successfully obtained approval from various social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Instagram, but Pinterest has proven to be elusive. We are eager to resolve these issues and continue working with Pinterest professionally. However, the lack of support and assistance from Pinterest is highly disappointing and does not reflect well on a company of your stature. There are numerous negative comments online about Pinterest's support services, and we sincerely hope you can intervene to rectify this situation. We are seeking your professional assistance and support in resolving this matter promptly. We appreciate your attention to this urgent matter and thank you in advance for your cooperation. We look forward to re-establishing a positive working relationship with you at the earliest opportunity. Best regards, Lady Ros
( Free SEO and speed optimization included ) Although it is written in their free service, there is no such feature. I tried it and my site speed dropped from 45 to 38.
Hello esteemed authorities, I became a member of your platform not long ago. Shortly after, I received an email confirming my membership. Due to a busy period, it took me 2-3 days before I had the chance to explore and learn about your platform. When I logged in, I was shocked to find out that my membership had been banned simply because I joined your platform. I was greatly surprised and saddened by the closure of my account just because I signed up to advertise on Microsoft. I reached out to your employee, DONNA, through the support section. I've been trying to explain the situation to her for a week. I explained that I had only signed up, that my membership was approved initially, but then, without even using your platform, it was banned after 2-3 days. I provided all our company documents and other necessary information. However, this person named DONNA didn't read any of my messages; she didn't even see what I had written. All she did was send me standard automated emails. No matter what I did, I couldn't reach her or make her understand my problem. It seemed she was doing everything possible not to help but rather to cause more harm. This situation is distressing. Until now, we've been officially conducting business in the US, selling products, obtaining approvals from Google and similar social networks, and getting approvals from US banks. But for some reason, we can't get approval from you. This is truly beyond belief. Your support team sends us standard emails without bothering to read our messages. I don't think Microsoft can be such a simple organization. I'm looking for someone who is an expert in this matter and can assist me. I hope this message reaches the right individuals, and my account, closed merely for signing up, is reopened.
