App does what I need, and upon installation I found it didn't mesh well with my theme (minor formatting). A quick chat and a few hours later, their dev made it work perfectly. First class support.

This app has helped us with a few different fields we needed and the support team is amazing!

I just started using this app, but I have to say the customer service is AMAZING. I had 2 issues that they helped me solved so quickly with very clear help and communication. I'm excited to start using this app and wish all customer service was this good!

The best app for writing text on product in Shopify without a doubt! Really intuitive, full of settings to customize, respects even the font of the theme and besides that the support with their admins is FANTASTIC, they made really meticulous changes for me on my website so that everything was in line with the rest of the elements on the product page. I recommend it 100% for both professional stores and new stores on Shopify. Congratulations for the work!

First time customer and my experience was excellent. Customer service was friendly and efficient. The monthly pricing is very affordable for someone that has no knowledge about coding. The App is very easy to install and use. Besides there are lots of videos to help you understand how to use the different features it offers. Very pleased with my purchase so far and will def. highly recommend to others. Thank you so much Pascal and the team!!!

Very great service - we had a problem with the price add on in the cart - was serviced within a couple of hours! Great.

5 stars are not enough! it's the first time I find a simple app that really does everything I need. and if it doesn't you were very fast in providing assistance top assistance

Danke Pascal!

This app is perfect for our business as we often need to use several custom textboxes for customers to enter very specific details pertaining to their order. The textboxes are highly customizable with many different feature options. Anytime a question or issue arises with the app, the Textify team is quick to respond and resolve it. If we need a specific functionality added to the app, the team is always able to accommodate us and make it work. They're very efficient and kind. Highly recommend.
