After using several other apps for customer pickup/shipping, I've found Bird Pickup to be the easiest to configure and use. And the tech support team is responsive and outstandnig
This review reflects exclusively on the customer service of this app, as we have just installed it, and I cannot comment on the performance or results/ ROI. What I can say is the team behind the app is very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. If the app performs as well as team, we will be long-term users of the app.
We did a thorough search of the donation apps in the Shopify App Store, and LIft was the only one that met all our requirements at an affordable price. The app is easy to use/ intuitive, and the support is terrific. I highly recommend the LIFT to anyone looking to raise money for a cause.

when additng products to a price list, the tag filter functionality sucks
After using another appointment booking app, it's been a real pleasure using Meety. The app is well thought out, very intuitive and easy to set up, and the support is terrific. I highly recommend this app!

Bundles is a great app, by one of Shopify's best development groups. I am now user of three of Appstle's shopify apps, and the apps are all very well thought out/ designed, and the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend the Appstle team, and all their apps.

I have worked with the App Store team on two different Commerce sites that I have owned, and I highly recommend them. Their apps are intuitive and easy to use, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend them and would use them for all of my apps if that was possible.

Great app - easy to use. Highly recommended
The APP is among the worst available on Shopify, and the support is THE Worst. The developers have you held captive, as no other app integrates with Astro Loyalty, so they could care less about support or improving the app. They just keep collecting the $99/ month. .

Hi! We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, your requests to automatically send thank you letters, send free gifts outside of the Astro program, and automatically segment emails are out of scope of the Astro integration for Shopify. We're happy to receive feedback from all subscribed retailers and build enhancements, but so far you are the only store to request these features so it's not on the roadmap. It does look like you are running a high volume of orders and frequent buyer punches through the app monthly, so hopefully the app is helping you and your employees time vs. doing everything manually. We're here to help if you have any in-scope issues!
Great App, and fantastic customer service. I use a LOT of Shopify apps, and the Logbase folks have the best tech support. They respond quickly, and issue get fixed easily
