Shipoff: Shipping Offer

First off, it's important to note that this app is fully functional with Shopify's Basic plan and doesn't require any upgrade on that end. Shopify has made it very difficult to moderate shipping charges for the customer at checkout and negatively impacts conversion without upgrading plans to enable the Shipping Discount Block or Third Party Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates. This app provides a solution at an affordable price for smaller stores. The interface for the app may not be immediately intuitive as there aren't simple buttons that explicitly say things like "if more than two rates apply discount this rate," etc. and instead is presented more akin to skeleton code and require you to come up with an algorithm that solves your particular conditions. That said, the support team is VERY helpful with this and all you need to do is contact them and they will help you set it up if you find yourself unsure of where to start so this should not detract anyone from trying this app. Once you understand how it works and what options are available within the framework Shopify has created it is very powerful. I debated between awarding this app 4 or 5 stars because of the interface, but in the end their customer service delivers exactly what you pay for, and for the price is excellent. Making the interface more intuitive would be the only note I have.

Shipoff has fully solved our issue of shipping prices being stacked when orders have items from multi inventory sources. Sid was very responsive and helpful in the set up, but the app is very intuitive and easy to customise to our own very complex requirements. We were up and running and fully functional in a couple of hours from install. I spent a long time trying other shipping apps before I came across Shipoff, and none were able to solve the issue of stacked rates, due to Shopify sending multi inventory orders as separate orders based on the inventory location. Now we simply have shipping profiles set up on Shopify's native shipping set up and have rules set on Shipoff to counter the stacked rates

Swati solved my shipping errors charging customers twice at checkout for items stocked in at different locations. Great app and easy install and fantastic customer service! UPDATED Customer service was 5 star even late on a Sunday evening, issue resolved with speed and efficiency.

Divyeshkumar D. was incredibly knowledgeable and helped resolve an issue I had with the app quickly and efficiently. The issue also was affecting a different unrelated app as well, and his diagnosis helped in resolving the issue with the other unrelated app.

I am still learnign all thing Shopify and it is hard going at times. I have struggled to find a solution to being able to give my customers with a Dealer tag a discount on shipping, as ai have an automatic discount on products. I downloaded this app and struggled with what turned out to be "issues I created" in the conditions. The support team were fabulous. They were so patient and kind as they worked through it with me. once I fixed my errors it worked like a dream. It looks fabulous and is super easy to grasp (once I fixed my errors). Highly recommend!! Its clean, easy to use and does what it says it will. Alot of the apps I tried earlier did not.

This app is great works exactly as i need it too and when theres a missing feature they'll even add the feature on if possible, Siddharth is so helpful!

In combination with their other app ShipZip, we were able to address an issue where we are sending items from multiple locations but where seeing the shipping rate not calculate correctly. With the great attention and quick response from the support team, we were able to quickly address the issue and solve this problem as we incorporated additional locations in Shopify. Great flexibility on creating the rules and easy interface. Recommend on both usability and support by tech support team.

little bit difficult to understand when it gives a lot of options but I suspect most people just want a solution to the multiple shipping location issue BUT, their support is great and fast - just wish there was a 'single click' option for us lazy ones :D

The first time I experienced such impressive customer service. The team looked into my issue immediately. Instead of telling me "Sorry the function you need is not supported by this App." They built if for me! Twice!! Mind you, this was on a 3.99/Mo subscription fee and without any additional charges. I highly recommend this app (if its what you need) but more importantly, the developers.

We have some "complicated" shipping rules which at some point seemed impossible to overcome and Sid managed to make them work. Very responsive and excellent support

I was having an issue installing the program and working properly at first. I chatted with support and they worked on everything to check it and it ended up being a discount I had already set up in shopify. Once i got rid of it, I was able to adjust Shipping to just one carrier and rate which is saving our business money with shipping but also allowing our customers to get expedited shipping if they are still interested.

This app solved the issue we face shipping from multiple locations, now we can keep reasonable shipping charges. Maybe in the future can have more options like apply the discount direct to the shipping instead of the items. Recommended, easy to use.

This app is 100% worth the investment, it allows you to sell products in multiple shipping profiles and adjust the checkout amount so the customer only pays one amount not the combination of two shipping amounts. Customer service is ridiculously fast, and they don't just tell you what to do they show you so you know for future.

Sid was great helping us set up a complicated shipping discount for a specific set of products! Our customers are more willing to spend the money for products when they know we're working with them to discount their shipping fees. Would recommend.

We were able to get the discount code working, which was not possible through Shopify’s own system. The support team was very helpful in getting it to function correctly.

I run a print on demand and dropshipping store and work with a number of suppliers. I had my store set up with 1 general profile for $6.99 shipping, and free over $75. After the Shopify update in late 2023, shopify now stacks the shipping so that if a customer orders multiple items that I source from different suppliers, it charges them $6.99 per supplier. I have reached out to Shopify twice to get resolution of this issue, and they say they cannot fix it. I have also engaged several shopify "experts" who cannot fix this. In less than 5 minutes, ShipOff corrected this issue. My only complaint is that it shows the original shopify stacked shipping charges - they are crossed out, but I would prefer that the customer not see this technical glitch.

Great customer service - I'm not techy and was playing around with this app. Had trouble setting up the shipping methods and discounts and their customer service team helped promptly. And now I can finally offer the shipping discounts I want!

This app is really helpful. We just started using it, and the customer service is really good. It would be great if they added more features, such as the ability to set a date range and a code option for discounts. Otherwise, it's affordable and great app.

AMAZING! I have been looking for an app to adjust the price of shipping if the order is coming from multiple warehouses. Customers would see a shipping price 4x, 5x etc and abandon cart. Shopify support said there is no way to adjust the prices. However having a discount at checkout is a great workaround. Manoj from support was avail on chat right away (no delay at all) and walked me thru the setup. Couldn't have been easier to walk thru. 5 STARS all around! Now I can relax knowing my customers aren't abandoning checkout.

This app is fantastic, I had quite complex shipping needs and these where all addressed with this app. Sid was brilliant and went above and beyond in customer service, helping me set up as well. Prompt service, plus the app is great value for your money.

This app allows me to combine shipping when I sell some products using print on demand, and also shipping some products from home inventory. Otherwise shopify was charging shipping twice because it does not recognize that one purchase is being made from two locations, meeting my free shipping threshold for customers. It does cost a small amount per per month, but pretty cheap. Also, I was able to get ahold of customer support, but actually ended up not needing them!

The only app that I was able to use to fix the Shopify issue of combining shipping costs when using multiple shipping profile. Reached out and got a answer right away and set up a video call to setup and create what I needed.

Yeah! Finally an easy to use app to give free shipping to products (in a collection) or to give a discount on shipping abroad for example. I missed this in the regular discounts in Shopify. Also quick customer service to help me out when I needed to set it up.

Simple app. Does exactly what i needed which was free shipping for tagged customers. Great customer service. Would recommend.
