this has to be the best, most amazing, fabulous calendar app we have tried. I hate computers and even I can use it. it lets me add classes, stitch nights, pop up artisans, all sorts of things quickly and easily. 100% would recommend!

This app has stopped working and I've tried contacting support 3 times. When I try to visit their website, I get "Malware and Phishing This site is blocked because it is a known security threat. Please contact your network administrator to gain access." Update: Luke has replied and is working on a solution. Update 2: The issue has been resolved and Luke was very responsive. Our domain was incorrectly flagged by security vendors due to user-generated content on our platform, which we identified and fully resolved within 24 hours. We have since been cleared by all security vendors however some ISPs are still caching the old block which is outside our control. We are actively contacting affected ISPs to expedite resolution. At first I was struggling with this app. I reached out for help and I got in touch with Luke. Luke was kind, understanding, helpful, and such a easy to work with person. UPDATE: Luke was very quick with responding and very understanding of our situation. Although it appears that the timing of the installation and the following spam emails coincide, he has insured us that it did not come from their app, and has pointed out a few things we could try to help us in dealing with the emails. We did reinstall the Calendar app and love it, and the emails are slowing fading away. Loved the app, easy to use, populate and install. Beware though, within 3 hours of installing we have received 22 spam emails to our business email address. We have tried uninstalling, and complaining to Shopify, but are still receiving emails (less frequent). I am still trying to contact the app creator for assistance.

We just downloaded the app, but it was easy to install. We had a little trouble integrating it into a page on our website, but we reached out to their support team and Luke was so quick and helpful! It looks great on our site now :)

Don’t sleep on adding this calendar to your website. Seriously. The Shop Calendar app makes me unreasonably happy. It’s one of my favorite features on our website. I’m obsessed with how it looks and how easy it is to add events/classes/workshops/closure. I love how I can add a photo and link to a registration page. We have many classes and some are recurring while others are one day only. The customization works so beautifully and is easy to use. Recently, I reached out to Luke with an idea to add major US holidays to the calendar. I felt like visitors would like to see holidays alongside our class schedule. The Shop Events Calendar is visually and functionally perfect for our website and the shop. We really appreciate the two views - list view on our homepage and calendar view on our calendar page for a bigger picture. Customer service is also great. We are folks not so web-savvy and or code-savvy and we sometimes struggle with how to add/change things to our Shopify site. The customer service for this app has been responsive and kind and we deeply appreciated their help.

The app looks much nicer than my macguyvered set up. I like how you can integrate a google calendar with it so you can streamline adding events vs having to do it separately. Plus, their support is helpful if you have any issues. It saves me time, and it looks nice!

Not only is the calendar app exactly what we were looking for but Luke's support was absolutely fantastic! We had a slight problem with the font causing the calendar to clip off the edge and not be central but Luke knew how to fix it straight away and implemented it without any downtime! It does exactly what I needed -- a list of events my team will be at, with links to the official websites. We don't need to take reservations or sell tickets. The list of events was pretty close to what I wanted out of the box, but a few tweaks to the styling made it PERFECT. Luke had everything on my wish list done in just a few hours . . . on Friday of Christmas weekend, no less! I'd love it if other apps were this quick to respond, and understand exactly what I wanted. Literally everything I wanted was done the first time -- I didn't have to add for a second try of anything!

Downloaded the app a few weeks ago to create an events page on two e-commerce websites. The app is super easy to use and displays our events calendar perfectly for our customers. Support is also very kind and quick to help with any edits or questions!

So far, I have loved my experience with this calendar plug in. I'm an events company and the plug in I was using wasn't giving me a calendar and event specific view that I needed. Really loving my first few days with the calendar. It's been easy to set up and install, and I love the look and function it offers to my customers. I have an online store and recently opened a brick & mortar location in Toronto (TINYHORSE.CA), and love that I can add both events and store hours (as a recurring event) to the calendar for customers to plan their visit. I downloaded the app to help me put together all my future events for the spring and summer farmers markets for our customers. It looked pretty easy to do and after reading all the previous reviews I hit install! Then I ran into some issues with the Shopify theme that wouldn’t allow the calendar to display and so I reached out to the support email which was the owner’s email, Luke. It’s Saturday night at 7:30….I don’t expect anyone to respond on Sat night! And since this was my only time avail to actually work on my site I was so bummed. But then within a few mins of sending my email I got a response from Luke! Needless to say he has solved the problem within less than the hour. I mean who does that?!? I have been looking for a Calendar App for my events on Shopify. I have given many apps on Shopify a try but none of them works like The Shop Calendar does. It has all the features that I need to create my events. It is easy to create, edit, and view your events. Though it has a simple interface, but do not be fooled by its simplicity. It will work beautifully for anyone who is looking to have an Event Calendar app that is linked to a product on your Shopify. In addition, Luke the owner/developer of this app has been very patience and helpful in answering my questions with regards to his app. He is responsive and polite in all your enquiries. He takes suggestions from his clients too. In my case, I suggested the Call to Action to be in a box instead of a Link (previously) and it was done very quickly. I am impressed with his openness to clients' suggestions. After the trial period, I have decided to go ahead and subscribe to his app on an annual basis. This is the app I will continue to use and recommend to other users of Shopify. In fact, I have shared the app with my clients and they all loved the simplicity of it. The app did exactly what I needed - show a chronological listing of all the workshops, classes and events we are hosting in our brick and mortar.
