We are really enjoying this app for our wholesale. It's doing everything that we need it to do. Very well laid out, very easy to navigate

I really like this program. It's great for video contests. I wish customer service would respond a little more quickly. We just finished our first contest. It went very well. I wish it would allow us to recognize first, second, and third-place winners. That would be nice.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Claire, it's great to work with. Responds to emails extremely quickly. Helped us get our Google products posted properly. We also have their other Tapita program, which helps with our SEO, and we see an immediate increase in our visibility.

I really hate apps that show you one price and then charge you more when you log in because you are a Plus customer. That is why you are getting one star: too expensive.

I have probably tested 10 AI chatbots, and by far this one's the best for our business. I like the ability to add common customer questions so the AI can answer as many as possible. It's actually done a very good job of pulling information from our website and from the information we already have out there. We would like to see them add Facebook and Instagram.

We've been using this for a couple of years, and it's been working really well for us. I look forward to them adding AI to respond to some of the questions.

This has been a really great app and a nice addition to our website. Customer service has been great, and Harsh has done a fantastic job setting up the app for us. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is that I believe it's a little expensive for what it can do. This program and its bundle builder should be one app.

Their support is a little slow because they're in a different time zone, which usually takes the next day to resolve items. As long as you have patience with the setup process, I think you will really like this program. Make sure to use their customer service, as they offer customization options that you can't do. With this program, you can only do bundles. If you want to do price breaks, there is another program by the same company. The only problem with this is that it gets a little expensive. In my opinion, both these programs should be together.

We've been using this app for over a year now, and the customer service is great. We love the program; it seems to do everything we need it to do for subscriptions.

The customer service was great. Every time I needed help, there was always somebody there to help me out. Unfortunately, it's not answering some customer questions correctly. Even though there was a product in there exactly as the customer wrote it, it still didn't pick it up. I think it's a little early for the AI Chat part of it. We're going to come back and look at it a little later.

This is an excellent app. It's great for watching prices on other marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces, as well as other websites. If you're selling the same thing as they are and would like to have the same pricing or a lower price, this is a must-have. Extremely easy to set up, very straightforward, has great graphs and reports on what's going on.

This app did not work for us. Customer service. Could not help us fix some of the issues that we had. They just kept giving us the run-around. They informed us that we need to talk to our Theme developer.

This is very expensive. And we're being told this doesn't work very well.

We have had great success with Appstle. The program is easy to use and if we do have any issues, the support team is quick to help us resolve the problem. Customers love our loyalty program and our employees love how easy it is to manage the app. You won't be disappointed.

This program is terrible. I was looking for something that would help us showcase our work. They expect you to pay $300.00 a month to be carbon-neutral. Response: Their response is misleading. I never said the $300 was a set price. It is based on how much you ship and ours works out to $300-600 per month. That amount is ridiculous. They do not take into account the things we actually do ourselves to reduce our carbon footprint, and there is nowhere for us to notate that information (we do a lot). There is no reason we should HAVE to pay someone else to offset our carbon neutrality. There is an option to have the customer pay 50 cents, but if you choose that option, then you don't get the badge - and it looks to the customer as though you are putting it all on them and not sharing in the program. It's a great idea, but the execution of the program is poor. This isn't accurate. The "Community" subscription enables customers to fund carbon-neutral shipping instead of merchants, which means 100% of funding comes from buyers. If merchants want to assign a sliver of their revenue to carbon-neutral shipping, then charges are based on factors like order volume, package weight, etc. There is definitely no flat charge of $300. Cahoot has been a life saver for our business. We needed a partner that allowed us to ship faster, have shipping labels created automatically, and control our shipping costs. We could find other products that did one or two items well, but they never did the entire package and at the same time continue to be affordable. With Cahoot we are able pick, pack and ship so much faster. We were routinely rushing until 6pm to get orders out, but we're now done most days by 4pm and that leaves us a 1-hour break to clean up and ensure everything is completed successfully. Our shipping supervisors are actually able to supervise the entire process rather than just the shipping label process, which will make our entire team more efficient. As a result, we've changed our team's hours and they get out of work earlier and we are getting more done than just taking care of orders (cleaning, maintenance, etc.). The best part - we've been able to reduce our numbers by 2 employees. The ability to make sure that team members know what boxes to use is also invaluable. We are able to maintain inventory of boxes which means we know when to order more and can better budget for this cost. It also means that all team members are using the same box for items and it's the most cost effective box. Additionally, the Cahoot team is amazing to work with. They are organized and have the training expertly set up. They are responsive and always helpful. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next because I know it will be great. I also appreciate their knowledge in the industry and their understanding and leadership on what it takes to meet all the ecommerce and marketplace requirements. Cahoot will not dissapoint you!

I really love this app! It makes building my Shopify sites easy and takes the stress out of creating my pages. I have sent in a help request six times now, and all six times, it took less than 3 minutes to get a reply. Mia has been the one helping me, and she is very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues.
