When I started, with navigating my reviews and how to or where to place them, Andrew went over and beyond with helping me each step of the way, with immense patience. He worked alongside me and created a dedicated reviews page for my store, and customized it to my stores' branding palette. The Team at Smind have turned around a not so great experience to one that is very caring and have gone out of their way to explain step by step instructions on where to edit aspects of data and or script in the theme or how to modify or delete it. It's seamless and easy and there is help in Microsoft Merchant center that's impossible to find anywhere else. They are patient and very rational and I have had instant chat resolution of so many issues. I still have a bit to go in terms of approvals but for 90% of the way, Im approved. Its not a complex maze and connects and you can edit on shopify as you would directly in microsoft. Microsoft also has it's own product studio and something that i'm looking into.

You know you're in good hands with Tapita and Dom who works on behalf of Tapita's Merchant center app on shopify. Dom high lit the importance of consistency in policies and custom created policies, gave me in depth analysis of where I could be in fault with merchant center. I corrected my policies and customized them to those of my suppliers and that which reflects my brand logo. If Dom hadn't told me what corrections I should make, I'd probably still be in limbo waiting for all my suspensions to be lifted and misrepresentations to be lifted off my merchant center account. I used this app for replacement parts listing and that which had matching titles. I love the 2 options, the create a group and or automate based on similar headings. The plus was the support and the re sync-ability and technical support from a team of highly qualified individuals. They are the same as for Tapita brand of apps and for that reason, you're in great hands! With the app specifically you can also choose to display your products in polaroid or text or any format you choose. I chose polaroid options, and its clearly displayed with all theme compatibility. trust me my theme is very delicate and I was happy it didnt interfere. Also to note Tapita SEO fixed my technical errors when I had been repeatedly asking my developer. Tapita came to the rescue and solved the errors permanently for me. The team members are all true gems! PLus bonus is they create the most user friendly business focused apps for shopify too.

After Scouring endlessly and fruitlessly for hours, with option add ons and variant customizations: Ill say this is a gem. Its perfect and saves you time getting the information out. its FREE without any strings and I think very few apps can offer you high end custom options with more appealing switch and options customizations than this app. Leah was extremely helpful and the customer service is spot on for a free app they truly care about your success!

Updated review: the team was so courteous to reach out to identify the issue and corrected it. There were issues that are resolved as I used it to upload nearly 50 products without the hassle of a csv. I would fill in the rest but the heavy lifting is done with this app. After that its my responsibility to customize my pages to how I need to present it.
