Negatives When adding products to cart the item doesn't show only after a refresh of the page. When opening the cart in the Dawn Theme the cart opens behind the stick bar and you can't click to checkout page. Positives Support is friendly and quick. Custom CSS works nice with a lot is options. Removed the app as it wasn't useful. Good day😊 I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, we're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with 1. when adding products to cart the item doesn't show only after a refresh of the page. 2. When opening the cart in the Dawn Theme the cart opens behind the sticky bar, and you can't click to checkout page. Upon conducting an investigation, we have determined that the issue of items not appearing immediately after selecting "Add to Cart" and requiring a page refresh is the result of a compatibility issue between our app and the default cart you are using during checkout. Additionally, for the covering issue of the bar to your checkout button we haven't heard this during the conversation, but this can be solved by adjusting the z-index number directly in the app settings. In conclusion, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and would like to extend our apologies by offering you a total of 8 app credits that can be used to pay for other apps. Please inform us when you are ready, and we will proceed to send the credits. Looking forward to hearing back from you and please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. I would like to give it a zero star if possible. BEWARE!!! - You may have to get up at 3AM to fix their bugs. This is exactly what I'm experiencing now. We are on an annual plan and out of a sudden, the subscription was gone. Maybe I was lucky to find out at 3AM taking a night pee or pity on me. It's an outright rip-off. Reliability is not their virtue. Unfortunately Support is even worse. We are going to ditch this app this week. Hello there, First of all we sincerely apologize for what happened on your side. I got this app to help me with a long-term problem that customers were experiencing--there were over 50 variants of a popular product, yet no easy way to add them to the cart quickly, which caused many people to accidentally add duplicates or just bail out of the shopping process altogether. The Sticky Add to Cart Button Pro was the perfect solution, and this after I tried several different apps that just didn't work properly when switching between products. Sticky Add to Cart Button Pro was easy to set up and looked good out of the box, but when I needed help, they responded right away and worked through the customization. 1) The App settings page does not always load so that you are looking at a blank screen with no options. 2) The app settings page hijacks the browser so that you can not use the back arrow on the browser (It just keep reloading the same page so you are stuck on the app settings page) 3) Live chat support bubble does not re-appear after initial install. 4) 'Start live chat' support does not work on the FAQ's tab. 5) 'Contact Support' does not work on the app settings page. 6) The 40% off popup spam persists, meaning it pops up EVERY time you go to the app settings page. 7) Lastly, the 'sticky quick add to cart' does not work, it doesn't even work on their 'sticky quick add to cart' sample page. I tried various things, refreshing the page, enabling/disabling etc to trigger something to work. No luck.

Great app, button looks clean, and fits theme's style, definitely helps with conversion, and there are a lot of ways to customize the button, recommend it to everyone
