We use Tapita as well as SPD to help our team with all things Google and SEO related. They've been a huge help in getting out product set ups fit for Google Merchant Center and we've seen significant increases in efficiency with Google. Highly recommend SPD for anyone who is looking to help improve their Google Shopping presence.
Absolute scam!!! lets you install and connect to your GMC, then says there's issues they are working on and to try again in 24-48 hours. Gave it a few days, but nothing, reached out again and they want another week to "fix" their in inoperable app. Uninstalled and replied to their email asking to delete mine and my customers data. They then gaslight me saying "It does not access, collect, or store any of your customers' personal information at any point." except if you scroll down, it DOES. Check for yourself under support.

We're sorry for your bad experience from our app. The issue with our app functionality is not at all what we intended and we're trying our best to resolve it. Regarding the data access, our app indeed does not store any of your customers data. The data our app has access on is only used to sync your store data such as products and shipping policies into GMC. No data is stored in our database after you uninstall. Unfortunately, the app doesn't work. All my services are on one Google account. But the app says on one page that I don't have Google Merchant Center, and on another page it says that Google Merchant Center is connected. Because of this, it won't let me proceed.

Firstly, we're sorry for your bad experience from our app. Your connection problem might only due to the lack of permission that you gave our app at login, which can be solved by simply logging in again. Can you please reinstall the app and try again? We can definitely make a call to guide you through.

IT's not FREE as written on the app store and limited to 1000 products..

Hi there, We're honestly sorry for your poor experience with our app. Our app is indeed currently free. However to remain free, we need to reduce the workload on our server by impose a limit on the number of products each customer can sync. We then raise the limit for customers who's actually going to use our app to sync their products to GMC. Thank you for your understanding! Best regards, SPD Team
The App is easy to use and I'm sure it will get even better as it fully develops. The tech support is very professional and fast.
You know you're in good hands with Tapita and Dom who works on behalf of Tapita's Merchant center app on shopify. Dom high lit the importance of consistency in policies and custom created policies, gave me in depth analysis of where I could be in fault with merchant center. I corrected my policies and customized them to those of my suppliers and that which reflects my brand logo. If Dom hadn't told me what corrections I should make, I'd probably still be in limbo waiting for all my suspensions to be lifted and misrepresentations to be lifted off my merchant center account. I also love Tapita overall in a broad sense, they have been most helpful in every way possible and Dom lives up to the name . Thankyou so much I really appreciate your in depth analysis and communication on point with me.
