Unicorn Cart has been an absolute game changer for our cart and bundle experience! The app is incredibly easy to use, with so much flexibility to customize the shopping experience. Beyond the app itself, the team is amazing to work with! They're always quick to respond, genuinely open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve. Whenever we have a new idea or something we'd love to offer our customers, the team always goes above and beyond to find a way to make it happen through the app. They're also incredibly proactive in identifying and resolving any issues that could impact the customer experience. It's so refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about their product and the businesses using it. Couldn't recommend them more!
Without question, this is the best cart I've ever used! The ability to stack multifunction offers seamlessly and elegantly together while completely customizing it to your look and feel is absolutely fantastic. They've thought of everything. Pro tip: I've been doing this for 20 years, and their support is unparalleled. It's worth the 1-hour fee to have them set up your cart and really walk you through how the whole platform works. It will save you at least a day, if not more, in time and you'll learn so much more about its complete functionality. They're absolutely fantastic to work with! I give them the highest rating: 5 stars.
Unicorn is fantastic! The set up is super easy and their team is incredible at troubleshooting any issues. They get back to you extremely quickly and will go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. I'm excited to see how implementing this cart helps increase my sales and conversion rate. Super helpful team - from setup to live and then follow up - 5 star service. The videos walk you through step by step, it looks complex at first but it really isn't. The hardest bit is the first lot of settings and once they're done you're set. We can now add products or take them off our cart easily depending on what we want offer. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend this app. Within a few hours of setting up my upsells I had already converted 2 customers with 2 upsells for high value items.
The customer service and support team at Unicorn is so good! They are quick, reliable and ensure all issues are attended to. They also record videos to show you clearly what has been fixed or how to fix any issues. Will definitely continue with this wonderful app!
I'm not sure if there is a more fitting name for this app. As we go about implementing the plethora of items available to enhance the customer journey, we are yet to find an edit to propose. Customer service is also next level. I couldn't recommend an app more.

This is by far the easiest app I've used to run sales and offer gifts with purchase. Since switching to Unicorn, we've had far fewer customer complaints about missing free gifts because they forgot to add them to their cart. It has also helped increase our everyday average order value through its suggested add-ons. Highly recommend!
Fantastic app and great support, I had a minor issue which was just a set up mistake on my end and they were so helpful and quick to respond. The app itself works a treat, I have trialed MANY and this is by far the best in terms of features and customisation options. i noticed an immediate difference to my AOV 10/10

Unicorn Cart is such a great app in terms of how easy it is to upgrade and customise the cart!! It adds such great value for the customers and is super user friendly. We have been able to set up cross sells, GWP, media and customised discounts super easily. The team are also super responsive and helpful, through personalised videos and calls, it has made the whole experience 10/10!!
GWP and spend-threshold offers are a big part of how we run our campaigns, and Unicorn has made these so much easier to set up and manage. The tiered progress bar and free gift features work seamlessly - well beyond what Shopify's native discounts can do - and the cart is fully customisable, so it looks completely on-brand. Support has been responsive and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend for any DTC brand wanting to lift AOV.
I've loved using unicorn cart on my store! It's made sales and bundles so much simpler. Plus, just in general our AOV has increased with one click upsells. I love that it's so easy to change and customize the cart!

We were looking for a unicorn, and found it through this aptly named Shopify app. Our eCommerce wishlist included bundles, free shipping, free gift offers, a progress bar, an elegant on-brand cart, and some discreet product upsells in the cart. This app delivered all of those things in one single (affordable) integration. It has evidently been founded by people with experience running an eCommerce store, and I'm so grateful for that. I also booked the 1 hour set up call with Sylvie, which was so worth it. She showed me how to navigate the (very intuitive) app, and helped me set up all of the features on my wishlist, including an elegant and interactive landing page for our first bundle. The new features have been a huge hit, and our AOV has gone up by 30% overnight. It continues to stay well-above the average for our industry. I can't recommend Unicorn enough. Thanks so much guys!

As a solo founder, every app I add to my store needs to pull its weight — and Unicorn does exactly that. I've seen a real increase in sales since setting it up, and the setup itself was genuinely easy, which I can't always say. The few times things weren't working (mostly my own doing, I'll be honest), the support team jumped in straight away and just fixed it for me. No back and forth, no frustration. An absolute game changer for our business. Setup was easy, I asked for a little extra support and got it straight away from their fantastic team. Our AOV is up and the cart is easy to understand. I change things around in it all the time, and appreciate that I can have different offers and upsells for different products.
I met with Sylvie at a business event and she told me about Unicorn, I thought "oh man another app to manage" but she set it all up for us and our branding and walked me through it on a short call. The support is practical with Loom videos, and screenshots and they really understand your business and I am blown away with the analytics we are getting after a month of using it! Highly recommend switching over to Unicorn!

My favourite app out of all the Shopify apps we have installed! It has increased our conversion rate because of how sleek and clean it looks, and helps us with upselling and showing customers the percentage savings when we run a sale. Incredible help and support too! I'm not tech-savvy at all and even I managed to set everything up so easily! Couldn't be happier with them and I've already recommended them to friends in my business network. They always go above and beyond!
This is a fantastic cart app with great features! The Free gift feature works seamlessly! James and Sylvie both offer great customer service and customisation options. We chose the initial set up option which was great because it was up and running within 1.5hrs and doubled as a one on one app training. Highly recommend!
The support received from James has been incredible in setting up our cart drawer. We had a business need for a required radio button field to be embedded within our cart and so James added a new feature into the app that enabled us to do this. We've also seen a 20% increase in our AOV since using the app in just 7 days!

So customisable, extremely intuitive, an absolutely gamechanger for ecomm brands focusing on cross-sells, up-sells and gifts with purchase. Since implementing the cart with shipping protection I've had 2/3 of my orders include shipping protection. The setup call was very handy to get some questions answered and I managed to set up a couple of cart's over a day which was pretty quick. Highly recommend

Ain’t Called Unicorn for Nothing This app was recommended to me, and I’ll be honest, I was sceptical at first. I’d tried so many alternatives before and nothing quite stuck. But I was absolutely blown away by how intuitive and easy this one was to use. The UX is fantastic. I love the drag and drop functionality, and the ability to customise everything by market made a massive difference for my setup. I was able to build out multiple, complex upsell flows and time-based announcement banners across different markets, all by myself. I did run into a couple of hiccups along the way, but customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. They replied within hours and made everything super easy to resolve. Highly recommend. This app genuinely lives up to its name.

If you've been looking for a cart app - THIS IS THE ONE!! Firstly, James has gone above and beyond to help us get this set up. We have a bit of a complex product with another app allowing for customisation. James was in contact with the developers of the customisation app to ensure they integrated properly for us. The cart is so customisable and it doesn't look spammy at all like so many others do, you can fully customise it to suit your branding. Truly so impressed by the level of customisation offered but so ridiculously easy to navigate & make changes yourself. Plussss we have saved so much money by having the GWP feature built into the cart (the GWP app we were using was costing $30USD alone a month....) so we save money and now have a pretty cart??? Truly cannot recommend enough!
