I needed to get this up and running quickly. I tried for a few minutes but ran into a problem with my logo. I went ahead and booked a meeting via their Calendly link. I should have done that at the beginning! June immediately jumped in and explained things so clearly. It helped me get everything up and running in under an hour. Thank goodness for people who respond on chat and not bots when you have a question or a problem. We thought we needed to fix a few things so we paused the app. We are not getting notifications when an address is updated because we use the initial email notification for orders from Shopify and do not realize something is wrong with an address right away, the support person helped me to make sure we would receive the right notifications and not too many.

We are using this app to display shipping rates in our store. I ran into some configuration troubles and Prathyusha G went above and beyond to make sure I got my questions answered. Great support and the app seems to be working well. Excited to finally offer real time shipping rates.

The rating is due to customer service. I appreciate the emails and the phone call! Sometimes it is hard to explain things over chat. The phone call with Justin was perfect. This app is good at what it does, but there is a learning curve; tutorials are helpful, and you can keep things pretty basic if you would like, which is also helpful. Looking forward to the upgrades coming in the future and the ability to personalize the timing of emails!
