Very Helpful

The cart drawer itself is well built — the rewards progress bar, tier setup and design options cover most of what a store needs, and the Custom CSS field makes it easy to fine-tune anything the settings don't reach. Setting up a cart-total gift campaign took very little time. What stood out most was the support. I ran into a conflict with another gift app and Vince and Huy responded quickly, involved their developers and kept me updated throughout. When I eventually traced the root cause myself, they took the feedback on board rather than brushing it off. That kind of engagement matters a lot when you're troubleshooting something in a live store. One note for anyone running two gift apps side by side: make sure each app uses its own separate gift products. Sharing the same variants between apps can cause conflicts that are hard to diagnose.

Excellent app with brilliant customer support. I wanted to add a minimal packaging option to my cart drawer and ran into a couple of issues with how it displayed and carried through to checkout. The App's got great features and tons of customizations. The customer service is quick and good at resolving issues. i had mine resolved in no time. in short: A nice addition to have on your shopify store to scale sales.

Good app. Resolves majority of cart features which otherwise are behind heavy paywalls. Huy from the team was proactive in terms of resolving some technical glitches and managed to make the cart drawer active in just a few days. Highly recommended.

Fantastic app with a huge range of features and easily customisable. The support is absolutely fantastic too - we had complex requirements and Vince was always quick to respond, always understanding what we needed and helping us get there. Incredibly friendly and polite too. Probably the best Shopify app support I've ever experienced! Only issue we faced was a conflict with another app that meant we needed the native Shopify cart drawer, which is not possible with Snap Cart (due to it's huge range of functions and customisation at every point, so completely understandable). But if you don't need any other apps working on the drawer cart, then I would highly recommend this using this one.

This is a fantastic and simple to use app. Does exactly what it advertises. I couldn't identify a functionality that it didn't support. Even when I ran into an issue (conflict) with our theme, Vince resolved it quickly. Great app and great support.

Great customer support, easy to use templates.

The WizzCommerce Team have done a stellar Job with this App. We tend to have high standards for the apps we choose to download, for this reason, we could never quite find a suitable Cart Drawer App, despite trying out a few in the past, they all seemed to be poorly designed and too buggy. This quarter we decided to give this another try and to our good luck, we found Snap Cart Drawer by WizzCommerce (after reviewing dozen others), which literally ticked all our boxes, from the design to the engineering work done, I could tell the team really put in the time to get this right and it shows; the ui is incredible stable and smooth. I did have 1 suggestion, which wasn't a deal breaker, but I decided to message the team about it and they were very quick to respond and offered a free customisation for me. (I was served by Alice and Lydia) I would highly recommend this app to everyone in need of a Drawer style Cart for their store.

A MUST HAVE! Our website uses the "Vision" theme, which offers a pretty basic cart drawer; for this reason we decided to upgrade it using Snap Cart and...it was the best decision we ever made. I've tried a few cart draws and this one is great. Really well set up and the team is very helpful in making improvements and fixing anything that isn't right.

Pretty good app overall, some bugs here and there but any issues I've encountered I could fix on my own or with the help of support, who promptly helped me fix an issue with text colors. Thank you Alice for the quick help!

The support help from Alice was great. The app automatically makes "FREE GIFT WRAPPING" and "FREE SHIPPING" products though so you may need to quickly change these items to draft status as they are needed to be in draft status or live status for the app to work - so don't delete them. Support staff Alice was very friendly and very helpful.

Good support and I really hope that you increase the progress bar tier system as well.
