Using ShipProtect has resulted in multiple fraudulent purchased from my website from people who are checking if their stolen credit cards are valid. They purchase the $1 shipping protection which gets fulfilled immediately. Once this works for them once, they will use your store over and over again for fraudulent activity. Save yourself the trouble! I have had to uninstall.

I love how ShipProtect helps me protect my customers’ orders while avoiding losses from packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen. I absolutely love this app. Around 40% of my customers add shipping protection during checkout, which has boosted my AOV significantly. What I really like is that the team at monstersapp can integrate it directly into a button, making it super easy for customers to select with almost no friction. I'm telling you, little things like this matter a lot. Even an extra $5 per customer adds up fast. I have yet to be disappointed with their service. Charlene and the team have been awesome to work with, super fast responses and they get problems solved instantly. If you're thinking about it, just download the damn APP!! You won't regret it.

Very glitchy. Would appear as a product to purchase. Had reached out multiple times, would disappear for a while then show up again as a product on our store. Would also have 100's of pricing options that re-appear after deleting them. Got a lot to work on

Customers love the peace of mind, and we love that it drives extra margin without adding friction at checkout. One thing that stands out is the team behind it. When Shopify changes the rules or throws up new hurdles, Ship Protect adapts quickly with crafty solutions that keep everything running smoothly, and when the rare issue does pop up, their support is excellent — fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. If you run e-commerce and haven’t implemented Ship Protect yet, you’re leaving both money and customer trust on the table.

This app does function quite well, but other challenges haven't been so pleasant. I have needed to ask how to avoid a Ship Protect message ('there are other items from your order not included in this shipment') appearing on the first page of the packing slip. I have also needed to ask how to avoid Ship Protect appearing on a new additional page of the packing slip. The first point of contact always has to ask a dev for these questions (but surely these are known and common problems). The dev then passes on a message, unedited, using language the layman doesn't understand; and with what looks like three long blocks of code change options with no explanation for which one to use. Surely they checked my website when I asked how to fix the issue. And each time I ask can't one of the devs just change the code and fix it in 5 mins instead of exchanging these messages for weeks, that question is not answered. So, the second problem is still not fixed.

Great support in the app, very quick reply and help. Shipping protection has given my customers more trust in my brand and help cover those lost packages!

Haven't had a chance to run tests yet on this new app to us but the customer service is one of the best! Angelica responded quickly and was easy to work with. This + monster carts will be a game changer.

If you're on the fence about this app, GET IT! Our customers love it because they know their packages are protected and we love it as a simple up-sell. We've got it working in with the monster apps cart and it's seamless. Customer service is amazing, with all our queries dealt with very quickly. A definite 5-stars from me!

Shipping Protect has been a really easy app to use. It has allowed our customers piece of mind that there parcel will arrive safe and sound and has been an easy way for us to collect fee to pass onto our delivery service without it being an out of pocket expense. The customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend this app.

App is a nightmare. Can't put in decimal points in the flat rate, so $1.25 shows up at $125. App did not work upon activation. Also once installed, my flat rate shipping turned into weight based. Waste of time.

I had some issues with the app after upgrading our theme to the latest version, and couldn't get this working for some time. Support was able to resolve the issues I was having and everything appears to be working now. For the time the app has been working we've seen a great ROI and have been very pleased with it.

Ship Protect is great! Super easy to setup and use. Had a warehousing issue, I emailed support and within 5minutes Ty one of the founders was able to support to get those orders filtering back through to the warehouse! All in all can't fault them!

Customer support helped fix the problem in a timely manner. This app is a must if you have physical products. It pays for itself and then some. Totally worth it!!

Good customer service

Does not work upon installation. When I spoke with the help desk they said they would need to reach out to their dev team who was so backed up with requests, that it may take 2 days to get the app operating properly. Lots of red flags here. Update: August 18. I've had developers try and figure out why the app does not work with Prestige and they can't seem to figure it out. I receive an email that they worked on it all night long and now it's working, only for it to break again. The customer support here is great, however, the developers seem to lack skill. Overall, if you have Prestige, don't install the app.

Very quick to set up and works really well. I had it up and running in 5 minutes. The ability to select the cost based on order value is great and very flexible. You can't beat the cost and Monster Cart knows their stuff when it comes to shopping cart enhancements.

I professional way to gather your own shipping insurance/litlte bit of extra income on orders. Most of my customers opted for it at cart and it just gives you that bit of security should a parcel be lost or damaged. Easy to set up, Ty is awesome at fixing anything and helping you. Highly recommend this app along with any of the Monster apps.

This app is plug and play, and as soon as you have it installed, it helps cover replaced, lost, stolen packages over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
