The app just works. Dave and Sammy helped me get things set up correctly and we used it for a 5-day POS event where we'd had problems in the past with my temp helpers forgetting to apply discounts, etc. Having it all happen automatically made the event so much easier! Highly recommend -- I'd give 10 stars out of 5!

I've used this app for two purposes: to sync inventory between my own inventory and a product that I set up as a Collective Supplier (different prices, so different "product" even though shipped from same warehouse) and for bundles. It works well with a couple of caveats: -Bundle items have to come from same location (I had one location for physical products and a different one for digital; had to "move" digital to the warehouse) and they have to be inventoried item (I said my digital product had 10K units, which I'm quite positive is higher than what I'll ever sell) -- thanks to Mari at customer support for helping me figure both of these out -If you transfer items from one location to another, it does NOT automatically sync at the first location across products. But it's simple to go to the Inventory Groups screen and do it manually.

The customer service here is incredible. I had some problems in getting set up because Shopify had changed something on the back end and they fixed the app very quickly and got me going. I wish every app had such attentive support!

I'm pretty happy with the app. I like that it let's me specify the keywords I want a product to rank for and that it "reads" text on images -- this is the only app I've found that does both of those. I end up tweaking the alt-text on maybe one-third of the images, but two-thirds are good as is. And on the third that I tweak, the suggested text is a very good starting point and the edit process is simple and takes just one click to submit -- unlike some of the other apps.

Great customer service -- I needed help setting this up to make it really work with my products. Sofiia was great, and even made some upgrades to the app to make it easier to add very granular shipping cost info. In fact, it was the ability to add shipping costs by item that had made me choose this app and her tweaks to make it so that I could add them by category as well free shipping threshold and a way to do no shipping cost for digital products (for the whole world) made it a breeze to do. It does exactly what I needed -- a list of events my team will be at, with links to the official websites. We don't need to take reservations or sell tickets. The list of events was pretty close to what I wanted out of the box, but a few tweaks to the styling made it PERFECT. Luke had everything on my wish list done in just a few hours . . . on Friday of Christmas weekend, no less! I'd love it if other apps were this quick to respond, and understand exactly what I wanted. Literally everything I wanted was done the first time -- I didn't have to add for a second try of anything!

Does exactly what it is supposed. When I had a problem (caused by a change in Shopify code), very fast to issue a fix. Definitely recommend.
