Shipturtle is a great tool for building a multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify and it has handled everything we have asked of it. Vendor onboarding, commission rules, payout calculation, invoicing and shipping labels are all managed in one place, and it coped with some genuinely awkward requirements without needing a developer. What stood out most was the team. Every question came back with a real answer from someone who had actually looked at the problem, not a canned reply pointing us at a help article. Mitva took care of our onboarding and from day one we felt welcome and heard. Priy in particular went well beyond what we expected, including on the harder payment and payout questions that are genuinely difficult to get right. If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper marketplace, Shipturtle does the things Shopify itself will not do. I am brand new to that marketplace app but Manan took a lot of his time to connect with me and walk me through the whole app and answer all my questions. Sure, there are some bugs but nothing that would worry me from a business point of view and Manan will forward those to the IT guys. Overall so far an incredibly good experience. The only ‘downside’ is the multitude of add ons which can significantly increase the monthly price for the app. But, I do understand that they are running a business and that those add ons do cost a bit. Maybe a few of those should/could actually come with the app in the future A big plus for me is that they offer a contact option via WhatsApp which is so much faster than writing an email, waiting for a reply to then write one again and so on! As a business owner, we can understand that sometimes you may need immediate resolutions - but its difficult to make any changes on the app without clear requirements, development and testing. This is true for any SaaS app and we try to provide clear timelines for any change or issue request from your side.

Smooth Order processing. Support team always helpful even after multiple calls. Tech for order fetching is smooth. ATS give manifest as well. we can sync ATS + Delhivery and other panel in shipturle. Its good for daily order processing, be it 10 or 100 or 1000.
