The app successfully handles both automatic gift additions and pop-up gift selection for customers. Everything works as expected and the features are reliable. Their support team deserves 5 stars - they helped us configure everything from scratch and were very responsive throughout the process. My only suggestion would be adding an option to display the gift selector as an embedded widget on the page rather than only as a pop-up. Recommended!

The app does exactly what it says, the configuration is very easy and straightforward, an added value is the support, they reacted almost instantly and fixed a compatibility issue with our theme in a matter of minutes.

We've had a good experience with this app. We wanted for customers to be able to select a gift product when they bought a more expensive item. Vex Auto Add is straightforward and easy to set up. Whatever problems we had, Felix was there to solve them in the least amount of time. So, great support, much appreciated. We ran a campaign using Vex and had very good results.

The support reacts promptly and fixes issues really quickly despite through email support! We had issues on offer configuration, and pop-up not scrollable. They usually respond within 1-2 hours, and are able to fix the theme compatibility issue very quickly -- so now the pop-up is scrollable, and we are able to show more products for people to choose one from in GWP.

Absolutely outstanding app and support! This app works perfectly for automated upsells and adding products to the cart — exactly what I needed. But what really stands out is the support team. They are fantastic — lightning-fast responses, super helpful, and genuinely committed to solving any issue. I rarely experience support this good. The Vex Auto Add is the best app I have found to bring functionality that is not possible with what Shopify offers stock. The app is simple and with unlimited possibilities and with a little knowledge can get everything done. The best part is the support, Felix and the team are super knowledgeable and have done hot fixes to cater to my store that go above and beyond expectations to have rules work exactly as intended! This app is really very useful, I recommend it! A special mention to Felix, who is always very responsive and gives excellent advice whenever we have a question. For example, we wanted to trigger Vex based on customer metafields so he recommended that we use Shopify segments combined with Shopify Flow to add tags to customers, finally triggering Vex app ! Would 100% recommend. The app is easy to use, and covers a lot of features. Plus, the customer service is really fast and super friendly - we asked for custom changes and they did them without any problem.

This app is very good. Lots of little detailed features around not showing certain gifts for b2b if not wanting and great combo options for discounts and size selections. Very good bundle based gift options too, to save having too many free things filling up the cart. Support is very quick for urgent issues too - especially as theme's get updated.

While testing the app, we were incredibly impressed by the level of support. Felix took the time to understand our needs in detail and even offered to build a custom-coded feature just for us, going way beyond the standard scope of support. The team truly cares about their users. If you're looking for a flexible gift app backed by passionate people, this is it!

This was exactly the app we were looking for! Our store wanted to offer a gift with purchase and let our customers pick which gift they wanted from an assortment. We also wanted the options to appear at the card and checkout. The app set this up perfectly AND even created a pop-up for us using our brand colors. It is THE ONLY gift auto add to cart app that can work with another cross-sell app (we use Zoorix)!! Other auto add apps are always based on regular add to cart CTA to trigger GWP cart value threshold, which doesn't work with cross-sell app well. The support team is very responsive too. We want to have the free gift auto added again when the condition is met and gift previously was removed. They got to it pretty quickly and helped us resolve the issue. Really appreciate it!

Incredible support from Felix, we had an issue causing added gifts with lower amounts than intended due to automatic discounts. Felix took up this issue and fixed it within days, something that other paid apps couldn't resolve ( or wouldn't ) Great job guys, keep crushing it.
