Wow, Replo has been a game-changer! Super simple to use and it's got everything you need for designing pages. And the customer service? Fantastic. Collins from their team is a real superstar - always ready to help out. So happy I found Replo!
App doesn't work anymore and support keeps asking unnecessary questions instead of solving the problem. I talked twice today to the support and first there was a very helpful support rep. Later I contacted again them via support because the problem was still not solved and the other support rep "Manuwel" did not help at all and kept asking von *.myshopify.com address even though I gave it to him.
The app has bugs and the support is absolutely unprofessional. Asks several times if the private key was used instead of the public key. As if you were an idiot.
Have suddenly reduced the maximum upload size to 10mb without giving notice. This ruined a great campaigne. 10MB is nothing in file size nowadays.

The transaction fees are calculated by a formula although this can be pulled directly from Shopify. The result is that the transaction fees are calculated incorrectly. For example, Beprofit can pull the transaction fees directly from Shopify. Fix this, please.

AfterShip is a great app to monitor the shipping of orders and inform customers about the shipment. A good way to make customers happy.
