Really like this app. 5 stars This app help me to se what the customer bought and I can have an after purchase conversation with the customer. Same goes with abandonment carts.

This is a fantastic app! I use it mainly for alerts for abandoned checkouts as Shopify does not offer this feature. My store sells high value items and with the alert from this app I am able to call my customers shortly after they have abandoned a checkout which greatly improves conversions. The customer service is incredible! Ahmad even offered a free marketing consultation for my website and provided a lot of great insight.

I installed this app about 24 hours ago and have already engaged by text with customers that probably wouldn't have bothered to chat to ask questions. I love that I get quick notification of an abandoned cart so I reach out before the lead goes cold. Great app. Super useful. I love the alerts because it keeps our team on point on the most important calls we need to make at any given point. 1 on 1 relationships are key to our business so this app is definitely helpful. The support has been the best part of the app. I had an issue and they solved it within 24 hours.

This App has been great. I thought It would be help boost sales and it did! Scout made it easy to personally contact every abandon cart. We boosted sales in a big way (by over 30%) within in the first few days of using Scout. With real personal interactions we were able to convert every person that responded to our calls and texts. (our over-all abandon cart recovery is now at about 70%) Communicating 1 on 1 with potential customers also gave us super good insight into questions and concerns that customers had about our products that would have otherwise held them back from making that first purchase.

It's a very effective app, and they keep improving it! The timing (of abandoned carts) should improve though, but I still give it 5 stars because there's no other app I've found yet that's this fast in informing me of orders.

Very useful app, and a must have for any merchant. The almost realtime alerts of Abandoned check outs have been a life saver in the couple of instances where there was actually technical reasons for customers not being able to checkout, this benefit alone has seen us save our store from a couple of major issues, and ultimately saved us a lot of money. The dev support is fantastic and Ahmad is always there to help us with any questions and also offers a lot of beneficial tips with his apps. It's great to have Devs and apps that actually want to see you succeed.

Scout has been helpful at many instances to recover abandoned customers instantly. We could recover 50% of our abandoned carts with Scout and would recommend to anyone who uses Shopify.

I always laughed when people said you can recover 50% and more of your abandoned sales. I always thought that people will buy OR not. Never in my wildest imagination did I think I could save so many sales until I started using Scout!! Man, you guys rock. I would rather rate this app a 7/5. Its one of the main apps I use, which has tremendously changed the way we do business. Around 70% of the carts are abandoned. However with the help of Scout, we have reduced this rate. How this app helps is by sending a message on Facebook Messenger saying that someone has abandoned the cart and we can then directly approach the customer and ask why they've done so either by phone or email or WhatsApp. We being in the Middle East Region, customers mainly rely on trust and a call always makes them gain confidence in their purchase and you can close the sale. This app is a lifesaver for those looking to increase conversions significantly, and to understand why customers are abandoning their carts so you could make improvements to your website or the checkout process or if they have any questions or doubts they could directly speak to you and make the sale. Have a small shopify site, and managed to recover 2 abandoned carts with the help out scout! using the chat bot, you can ask for today's list of abandoned carts, or view up to the past 30 days. It gives you the option of contacting the customer who abandoned the cart, provided that they put the information in their cart textboxes! you can choose the option to contact them by email or number, the email is prefilled which you can edit but you need to send it out yourself! great app i would definitely recommend it!!

Love the Scout App. It sends me messages when a customers abandons the cart or makes a purchase and creates emails to send them that say "noticed you are interested in my store or thank you for your order". I have had customers write me back and say they will now place an order because I reached out. I can also call the person if they leave a phone number. This app is extremely valuable! I started in eCommerce in October of 2017 and my business took off. Abandoned carts are everyone's worst nightmare and at first I was inundated with abandoned carts with shockingly high values (some over $1,000). The built in Shopify abandoned cart email is either blocked by the customers email and/or ignored by customers as spam. Scout gives merchants a PERSONAL and effective way to connect with customers in a very easy to use platform (Facebook messenger). Customer are happy and surprised when you reach out personally and they become very willing to complete the sale. Automated cart recovery emails are impersonal and already what they are expecting. I have had great success with this app when taking the time to send a legit email. I have recovered over $10,000 of abandoned cart sales. For a free app this is ESSENTIAL!

So how the app opertaes is that ever hour it fetches data feom the shopify store and sends you a personal message to your facebook messenger alerting you about the abandoned cart, and lets you call or message or whatsapp the potential customer instantaneuosly. Since we do alot of international business often Our customers have certain questions they wish to ask before they purchase the product. and since we get to call them and help solve their doubts in real time , it sure helps a great deal.

What a great app!!! Can't say enough! If you wanna convert your abandoned checkouts, this is THEE app to have! Scout gives you tons of information regarding abandoned checkouts and how to convert them into sales. The developer is extremely helpful. His customer service is above and beyond anybody we've used in the past....and this app is FREE! Taking action as soon as a checkout is abandoned is the key to converting. Scout gives you the opportunity to do that! Plus, you get very professional scripts for calling or emailing the customer... so that helps with stage fright!!!
