Spoks has been great for us! I love the flat pricing model. No longer am I unmotivated to grow our list due to increasing subscription costs. And customer service is amazing - easy to get help in the rare cases I've needed it. Would highly recommend!

Still getting set up with a new-to-us loyalty program, but the support at Appstle Loyalty is unparalleled. It seems someone is ALWAYS available on chat to help, and everyone I have worked with is a wizard! There's a LOT you can tweak behind the scenes and if you can't figure it out, Support is ready to help.

So disappointed. We've been using this app for some time but suddenly can't get any response from customer service when something isn't working. They just don't respond at all! Sid was great helping us set up a complicated shipping discount for a specific set of products! Our customers are more willing to spend the money for products when they know we're working with them to discount their shipping fees. Would recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Faizan from Webgility! The onboarding process was thorough and concise. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The software does everything and provides with everything you could need to sync your Shopify transactions with QuickBooks.

I use a theme that doesn't offer carousel product images (Narrative) but this app made it easy to add them to all my product pages! When it didn't look perfect right off the bat, Nikolay fixed it quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend!
