The best customer service I've ever seen on a Shopify app. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and care about how the app performs for your setup. They have even deployed new features within a couple days to meet my needs. Would definitely recommend this app and the team behind it.
We have enjoyed working with the ShipInsure team to offer this protection for our customers! They offered great support and communication as we were getting launched and have been available anytime we have a question or need support. Our customers appreciate us offering this and feel like they can have peace of mind when they order from our store. We highly recommend ShipInsure!
We've been using ReCharge for subscriptions for a couple of years now. We recently added the Retain feature and really appreciated how helpful and informative Hoa Vuong was as our implementation engineer. Our contract is also coming up for renewal, so we have been working on the details with Lin Marzialo who has been just lovely to work with. Recharge has a great product and top of the line folks working for them, which makes the experience of doing business together more enjoyable.

We have enjoyed using Tapcart and our customers love the flexibility of ordering through our app. The platform is easy to use and our account rep, Alex, keeps us updated with new features and support when we need it. The initial set up and integration process was smooth, giving us the opportunity for a successful launch initially. We plan to continue using Tapcart and look forward to growing sales even more with their customizations and push notifications.

ShipperHQ has a great app with the functionality our store needs PLUS an incredible customer service and support staff! They have walked us through some challenges we faced when switching shipping providers and made sure that everything was worked out all the way through the process. Martin has gone above and beyond for us and we are very thankful to be working with him and the ShipperHQ team!
