Easy to use and quick response support

The messaging feature works okay so far, but it needs improvement. The biggest issue is that when a confirmation message is sent to the customer, it only appears in their chat and not on our end. As a result, when they confirm or cancel, we only see their response, and we have no way of knowing which order it refers to or what the order number is.

One hell of an app, solved my confirmation problems + the manual abandoned checkout message thing is good i was able to convert 100+ cart abandoners in 7 days, definitely recommend it to everyone else out there

Whatflow solved one of my biggest problems. Other apps use API systems where order confirmation, tracking etc. go automatically, but the problem is you have to reply from PC and can only chat after customer replies. But in Whatflow, everything works from my own WhatsApp. I can send order confirmation, tracking, call customer, chat anytime — all in one place. It’s very smooth and easy to use. Price is also good and support is helpful. I would honestly rate it 6/5 Really loved it.

We were initially happy with this app, but unfortunately it has now become a headache. It disconnects frequently, sometimes every few days, which affects our workflow. The support team has not been helpful. Responses often take 2–3 days, and the only solution we get is “please reconnect,” which does not resolve the actual issue. Tags are not applied properly, and our WhatsApp number has been temporarily blocked three times due to these problems. As a brand, this has caused us significant loss and inconvenience. While the app may be affordable, the service and quality are very poor. We would strongly suggest improving support and system reliability, even if it means increasing the pricing. At this point, we are planning to move to an alternative solution.

Great app. Just make sure to use whatsApp account which is active for at-least a year. Otherwise new account can get restricted for using this app. Over all very helpful and time friendly for automatic order confirmations. you can customize the texts also for order confirmation or order dispatching etc.

i tried multiple apps but this was the easiest to set up took less than 5 minutes. Very convenient
