The Trackr support team is really attentive and always quick to reply. Any issues are sorted promptly, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Really happy with their service, we've used them for years.

"Honestly the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration is the reason we stuck with Trackr. Customers just tap ""Add to Wallet"" at checkout instead of hunting through their inbox for a tracking email, and they get live updates right on their lock screen. Sounds small but it's made a real dent in our ""where's my order"" messages. Setup was easy, didn't need our dev to touch anything. We did want some tweaks to how our tracking page looked, and Diana on their support team sorted it out for us. She was quick to respond and just got it done, which I appreciated."

We've had Trackr installed for a few months now, and it's made things easier for both our team and our customers. We use multiple shipping carriers, so having everything show up in one tracking experience has cut down on a lot of confusion. I also really like the branded tracking page—it feels like customers are still shopping with us instead of ending up on a random carrier website. We recently added product recommendations there, and it's been a nice way to keep customers engaged while they're waiting for their order. A quick shoutout to Valeria, who helped us with a couple of customization questions during setup. She was responsive, friendly, and got everything sorted much faster than I expected. Overall, it's been reliable and has definitely reduced the number of tracking emails we get.

Great application!! Easy to use and customize. Dropshipping friendly app. You can always ask the support if there are tracking numbers that are not yet registered to the app. As with dropshipping stores, suppliers use different couriers. Kudos to the support team. Thank you for your immediate help always!

Magic application, exactly what I was looking for. It's functional, allows you to hide dropshipping information manually and most importantly stays beautiful and uniform to your site, whether on mobile or PC. The support is very responsive and fixes layout issues quickly on demand.

This app is great, and the support team helped me customize the appearance on my store to look very on-brand. No need to select carriers like some other tracking apps, and the annual plan is a great value. The one thing this app doesn't do that I wish it did is provide an estimated delivery date, even if it was just based on the history of other packages Trackr has logged. My customers are always asking for an ETA, and this app doesn't currently provide that. Update Jan 17, 2022: The Trackr team has added an estimated arrival date section to the app, and I'm changing my review to 5 stars!

The app is excellent and its performance is amazing, but their Support and Developers Team is still better. They not just fixed an issue for us, they improved their app for us. Never found so efficient and dedicated professionals.

Good app, it works pretty well and do what we ask for it. Very useful when you do dropshipping and you don't want your customer see where the product come from. Support very reactive, when you have a tracking problem they will resolve it in 24h.

The support is second to none. Trackr's app developers will go above and beyond to make extensive (and meticulous) customizations so that this app integrates seamlessly with any theme. (I have now used this for many sites and each time am amazed by the level of support). The app is a wonderful feature to have on a site as it allows all customers –including those who have not set up an account– to easily track their packages... a great customer service feature to have but also one that pulls people in back on to your site! I have used this app time and time again. It's a wonderful feature to offer on an eCommerce site. Trackr's customer support is second to none. Consistently, over numerous sites, they have gone above and beyond to implement an array of requested customizations to fit very specific design standards of our theme–something that very few app developers will do. The app does what it promises - order tracking info is easily available to customers. We had some problems with the initial setup but Marius offered an outstanding support to make sure the app runs smoothly on all our shops.

Trackr is working so well. The support is great after the installation. It didn't work properly at the beginning. The support reacted so fast and trying so hard to make the app work on my website.

First impressions of this app are VERY good, and it supports most of the smaller national postal services too. The layout needed some light css-tweaking on our part to make it fit better in our site, but this is done easily thanks to unique classes. First time you track a package you need to refresh the page once. I was thinking that the notification to do this could be just a bit more highlighted, because it is a pretty imperative part of the general usability. All the texts are easy to modify. Another wish for improvement would be to include a wysiwyg-editor to the general description to allow more styling when writing longer texts. The best order tracking page / app currently on Shopify. Looks pro, inherits your site's CSS for an easy blend, and loads fast. Most other page-integrated apps on Shopify use slow-loading widgets, but this loads as quickly as any static page on the site. Plus, the app sits on your site, so you don't have to send customers to a third-party URL. The developers are very responsive and eager to keep improving. Get this app. UPDATE: Shopify will soon be building shipment tracking into their checkout page. The catch? They ONLY support USPS. We use 4 or 5 different shippers. Plus, who knows how it will actually work out? This app gives customers the ability to track with either tracking number or email+order ID. We're sticking with Trackr.

I would highly recommend this app. I tried and struggled with another tracking app. and eventually gave up and then installed Trackr. It is a brilliant app. that works fantastically. The backup service is brilliant and all my questions and inquiries where answered quickly and efficiently. I am very happy. Thank you.
