We're sorry to hear that! Before messages can go out, your toll-free number needs to be verified first, which usually only takes 1 to 2 days. If yours has been pending longer than that, just reach out to our support team and they will get it sorted out for you right away! :)
We’ve been using TXTCart primarily for abandoned cart recovery, and the impact on revenue has been noticeable. The conversational SMS approach works well, especially for warm traffic, and setup was straightforward.

I just started using txtcart so far so good ive gotten some sales with them and now im waiting to see how I do with Black Friday. I love that it does the interactive conversation with my customers for me
