Wholster is a very professional app and one that has been designed with both the merchant and wholesale client in mind. Zac and the team listen to feedback and are very helpful in setting up and when you have issues that you need help with. When looking into a wholesale solution, I went to the trouble of setting up several to get under the hood of them all to see how the really worked and Wholester is in a league of its own.
Wholster has cut my data entry time and enabled me to process multiple orders in so little time. It's (mostly) intuitive and so easy to use with minimal guidance. but when I have needed assistance, they are prompt, human and easy to work with. We recently installed Wholster to help with large volume orders. My experience when needing help has been great. They reply promptly and have gladly done video calls with me to help with installation and questions. I see past reviews complaining in regards to being directed to FAQs and video tutorials -that is very frustrating and I have experienced that with other providers. But not with Wholster. Seems as though they have improved in that area so I would not hesitate to try the app out! Thanks for the review, and glad we were able to help get you set up with your volume ordering!
This app is working well for us so far, and is packed with helpful features like payments, sales rep access and java/css customization, but Zac and the support team have been exceptional! They are quick to respond, have had multiple demo calls with us about using the app and best practices, and have even made small tweaks so it functions better for us. The system is impossible to set up for small business owners. Support is nearly zero. I reached out multiple times and all i got is one email directing me to their forum and setup guide. Well, of course i have gone through that and realized the setup is throwing me off. Not for small business owners operating with hundreds of other tasks on hand. Hi there! Awesome app with awesome service. The implementation of this app was a breeze. Zac was awesome and helpful and always there to answer my questions. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you fully understand how this app works it's pretty simple and exactly what we needed.
We have had a great experience working with Zac and the Wholster team. Zac went above and beyond helping us get our site set up exactly the way we wanted it and always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. We have been very impressed with him, the team, and their app.

Support is great. App works well. We needed it to allow overselling of items as we make everything for wholesale customers to order. We found a work around.
OMG! Everything in the reviews is true. The customer support team for this app goes above and beyond to be sure everything is working the way you expect. The app saves us a ton of time in manual entry of orders. Would definitely recommend!
We have utilized Wholster to streamline our ordering/payment/invoicing processes. Zac and his team have worked hard to answer our questions and resolve any glitches we are experiencing. We are happy with our transition to Wholster and continue to learn new capabilities of this product on a daily basis.
We had a few hiccups getting the full integration, but support was great on helping us get any issues resolved.

We are excited about using this app for our wholesale accounts. While I'm still a little confused about the setup of the program (I am not that techie), Zac is guiding me through the process and I am confident that we will be up and running in no time. Wholster is a fantastic solution to selling wholesale via Shopify - the invoices are clean and clear, there's a huge amount of flexibility in terms of managing inventory, pricing and shipping and tax. The customer support is brilliant - always quick to respond, with clear instructions and super helpful at resolving any issues!
The app and team have bene tremendous in helping us find solutions for all of our needs. I highly recommend them to anyone.
So far, so good. We are in the process of setting up Wholster for our wholesale accounts and Zac and everyone on the Gist team has been super responsive to any questions we have. We are looking forward to this enhancing our wholesale experience.
We have recently installed the Wholster App and we are very happy with the functions of the app and the ability it will give us to streamline our wholesale business and grow our business at the same time. We have required quite a bit of support from Wholster both before and after purchasing the app, Zac has always responded to our questions in a very timely and friendly manner. He has diligently worked with us on some app customization and he has really helped us to adapt Wholster to our very specific business needs. Zac has been an absolute pleasure to work with through this entire process and we are very pleased with the results so far.
As a built in wholesale solution, it works very well. In fact, It surprises me that Shopify hasn't swept them up. Wholster allows us to service our wholesale clients sufficiently well and I don't think we've really scratched the surface of the functionality. The features are generally pretty robust, where we've needed additional ones or further help, the support team has been great. We'll continue to use it and update in due course.
They have been great to work with so far - setting everything up was pretty user-friendly and intuitive. Any questions I had, they were really quick in getting back to me. We're not 'live' yet, but when we're ready, we plan on going for one of the paid versions to add more options. Looking forward to working with these people in the future.

Wholly Guac Ah-Molly. This has been a life send to our company. One of our biggest pain points was being able to accurately input manual orders. Not only manual orders but ones with multiple addresses. The B2B functions are quite amazing! The other great things are the integration with programs such as Zapiet. Oh Oh Oh! The other really awesome thing is it really does a lot while preserving Shopify Native functions. The customer service isn't beatable. We literally were on a chat an hour later after asking for one. Nice People!
Highly recommend Wholster! This app is the perfect fit for any business looking for a professional B2B solution integrated with Shopify that's free to get started. We weren't ready for an inventory management system for this business yet, so this is a good viable and pro solution. The design is great and features are ideal for anyone looking to keep everything in 1 channel and benefit from being integrated with Shopify. This app will save our business a lot of time so we can focus on serving customers and growing our brand.
Most Recent update: I emailed them with one problem that was the hinge of our issues and why we weren't using them. They never responded. It's been a year, I haven't opened this to any customer and I've given up hope. Update & Full Disclosure: the developer is asking me to change my review because they felt they were being "held hostage" by my two-star review. I might have been willing to give them four stars, but the ask cost them one. The developer is willing to improve the app, and relatively quick, compared to most. They listen and respond mostly appropriately. They genuinely seem to acknowledge flaws and desire to fix them. That being said, I still don't have an order through their system. Part of that is a lack of trust in a new application. Part of that is a lack of willing old customers to try a new system. I can't full vet this system until I have had several orders and seen the entire process. Old review: It's really pretty. It seems well designed. It seems like it would be very nice to use on the front side. But the back side is weak. Pricing is everything. Pricing is the difference between life and death for a business. My option for pricing is a flat discount per category or whole store. That's it. Not per product. No bulk upload. No way to commit my actual wholesale prices to my retail store as intended. Must-have app for any business that is doing wholesale. All relevant wholesale issues like different tax scenarios and multiple shipping addresses in one order (multiple drop-ship) are though through and logically implemented. In addition, customer service (Zac) is simply great. We faced a rather complicated issue with tax settings and Zac worked with me on it over a few weeks until we got it all solved. So I would have given 6 stars, if possible, on customer service.
It would be perfect if it didn't take forever to load... and I mean FOREVER! Many times it never loads and I just give up. I have reached out three times by putting in a ticket and only once was the ticket answered. I can't get my customers up and running as a setting or something won't let them checkout. It keeps giving an error “you have reached or exceeded your credit limit” and doesn’t let them move forward. I have no limits set for anyone. Everyone is pay with a credit card at checkout. No terms. On the customer side there are items that show 0 available but I don't see it and I have no tracking of inventory on wholesale items so there is no reason for it to not allow my customers to add these rogue items to their carts. I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can't because I am losing customers right now not being able to get it to work properly. I am looking at other options now. I was so hopeful this was the app for us.
I used the app to help organize a very large order. Customer support was quick, efficient and helpful. We will keep using the app and recommend it to others looking to organize large or wholesale orders.
Had a few technical issues at the start, however the support can help so just get in touch with them. IF YOU DO GIFTING THIS IS THE ONLY APP YOU WILL EVER NEED! Just to give you the picture. A client calls us at 10 am Friday for an order they want 236 boxes shipped out to 236 different addresses on Monday morning. The support stayed up with me until 3 AM to work out every kink! (It is a relatively new app)! THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! WITHOUT THEM WE WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS DONE! We suggest using flat-rates for shipping as it just makes the processing move faster! I would have given 10 stars! All my gift shippers or mini corporate gifters this is the only app is essential! We send out gifts to multiple addresses and we needed this done over night.
This is the best all-in-one wholesale app I've ever seen! Paired with stellar customer service, making this a must have for any store looking for streamlined access for their distribution channels. Easy setup to automate as much as possible. Highly recommend!
I just added the app to my Shopify site, https://www.bagsofroom.co.uk/, looks like it's going to be a great tool in gaining and retaining account customer's. Offering 30 day trade accounts to client's wishing to deal with us in the longer term.
I was looking for a way to store cc numbers for certain accounts of mine and this works well. I've also had a customer say it's very easy to use on their end as well. I admit I was a little worried when I didn't see much in tutorials, FAQs, etc, I was hesitant to submit a ticket, knowing I needed an answer as quickly as possible, but Zac has always replied within 5 minutes. And he's been able to help with my issue immediately.
I needed an app that would allow me to ship to multiple addresses but bill one customers. Think of corporate gifts for the holidays. I needed to be able to use csv imports to save time and this app is allowing me to do this. It has more functionality than I'm actually using. All my questions were answered quickly and Zac spent some time walking me through some of the process. Great customer service.
We just started exploring the app and we think is has a great potential and flexibility. We are still in the setup phase, and already, Zac and his team have shown an awesome professionalism and were very helpful, answering question over questions (I can ask lot's of questions sometime...I am the annoying client type, he!he!).
The scope and potential of Wholester is tremendous. It is very ambitious and fills in gaps left by Shopify and Shopify Admin. It offers a Web based independent app that works with Shopify but is available for wholesale customers on web directly. It supports various pricing options for customers and products as well as seamless order generation for shipments to multiple customers. Works as an admin for Pix Gift Ship or MultiShip - but way more! Support is great! And that is really what counts. Plus, they are always updating and adding new features. If you like Shopify - but feel limited by it's lack of scope give Wholester a try.

I am so happy to see this app, we needed a wholesale app that DISPLAYS available stock on the fly and allows charging `on account`. imports all inventory and collections from shopify, AND allows different ways to handle wholesale prices. They are also very responsive in fixing issues.
Wholester is the app we needed for all of our Wholesale, Net Payment Terms, and Custom Order needs. We have a very unique business model and require so many variations for a number of customers. This has given us the ability to keep all our orders in one system, service wholesale accounts and corporate accounts that all require different levels of pricing and discounts. In addition, it is making accounts receivables a possibility within Shopify. It automates payments and helps take away the steps of calling and collecting payments over the phone. In addition, the customer service is really great. They are responsive and offer solutions usually within the same day but generally no more than 48 hours. If it's an urgent request, they're on top of it. We are very happy to have found Wholester!
