Absolutely worth it! Just sent this app to my vendor friends. Already finished filling in minutes using this apps report vs the 2 hours I just spent trying to figure it out. The free version was incredible helpful!

Very pleased with this app and service. The online chat support is very responsive and helpful, and emails are always answered promptly. It's a big relief to be able to hand off this monumentally aggravating and time-consuming aspect of my business to experts, for a very reasonable price. The new flat-fee per-filing pricing is much easier to wrap your head around than the old hybrid system. I did have a few snags setting things up, and a few shortly after, but the Sidr team addressed everything and got it all taken care of in a reasonable time. Things have been running on auto-pilot since, and it has been a huge relief to not have to deal with sales tax myself any more.

Sidr is an excellent app for computing and filing required sales tax collected in Shopify. Sidr also makes the Registration of new required States simpler to apply. Their support is excellent and they respond quickly. It has made our collection and filing of taxes so simple. Sidr is also very competitive in the price of service they provide.

As I worked to setup my sales tax account with SIDR, they were with me in the setup answering questions and making the setup very easy. We sell nationwide & their system tracks sales to all states & informed me as I reached states nexus. There needs to be an option for 10 stars! Our bookkeeping team decided to start using Sidr for a new client rather than a competitor that we are using for an older client, and it has been a world of a difference. First of all, the user interface is much more clean and less overwhelming than the competitor. This includes the means of populating reports should you be filing returns manually, but we decided to go with the automatic filing. Second, the costs are much more reasonable. Third, the tutorials and help articles are immaculate - it feels like they're reaching out and holding your hand personally to walk you through all steps of the infernal sales tax processes. Lastly, and most of all, the support we've received from Tongbo and Kevin from Sidr have been nothing short of magical. The patience, understanding, and ridiculously speedy communication we receive from them make dealing with sales tax matters feel like a walk in the park. We can't recommend Sidr enough!

Sidr Tax has been exactly what we needed for our growing business and increased sales tax filing demands. I have been very happy with the app and especially with the customer service (it feels like you have your own account manager!). I had used Avalara and Taxually in the past but both had such high costs and very poor customer service. I would definitely recommend Sidr Tax for filing business sales tax returns.

Customer service can't be beat. From the very beginning, our company was helped from setup until completion of very awkward and involved sales tax reporting. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AVALARA! I'm the tech/ops manager for Make It Happen Media and I never leave reviews for apps but I feel like I really had to for Sidr. We have 2 other stores that have separate shopify accounts and since they're all underneath our account it makes it very easy to separate which sales and reports go to which store, you can even combine all the sales for stores if you have to combine the tax information under 1 EIN. Their customer service team is truly unmatched. When we first implemented this app at the end of last year, they didn't split the food tax vs state tax for Illinois. I brought this to their attention, and their team got to work coding and brought the feature to the platform. Not only that, but they actually updated me and let me know when they did this. This might seem like a small feat but I've been designing sites for over 8 years across every platform you could think of and its so rare you're personally notified about a feature you inquired about. 10/10 5/5 100/100. I've tried a few other apps before we landed on Sidr and it hasn't ever let us down!

Incredible customer service. I think Tongbo answers questions 24/7. Seriously Tongbo, when do you sleep? ;) I was skeptical in the beginning because it is a newer app and I had horrible customer service experience with Avalara and TaxJar. HORRIBLE. But Tongbo and SIDR are hands down the best app we have installed, ever. All of our states that we have Nexus in, they have registered for Sales Tax licenses and with the states on auto file everything has been seamless.

Filing CA sales tax is a massive pain, and I have looked all over for a app that would help me file by each county. Sidr is the answer. It's very comprehensive and Tongbo on the support side is very helpful and quick. So glad I found this app.
